It also cannot release you from genjutsu. • Joukai can manipulate techniques they've used. For example, if you shoot a beam of light, you can change its trajectory/path. If you shoot a ball of light, you can move it manually. At lower ranks, you must use your palm to manipulate the trajectory. Once you reach Jounin, you can do it with your mind, almost like telekinesis. Also, all light techniques can be focused; for example, a large and wide explosion of light can instead be decreased in size but increased in precision and heat. Essentially, you'd be turning it into a more accurate death ray. • Every seven posts, you can phase out into light. Helim didn't notice the guy at first until he saw the headband being tossed toward him. He catches the headband and ties it around his forehead. He smiles from pure excitement for the fact that this was his first step to becoming a strong ninja. He looked back over at the guy who tossed him his headband. "Thanks. I'm going to start my training." He didn't know why he said all that but he was too excited to care. He turned around and walked out of the office.

Pieces of paper flew into the Mizukage's office. The pieces of paper slowly began to form into the shape of a person and there stood Helim. He scanned the office looking for assistance. If he wanted to get stronger he would need assistance and scrolls for learning jutsu.

Rose was a bit shaken by how quiet the village had gotten. There literally only seemed to be the people of Kiri but no shinobi. Not even Voldo was seen! Quite the ghost town indeed, specifically when throughout town talks of people from the North were starting to take major precedence throughout the upper nations and slowly were trickling downwards.
Pushing this to the back of his mind for the time being, Rose would begin heading towards the receptionist to see if the Mizukage was in. There was no point of him strutting about the palace to get to the Mizukage office if the woman was not there.
™ UNTAPPED POWER The puppeteer can, every five posts, unleash a massive lion head at the target with a sealing jutsu inside of it. This is essentially the only sealing jutsu puppeteers can use. It costs no chakra to release, as it's considered a tool. It can be released from the body of any A ranked (or higher) puppet, and if the lion's head manages to latch onto the target with its sharp teeth, their ability to use chakra will be sealed and they're at your mercy. This cannot be escaped with substitution, because it cancels the technique if it hits you. It is essentially Chiyo's ability.
™ Allows the user to interrupt all forms of Byakugan effects, stopping its abilities (Stage 1 Byakugan is fully blocked, Stage 2 is partially blocked, Stage 3 Byakugan is immune to Red Eyes). Allows real chakra clones to attack.

❖XXXXXNobuyuki slowly ascended the steps leading to the main office's floor, his eyes taking in the appearance of the walls and ceilings; making sure he memorized the base plan of the palace as much as possible with his small walk up. He was after all still a person who could be considered a threat to others, and when facing a Kech Mara member who is lead by his Cousin; who knew how they would react to his presence in the office. Especially so when they find out that he was there to defect from Konohagakure, feeling the current state of the village wasn't worth his time anymore. Scratching his head gently the brown-haired man allowed the strands of hair to fall into his face before swiping his hair back slightly. When he arrived at the door that lead into the office, Nobuyuki reached forward before pushing open the doors.
He blinked slightly as his hand smashed through the metal door, crumbling beneath the strength he accidentally placed behind his push. Giving an awkward cough he stepped over the crushed door, laughing quietly to himself. Looking up at the Mizukage, who seemed to be silently doing papers behind her desk before addressing her with a calm tone. His voice sounding far more mature than one would expect from someone who seemed as young as him. "Hello Kya Jaeger, as you may know I am Nobuyuki Karnata...but I suppose just refer to me as Nobuyuki; I have no need for my Dynasty now." Reaching up to scratch his chin in thought the brown-haired Ninja walked forward, plopping down in one of the chairs across from the woman. His gaze was like usual, as if he didn't really care too much about what was going on anymore; he didn't mind if Kya was able to kill him if she truly wanted, or that she could easily deny him a rank in Kirigakure, which would leave him without any village. With that in mind he spoke once more, his voice rumbling deep within his chest with each word. "I know it's most likely surprising to see me here, however due to...recent events I've decided Konohagakure is no longer worth my effort or time. With that in mind I've come here to request...asylum I suppose. In return I offer my strength in service to you until I find a more permanent solution to my issues." With that said he fell silent, crossing one of his legs over the other whilst placing his hands atop his knee.

Kya was sitting there, very boredly writing as Kages do. The dragon tattoo running up from her waist to her neck looked especially fierce today. She was sitting there, shirtless and braless but holding her baby monkey in such a way that it covered her breasts. It seemed comfy, safe, and was holding on for dear life. With one arm she was caressing it's head with two of her fingers as she scribbled away decrees with a pout on her lips. Her long hair was pinned up on her head, as per the norm for a working woman. She felt the coming presence of Rose but was nearing the end of the page she was working on, so she decided to finish it before allowing him in. However, a familiar presence pinged in her Henir sense. As it approaced the door, she placed her hand on her baby's back, calming him as the crash seemed to startle it. As for you, Karnata. she said extending the syllables of his last name in an excruciatingly deliberate way. Her eyes came up to meet him. You owe me a door. b***h. she would say with a pout and furrowed brow. Kya would lean back and put her feet up on the desk, right on some documents she didn't care about. She looked him over once or twice, sizing him up. I don't know if you've heard, but my cousin and I, Kleine, are actually close allies. Leaving Konoha to come here seems pointless. The monkey cooked and kya rocked a little bit in her seat. But I mean, sure you can join mist. But there is something you need to know. Her glance became deathly serious and her eyes stopped being so dreary. They were locked onto him. Like missiles. This will be your final solution, boy. You will bend the knee to your queen now, actually you'll probably want to do that regardless after making such a request. You will kneel and will be a mist ninja for life. No leaving. Never. Even as a karnata, you will be my sword. And that sword will be swung as I see fit. she would challenge him to be her puppet willingly. He could refuse, or try to, if he wanted to. In her mind, it meant nothing. She'd just have her dragon eat him, probably. Or maybe not.

❖XXXXXNobuyuki's eyes narrowed briefly, taking in the full form of Kya; attempting to find out how she reacted to his appearance in actuality, it seemed as for now she was uncaring about his entrance. At least she seemed slightly disinterested in it, which he assumed came from the fact that she most likely interacted with random people often. Reaching up to scratch his chin once more, the brown-haired Ninja let out a slightly awkward chuckle; despite not caring for her opinion of him, he found it slightly embarrassing that he wasn't able to control his strength enough to keep from crushing her door like he had. He was slightly annoyed at her use of his Dynasty name, but he didn't decide to act on that annoyance since it wouldn't help him too much with trying to join Kirigakure.
When she mentioned being close with his cousin Kleine, Nobuyuki let out a slightly annoyed sigh. Despite not caring too much for his cousin any longer, he couldn't dispel the annoyance that bubbled from deep within him at the mention of the man. Deciding to completely ignore that statement the man spoke in response towards her claim of going to Kirigakure from Konohagakure being pointless instead. "Perhaps, it could be considered pointless to leave Konohagakure. However you seem to be misunderstanding my reasoning behind leaving, for I care little about whether or not Kleine and you are close. I left Konohagakure simply because the recent change to the Hokage position no longer benefits me. The village has become frail and weak, as if it would crumble by simply touching the gates, much like your door there." With that said he fell silent, waiting for her to respond anymore on his statements.
After a moment of silence she responded to him again, his eyes locking with her own piercing gaze. It seemed as though she thought she could control him with words alone, something that made him shake his head silently in slight annoyance. Anyone who presumed to control him like a puppet held little to no respect from him, especially when it was an empty threat in his mind. Despite being a powerful Shinobi he highly doubted Kya could kill him as easily as she seemed to think she could, much like everyone he'd met recently she underestimated him. With that in mind he spoke an apathetic tone, his almost dead looking eyes boring blankly into her own. Growing up he'd mastered the ability to pretend like he just didn't care any longer, especially considering he was raised alongside a large group of Kaguya whom were treated like nothing but weapons. "Do not presume that because I came here to join your village I will bow my head to you. I will fight for you, I will kill for you; but I will never bow to you. I didn't bow to my cousin Kleine, who could have killed me with a flick of his wrist at the time, what makes you think I will to you?"
Despite the fact that his statement could easily get him kicked out of Kirigakure, or even killed should she call for any number of Shinobi to come attack him; he just found himself not caring too much. If he was removed from Kirigakure he would most likely just wander the world, amassing knowledge and power before returning when the time was right to join a village worthy of his time. If she attempted to have him killed he would simply retaliate in kind, killing anyone she sends after him should they not be strong enough to match him blow for blow. With that in mind he leaned further back in his chair, his brown hair falling to cover his eyes slightly; giving him somewhat of a dark, evil appearance. Though he didn't mean for it to happen he didn't mind too much, it made him seem less desperate and more like he was choosing Kirigakure, instead of being forced to go there because he knew no other village would accept him into their ranks willingly or easily. Especially Konoha now, since news would most likely reach their ears that he abandoned the village; whilst he wasn't a social Ninja who interacted with people often, he was still a powerful Sannin.
❖XXXXXHe turned to look out one of the windows to the side of the office, taking in the sight of village beyond the glass barrier as it seemed. Why was it no matter where he went now it was filled with arrogant people who seem to find themselves above others? It was like he had a curse cast upon him that made it impossible to find anyone that wasn't power hungry or hoping to make him a slave to their will. Whilst he could understand the craving of power, he just couldn't picture himself forcing people to act a certain way or with certain reasons behind it. Yes, villages give orders through missions and simply telling a Ninja to do something, but they rarely attempted to control a persons every thought and action no matter what it was. If he accepted Kya's offer to be her sword in the upcoming battles, it would leave him as nothing more than a slave to her will, who could be executed on a moments notice for betraying any one of her demands. His beautiful green eyes sparkled with thought, like emeralds in the light; his mind whirring with the various consequences his words or actions could have on him now.
Growing up the way he had, in the family he was given to when the Karnata Dynasty decided they didn't want to raise him properly; he learned very fast that his actions could have severe repercussions, he just never took them into consideration. He blew them off like a Nara would blow off responsibilities within an army or even just a school, finding them useless in his world. His world of death and battle didn't have repercussions, he was sent to a battle or city and ordered to kill them, and he would follow through with it or he was punished. Growing up like this made him hold an intense hatred for anyone who attempted to control him past giving basic orders that he could disobey with minor response from the commanding officer. The notion of being the slave of someone, even a woman as powerful and beautiful as Kya...simply made his stomach turn in disgust. Rage bubbled within him, threatening to tear through the mask of indifference he'd carefully formed over the years of dealing with people. "If you find my response offensive or wish to deal with me. . . I suppose I will have nothing to do but deal with that." Shrugging indifferently Nobuyuki leaned his head back in the chair, looking up at the ceiling in boredom.

Rose was glad his Kage had returned. Though the village be silent, the leader still remains prominent. Making Rose think that the majority of the shinobi of the mist were probably on a mission; something he hoped to do very soon.
Yet before the elegant male could take a heeled step forward, another male came to the entrance of his Kage. His ruby eyes did not recognize the chakra signature of the male nor his facial expression in the least, but given that he made it this far into the village without some form of hostility told him that he was not an enemy... even if he knocked down the door.
Upon hearing Kya's voice of acknowledging him, Rose would enter in after the mysterious man who would later be deemed an individual of the Karanta Dynasty. This was indeed rather surprising that one usually having their loyalties specifically to the Fire Country, to take to another village; even if that country held another in their past office. Something drastic must have happened outside of that which stirred around in the north to cause this much unusual behavior.
Whether that was the case of not, Rose would lean against the wall and idly listened. Picking up pieces and parts of the conversation that the male may find interest in that superseded the interest in what color his nails should change to. The bits and pieces he did collect showed that there could be some form of hostility made. An escalation in the conversation that definitely could cause some form of retaliation depending on how Kya viewed it. On one hand, the man's words showed confidence to barge into a foreign village and speak and act boldly. On the other hand, the disrespect could wind him coming to a village for solace only to find a possible enemy. Rose would remain silent and await orders if there were any. But until that happened, Rose would continue to idly have his ruby eyes looking down upon his manicured nails of his right hand while his left laid loosely to his side particularly hidden by the sleeve of his large royal-like kimono.

Kya smiled at Rose, always glad to see an above the norm shinobi in her office eager to do something. However, the words Nobuyuki spoke caused Kya to shift. Her hand found her drawer, pulling it open to reveal a few things to no one in particular. There were a couple of psychology books sitting there, a roll of bandage, which she grabbed and sat on her desk, not breaking eye contact with Nobuyuki as he spoke. She stood as he looked out the window, her monkey grabbing the bandage and climbing around her, tying her lady parts up. Her eyebrow rose a bit as he sat down. She knew well the minds of men, their inner workings. She had watched them for years. She was one. Her heart wasn't so different from his. The only difference was she knew a mask when she saw one. And he was certainly wearing one. Kya found his words so odd, even still. She would hold up a finger to him when he was finished, and her Monkey very comically would screech at him. She turned to it, looking wordlessly at it, narrowing her eyes. He craned his head and she cooed a bit to him, poking his belly, which garnered a similary sound from him. She would look to Rose, deciding first to speak to him. Rose, my darling puppeteer. I actually have a mission for you. I need someone to travel to sunagakure. I would go myself, but I am bound here for now. Assess their readiness for the northerners, specifically make your way to the Kage's offices, and tell them that they have the mist villages aid should the northern horde arrive there. If they don't seem ready, I would like to know. Do whatever you see fit to assess them She would procure a B rank mission document. If you encounter resistance on the way treat this as an S rank mission. Upon your return we shall see about finding you more interesting work. She would motion for him to get moving.
As for Nobuyuki, Kya would open her stained glass window, looking over her village. Her subjects walking the city had no idea what was coming for the village, but she did. Kya seemed to pout a bit. She could kill him, sure, but that wouldn't help nor would it hurt anything or anyone. And also, she liked that he didn't want to just be manipulated. Perhaps she would let him stay for a while after all. She sighed exasperatedly and plopped down in her chair. Fine, whatever you can stay here. I don't know if you're brave or just outright stupid, but either way you managed to at least pique my interest. She waited a second before speaking again. Now go do something helpful. I keep getting reports of nscattered northern scouts around the country. Do me a favor, find and kill them. Perhaps bring me a single one back alive.

Rose's full lips would curl as his Kage seemed to recognize him. He didn't think his accolades would reach the height of her ears. After all, though Rose did have powerful jutsu, it did not match up to others that held a stronger focal point in their manipulation. In fact, outside of Rose's puppetry jutsu the one thing he was confident he exceeded any other shinobi in was the medical arts in surgery, poison and toxin construction, and unlocking the full power of his eyes then bringing it into an entirely different level. One he couldn't wait to utilize, specifically when his powers compliment the teammates he's in.
Rose would, upon being acknowledged by eye sight, do an elegant dancer's bow, before waiting for the proper time to speak. Admittedly some curiosity was made when an assortment of items was placed upon the desk before a makeshift bandaging was made to cover her top area. Poor thing. Rose should take her shopping to be garbed in the finest linen that Kiri had to offer. The silks and colors fitting for a queen! But now wasn't time to think of what her measurements were so that they may be matched with the linen that would make Shogun's look like paupers.
Upon hearing the mission, Rose went through a very brief assortment of thoughts of how he should infiltrate the village should they wish to not play nice, and should he go so far as to kill if need be. "Oui madam. I vill tell zou everything that I find out about le place." Rose would say, giving another bow, before taking a single half step towards the door. A step that would have the prettied male freeze and raise his manicured index finger up just before his heeled boot would fully forward, "Although... Question madam...
