"I can make him forget." Holo told her "You too have something." Holo looked around "Maybe he was the life that he was talking about." Holo said sarcastically with an eye roll "Life of a life and he was alive. Seems wistful to me though."

 Kazumi sighed, "What me and Fireball had was far too long ago. My memory of it all was wiped clean when we joined this pack..." She pushes Holo away from her and goes over to Damion. She said, "Kumiko remembered this whole time though... That's why she kissed him, to see if he remembered." She sits down on her knees next to Damion. She looked at his chest to see if it was all healed. She put her right hand on Damion's chest and kept it there, taking in all of the memories that are flooding back into her mind. She smiled as she was doing this.

Holo just looked away. She could have continued to watch, but it seemed like a private moment. She looked at the ground wishing there was something else that could have been done. "Can't he take a part of you," she spoke aloud to herself "You basically two people, so only one of you would have to go."

Kazumi snapped back to reality at that moment. She looked at Holo and said, "Yeah, he could, but it would have to be me. Kumiko's the original persona, so she'd have to stay."

Well would it matter? Besides, she wouldn't last in FireClaw how she is." Holo said lightly "But how ever it works, maybe you could make a personality, find out how you were mad, make a new one send that one, you know?"

Kazumi sighed. She said, "I was made because Kumiko was unable to take care of herself. She was alone at a very young age. She needed help to survive, and thus the magic within her created me. She can make a new one, but only under certain circumstances." She shook her head, "Besides, if Balan wanted Kumiko, he would've taken her a long time ago, considering he can travel through time. This is about more than just preventing a destiny."

Holo thought "What about time?" she asked "He said a life for a life, he can get you years from now, before you die." she suggested trying to find loop holes in Balan's idea.

Kazumi shook her head. She said, "He chose this time for a reason." She looked at Damion as she felt him starting to move.Damion opened his eyes slowly. Once his eyes were open he blinked a few times. When he finally came to he started to quickly sit up.

"The war between packs will begin soon." Holo said "That could be the reason this time was picked." Closing her eyes to think, Holo tried to figure out a way to help Kazumi.

Damion blinked. He thought for a minute, but then remembered what was happening before he passed out. He looks at Kazumi with a surprised expression and said with a hint of amazement and shock, "You... You remembered."

Not wanting to be in the middle of what seemed like it should be a private conversation, Holo silently headed for the cave entrance.

Kazumi nodded and said, her voice cracking again, "Yeah... I did..." She looked at the ground and wiped the tears out of her eyes. She looked back up at Damion.Damion looked at Kazumi. He wasn't sure what to make of this. He then saw Holo heading to the cave entrance. That's when he realized that this meant he'd have to make a choice. He got confused, and started thinking in circles in his own mind about it.Kazumi looked over to where Damion was looking and saw Holo heading to leave. She said, "Holo... Please stay." She looked at Damion again. She saw the look he always had on his face when he was so utterly confused and thinking in circles. She grabbed Damion's left hand in her hands and said, "Fireball, I know what you're thinking about, but you're not going to have to make that choice. Just pretend none of this ever happened, okay?" She gulped and tried to hold back tears.

Holo sighed looking up at the ceiling "You guys need to talk and I did mean what I said Kazumi I know how to make it where I'm forgotten." Looking around, Holo eyed the entrance besides...I could use an apple." she chuckled nervously and rocked back and forth before running out the cave and up a tree a little bit away.
