Constance looked over at Merrick with a grin. She had a feeling she knew what he was thinking about, because the same thoughts had flashed through her own mind. "Hey, let's eat first and then maybe we can do some other things." She wiggled her eyebrows at him, feeling very mischievous. ~~~~~ Cassandra laughed softly as she shook her head. "I wish that could happen. We would easily win. I mean with Constance and Merrick on our side..." As she finished the dessert Mariamma placed a plate of food in front of her. "Thank you, Mariamma," she said with a smile.
"You are welcome," Mariamma said as she placed a plate in front of Lorcan as well.

Merrick swallowed, his tail splitting into two as he was nervous. "Okay," he managed, his voice slightly higher than normal; he kept his back turned to her for the moment for the most part so to hide his raging arousal.

Lorcán chuckled. "La ringrazio molto, Mariamma," he said quietly. He knew it would startle Mariamma as he knew she'd been raised by her Italian mother and he'd just thanked her in Italian.

Kaosujin Ryu well I think that's the right one...that's what the translator I have says...lol Constance chuckled as she picked up a strawberry and took a bite, a sigh escaping from between her lips. They were her favorite fruit. "Strawberries have always been my favorite." She finished off the one she had picked up and moved to a different plate. "Hmm, what next?"~~~~~~ Mariamma looked at Lorcan with surprise before a small smile spread across her face. "Prego," she said with a nod as she walked away. Cassandra grinned at Lorcan as she took a bite of her steak. It was perfectly cooked just the way she liked it. "I think you made her day."

Merrick picked up a light tan pear. "I'm partial to pears, myself, though there are other things I like," he said, deliberately meaning the double entendre as he bit into the pear, liking the slightly tangy flavor.

Lorcán smiled slightly as he tried the steak; it was well done with a slightly smoky flavor, which he liked. "I make it a habit, usually when I'm bored, to learn new languages; I've learned Latin, Chinese, Italian, Gaelic, German, and Portugese," he said with amusement. Merrick smiled faintly as she wiped the apple juice off of her chin with her fingers, thoroughly tempted to walk over to her and lick it off. "Whipped cream and chocolate," he said under his beath, not realizing he said it all too audibly.

Lorcán chuckled. "`After all, beautiful women like you are rarer than pure gemstones'," he said quietly, translating it clearly with a slight blush on his cheeks. To him, she was the star he was locked in orbit around.

Constance raised an eyebrow slightly. "Whipped cream and chocolate, huh?" She turned and walked over to him. "I like whipped cream on top of hot chocolate. Delicious."~~~~ Cassandra smiled gently as she moved closer to Lorcan. "Tá tú mo ghrá, mo shaol, mo gach rud." She said softly in Irish before she leaned forward and kissed him. She wondered if he had ever learned any Irish in his studies.

Merrick blinked before blushing slightly, not realizing what she meant. He scooped up another pear along with a peach, not really realizing he had turned towards her when she'd started walking towards him, baring his obvious arousal to her.

Lorcán cocked an eyebrow, blushing deeply; he had translated it almost immediately in his mind, but was still surprised. "If I didn't know better, I would have said you were trying to make me blush," he said, lightly teasing her.

Constance's gaze flickered down for a moment before she grinned widely and looked up into Merrick's eyes. "Or we could just skip the food if you want," she said lightly with a shrug. "Although I am sure the others will be wondering if we have had enough rest already and come looking for us..."~~~~ Cassandra smiled at him. "Now why would I try and do that?" She reached forward and touched his cheek gently. "I am just letting you know how much I care for you. How much I love you." She blushed when she heard what Mariamma said. She knew Italian very well. "Si sente wedding bells in aria?" Mariamma teased as she walked past them. She had been around long enough to see how they danced around each other before, and now she was happy that they seemed to be together.

Merrick blushed deeply. "Ah... um, I don't know if they are or not... they may be busy," he managed awkwardly, well aware his manhood was twitching with vigor and making it very clear that though verbally he seemed reluctant, his body was anything but.

Lorcán jumped slightly at Mariamma's voice, the blush deepening as he too understood what she said. "Perhaps," he managed as he shivered. For just an instant, he had a very vivid image of Cassandra in a gold and ivory wedding dress with a grin on her face. He shifted to get rid of the sudden tightness in his pants, though it didn't realy do that much good.

Constance chuckled softly as she moved to Merrick's side and kissed him on the cheek. "Let's try to eat some more first, and then maybe we'll move on to something else, huh?" She had indeed seen how eager he was and it made her happy that it was all for her. ~~~~~ Cassandra watched Mariamma as the older woman walked away and then turned her gaze back to Lorcan. She had heard the single word he had spoken, and her cheeks flushed even more. She hadn't actually thought about it up until Mariamma said something. But now she could imagine everything perfectly. A beautiful dress, all the coven leaders around them as well as Constance, Merrick, Alicia and Kasumi...the two covens coming together... She shook her head a little as she looked down at her hands.

Merrick nodded a little too eagerly as his stomach let out a deep rumbling gurgle. He sighed as he shifted slightly, unconsciously rubbing himself in a very vulpine manner against Constance, though most who saw it would have said it was a 'feline' manner. "Maybe it's a good thing they forgot the whipped cream," he mumbled, wondering if she'd noticed that the clones may have forgotten the whipped cream, but hadn't forgotten the chocolate sauce.

Lorcán sighed as he saw Cassandra duck her head. "Is it just me, or is everyone trying to play matchmaker? First it was Merida, and she wasn't all that subtle about it, then Alicia, who was somewhat more subtle, and Carolyn who was less subtle than Mariamma, and considering she was fairly obvious that says something," he said wryly with a shrug.

Constance giggled when she heard what Merrick said. She could imagine all kinds of things to put whipped cream on. She blushed a little and shook her head. Thoughts she had never thought before flew threw her mind. She picked up some more strawberries and her eyes fell on the chocolate sauce. "Hmm, chocolate covered strawberries..."~~~~~ Cassandra laughed and shook her head a little. "I guess they were all rooting for us to get together." Her eyes twinkled as she watched Lorcan. She lay her hand over his. "We were moving in the direction of each other...it just too a little longer than they would have liked I guess."

Merrick ate the peach quickly, lobbing the pit out of the window even as he ignored the shards of glass that were mainly outside of the room though a few did land within the room. He heard Constance's words and decided to see just how much she'd blush at his next choice of words, which he deliberately made it sound as if he wasn't paying attention. "Chocolate covered what?" he said wryly, forcing back a laugh; he knew what chocolate covered strawberries were, though for an instant he had thought of something else covered in chocolate.

Lorcán snorted a low chuckle. "Well, regardless of how long it took, it was well worth the wait," he said with a teasing note in his voice.

"Chocolate covered strawberries," Constance said as she dipped the fruit in the chocolate and turned to look at him. "One of the best things ever." She walked up to him and held out a chocolate covered strawberry. "Here, taste." She grinned up at him, her eyes twinkling. ~~~~ Cassandra smiled softly and nodded. "Yes, it was well worth the wait." And she felt like it was. She hadn't realized until recently that she was ready to let someone else into her heart.
