Tokioka In england we don't really have sweet sixteen IMO. The only thing you can do when you turn 16 here is legally buy cigarettes. You can drive when you're 17. And no purchasing alcohol or porno til you're 18. Or clubbing either. You can have sex when you're 16 in the UK. ^^

But I guess it happens everywhere... in Reading for example. I was walking with my friends to their car late one night, when we walked down this road and there were a load of prostitutes offering us sex. All of them looked pretty young as well, definitely under the legal age. Not good... talk2hand

Same in the UK, although here it's ALWAYS considered the boy's fault if both are under 16.
Prostitution as a whole is not good.. especially at that age when they don't even know what they're doing, just doing anything to make money. For goodness' sake.. get a paper round..
