"You're welcome, Miss Lucy!" Vivi said, glad that she could help one of her favourite Fairy Tail mages. She returned the wink, though Lucy couldn't see it. '*sigh*, now is the time when I wish my brother Roger were here instead of gone warning that old lady about my vision of her dog going crazy and attacking her... if he were here, then I'd be able to be seen...' she thought, 'wow, I never thought I'd ever miss his immature behavior and dumb pranks as a ghost...'

The twins exclaimed together in concern jumping up from where they had been pushed by Leila, "Leila!!!! Are you alright?!?!?!" They ran towards her to help her up, but were stopped instead by another glowing orb shooting right past in front of them and making a huge hole in the wall.
"Uh uh uuuh~♪ Don't even think about it. You better deal with me first," the shadow said in a sing-song voice.
The twins glanced at each other before nodding and proceeded to turning to their enemy. They glared at him/her with an icy glare, demanding, "Who are you and what are you playing at here?"
"What could you possibly hope to achieve by making young innocent children like us fall into a hole?" Yin added, clasping hands with her brother, "surely, we have not done you any harm!"
Yang flashed a knowing grin to his sister as he grabbed hold of the wall behind him.
The dark shadow waggled his/her finger at them, "Oh, it doesn't matter! What matters most, is that... this hole shall be your grave!!!" He/she cackled as he/she began destroying the top of the hole, covering the twins and Leila up with dirt.
"Not is we can help it..." the twins muttered in annoyance, and then they closed their eyes. "Diabolica contoror de fata..." they whispered softly so that only they could hear, in complete calmness. The wall behind them as well as most of their surroundings began to crumble.
"W-w-what's happening?!?!?!" the shadow screamed in shock as the ground beneath him/her began to shake as it did before. He/she wobbled for a moment before falling into the hole. "AHHHHHHH!!!!"
Yin and Yang created a sort of twister around themselves and Leila, by twirling the crumbling debris about. This was what protected them as all else collapsed. By the time Yin and Yang opened their eyes, what had once been dirt and debris had now been transformed into a sculpture of a beautiful princess and they were now all on solid ground and no longer in a hole.
Yin rolled her eyes at her brother. "You have terrible art tastes... Typical."
Just then, the pile of excess dirt beside them began to quiver.

A very small and cute cat pawed its way out of the rubble. "Owie, nya..." it said, rubbing its head. Then the cat noticed the three mages standing before it. "Argh!!! Noooooo, please don't kill me!!!" it exclaimed, jumping backwards.

The twins looked at each other in surprise and slight embarrassment. "THIS was what was attacking us??!!?!?!"
"Oh wow..." Yin groaned, "We've gotta be losing our touch..."
Yang sighed. "Ah, well, at least we got some exercise."

With the mist lingering and surrounding her, Rein was trapped in it's foggy grasp as memories of her past began to haunt to the extent of disabling her will to fight, an indication that breathing in the mist causes hallucinations that guilt the victim into submission. All Rein could ever do is writhe in regret as her tears stream down her cheeks as questions flood her mind with one question echoing in sequence as though it was a cry. The question being, "Why did Theodore have to leave me?" as it appears somewhat able to echo through the depths of the forest.

It is at this point, that the scene shifts to the deep part of the forest where Theodore is seen walking amongst the shadows of the lumbering trees. Suddenly, he halted his advance as he turn his head back with emotionless eyes. "I thought I heard someone call my name," muttered Theodore softly as he shake his head slightly. "I must be imagining things. It almost sounds like Rein but it couldn't be. Has something happened to her?" pondered Theodore with a somewhat worried expression in his eyes. "I can't think about that now," thought Theodore as he close his eyes tightly, resisting the urge to run towards Rein's location. "I'm sorry, Rein," muttered Theodore softly as he continue his advance into the deep shadows, his words almost seemingly able to reach Rein.

As the mist proceeded to consume Rein with guilt, she could feel the mist dissipating as a lone stranger appears to be able to devour the mist as though by magic. As the last of mist leave her, she could hear Theodore's words whisper in her ear as the stranger tend to her.



At this moment in time, Gray, who had been distracted by the awkward situation that befell him and Juvia when he pushed her into the bushes for discretion sake had landed him in a precarious position as he now remains in the mercy of Romina, who suddenly emerged from the murky waters of the swamp and is seen attacking both him and Juvia with a swarm of water based piranha like creatures. At this point, Juvia is seen snapping out of her romantic delusions as she springs into action, unleashing a barrage of sharp bladed water attacks that sliced the piranha creatures in two, leaving a few to past through her attack as they lunge towards both Gray and Juvia. Gray then made his move by placing his fist on his outstretch palm, causing a blue magic circle to appear while a cold mist lingers around him. "Ice Make, Lance!" announced Gray as sharp spear like armaments dart out towards the remaining piranhas, spearing them and freezing them at the same time. Within moments, the frozen piranhas began to crack and crumble before Gray as he stare at Romina with a serious stare, which would have looked cool if not for the fact that he is not wearing nay pants nor a shirt as he is seen in his boxer shorts.

Romina was silent as she watch her piranha swarm get taken out in a short time. However, instead of feeling annoyed or angry, she clapped her hands in glee and then point at Gray and proceeded to laugh out loud. "Ahahaha! you're not wearing any pants! You're so silly! Romina can't stop laughing!" exclaimed Romina as she giggle some more. "Mind your own business!" remarked Gray with an annoyed tone as he appears to be oblivious to his situation. "Why are you attacking us? What is this place? Most importantly, is Theodore helping you people in some way?" inquired Gray with a serious expression. "Romina already said you are trespassing. This swamp is Romina's playground. Only Theo-nisan and Iris-nesan can go through here," responded Romina as she wipe the tears from her eyes while one hand clutches her stomach. "But if you're here already, then Romina can play with you all day! Romina won't be bored now! Yay!" remarked Romina with a cheerful tone as she place her hand on the huge orb dangling from her necklace. Suddenly, water began to rush out of the swamp on is seen being absorbed by her orb. "Whale Bomb!" announced Romina with a cute smile as water began to rise into the air and pool there until a huge whale like creature takes shape above Gray and Juvia. "What? that's huge!" exclaimed Gray in shock as the whale's massive size shadows over Juvia and Gray.

"Bye bye!" remarked Romina enthusiastically as she waves goodbye as the whale began to fall on them. "Ice Make, Shield!" exclaimed Gray as he conjures a huge ice shield above them to block the incoming attack. However, due to the massive size of the creature, the shield began to crack under the huge pressure upon impact. "No good. At this rate, we'll be crushed. Get out of here, Juvia. At least you can escape," ordered Gray as he tries to keep the shield from breaking any further.



Meanwhile, the battle heats up in another part of the forest where two warriors face off in a test of strength, skill and endurance as spear and gauntlet are locked in fierce combat. At this point, the dainty, graceful skills of Eiko proved to be a challenge to Jason as she skillfully averted his block and attack tactic that results in him getting pushed back due to the strong impact of her kick accompanied by her spear. This allows Eiko to lash out at Jason once again as the sharp tip of her spear darts towards his chest. However, being one of potential caliber himself, Jason, intuitively replace his current gauntlets with his default ones and proceeded to launch a surprise counter move where he flips back and immediately use his suspended legs to grab hold of Eiko's lunging spear which allowed him to disarm her as he uses the force of the flip to catapult the spear away from Eiko as it lands behind Jason. A seemingly unique plan except for the fact that Jason fall on his back as a result of it. Reckless in nature but effective as Eiko is unable to determine his next move due to how unpredictable it is.

Eiko stood in silence as she watch Jason fall to the ground, laying face down as he went. "That is certainly unexpected," remarked Eiko as a small smile forms on her lips. "You are reckless but insightful at the same time. It's the first I've met an opponent like you," noted Eiko a she stare at Jason with determined with closed eyes. "It would have been easy for me to strike you now while you're down but my honor forbids it. So, please rise to your feet. Our battle is not over yet," remarked Eiko with a polite tone as she raise her right hand. suddenly, the spear began to move as it launch itself towards her and lands in her hand as though by magic.

"Your effort is praiseworthy but futile. However, I shall reward you by telling you about my spear. I wield the magic spear Tiberone that can null any magic attack and is able to levitate to my side at any moment if I willed it so. To conclude, our fight earlier was just a warm-up," explained Eiko with a serious tone. "If you want to beat me, you best equip your best weapon," suggested Eiko with a proud tone as she waits for Jason to get to his feet.




At this moment, the team of Taura, Devi and Celine are at odds end with a gauntlet wielding girl as she delivers a barrage of fireballs from her currently equipped fiery red gauntlets. In response, Taura used her white wings of the air to cut off oxygen supply in the surrounding area which caused the fireballs to extinguish upon entering the vicinity. With all the fireballs being extinguished, Taura is seen following up with fire attacks of her own as Devi launch balls of liquid fire from the ground around her while Celine conjure balls of fire that rain down from the sky. all attacks aimed at the girl as she atares at the oncoming attacks with an unmotivated expression. "They countered my attacks again and now they using a same form of attack against me. This is too much. I guess I will sit this one out," remarked the girl with a lazy tone as she await her fate of being bombarded by all three attacks while taking out a cigarette and smoking it.

A huge display of flames could be seen as they appear to engulf the girl as the area around her lit up with flaming fury. However, before any victory could be declared, upon closer inspection, the flame attacks appears to have hit its mark but instead of the girl, it hit a wall of rock that stood in between the girl and the attacks. Slowly, the rock wall began to crack and crumble to pieces as dust, dirt and smoke engulf the area. As it slowly dissipates, two shadows could seen amongst the smoke and grim. Instead of just the girl, another joined her stead as the figure appears to be male in appearance. "You could have defended yourself against those attacks if not for your lack of motivation. This is really a bad habit that does not befit a skilled fighter like yourself," remarked the new stranger as the girl groan with annoyance. "Like I want to fight them and you coming here means that I will have to fight some more. How annoying," responded the girl with a unmotivated tone. "You have to do this for our goals is just about to come to fruition. However, I can't blame you for having trouble with them. they're quite strong," noted the stranger as the smoke cleared revealing the stranger to be none other than Theodore as he stare at Taura, Devi and Celine with emotionless eyes.

"I'm sorry that it has to come to this but for the sake of justice, I have to fight," remarked Theodore with seemingly sad eyes as he extend his hand only for stones and rocks to gather around his hand, shaping and forming until a sword rests on the palm of his hand. Grabbing the hilt, Theodore proceeded to swing it slightly and took on a battle stance. "So, who shall face me? The rest will be left with Asuka," remarked Theodore seriously as he points at Asuka who proceeded to equip herself with black gauntlets. "I guess I will be busy with whoever you lump me with," noted Asuka with a sigh.



A battle at the meantime appears to escalate into dangerous proportions as the white haired girl began to unleash a formidable but deadly attack on both Nathan and Evalina due to her outburst of emotional backlash in response to Nathan's trust in his friends. Her depressed emotional state had caused her to unleash two giant elephant demons that appear suddenly from the summoning circles that she conjured from the pool of blood around her and are seen charging towards Nathan and Evalina. The white haired girl then displayed a scary expression on her face in response to Nathan's words. "Lies! lies! Lies! Everyone's the same! All you legal guilds are the same!" exclaimed the white haired girl tearfully as the elephants charge furiously at them.

Within that moment, Nathan proceeded with his counter attack as he summons a cheetah like creature with his orb, which strike at the one of the elephant demon with its great speed and sharp claws that clawed its way into the side of the elephant demon's left eye. The resulting lash caused the elephant demon to trash about in pain as the cheetah proceeds to dig its fangs into the side of the elephant demon face causing it more pain, halting its charge in the process. With one elephant distracted while the other still charging forward, Evalina made her move as she summons a water based beast that resembles a merhorse that upon being summoned proceeded to pound its hooves on both elephant demon heads. The impact caused the elephant demons to reel back as the boiling water within the beast began to spread into the elephant demons causing them to evaporate as they slowly dissipate into nothing due to the intense heat.



This action caused the white haired girl to let out a painful scream. "Why? why? Why do you always get in my way? why do you always counter my attacks?" exclaimed the girl with a sad tone as she proceeded to chant an ancient rhyme. Suddenly, the ground began to shake as the earth in front of the girl start to break and crumble indicating that something is rising from the ground. As though the elephant demons are not terrifying enough, the one that the white haired girl summoned this time is massive and somewhat humanoid in nature as it slowly dug itself out of the ground. "Demon Lord, Astaroth," announced the girl softly as tears stream down her cheeks while the demon proceeded to reach out it hand towards the girl and then scoop her on its palm. With a gentle gesture, the demon is seen placing the girl on its shoulder where the girl rests without a care in the world. The demon then began to roar out loud as though to announce it arrival as it towers over both Evalina and Nathan.

Before either of them could do anything, the demon's mouth began to glow a bright fiery red and without warning, it fired a bolt of fire at the merhorse, destroying it in the process as it bursts into none existence. The demon then stare down at Nathan and Evalina, it's glowing red eyes sending chills down their spines. "Friends are nothing in front of the great beast," muttered the white haired girl as the demon raise both arms that are poised to smash Nathan and Evalina to bits.



The dilemma doesn't seem to end as Lucid appears to be at the mercy of the archer girl that has been hunting him ever since he left the vicinity of the box car. Though faced with a hopeless situation, Lucid remains firm as his resolve is undaunted by the arrow aimed at him as he raise to his feet. Lucid is even seen arming himself with a purple ribbon, poised for battle till the very end. "Very well. You've made your choice. So, I shall abide it," responded the girl with a somewhat sad tone as she pull the string of the bow back even farther. "Fool" muttered the girl softly as she released the arrow that proceeded to dash towards Lucid with great speed and strength as it glows a bright white, indicating that it's imbued with powerful air magic that could cause a destructive wave upon impact.



One dilemma led to another as Lucy, Vivi and Loki are tasked to take on the hair magic of the girl assigned to challenge them as a gigantic dragon made entirely of hair stood in their path as it roars ferociously. It's earlier attack involving a rain of needles was thwarted by the quick action of Vivi and the efficient cutting skills of the celestial spirit, Cancer. "Another one to join the festivities and this one is an expert on hair. This is getting better and better," remarked the girl with a smirk only for her to witness Lucy use her expendable whip to wrap itself around the dragon's mouth, preventing it from unleashing another needle barrage. "Interesting strategy. However, how long can you keep it up? I can go all day long," mocked the girl without worry of the fact that the dragon's mouth is bound shut as she gestures at the dragon to strike which causes it to raise its claw up high and then slams in down on the ground, the earth shattering and crumbling to the point of creating a shock wave that dashes itself towards where Lucy, Vivi, Cancer and Loki are as a thunderous wave of rock, dirt and gravel rushes in their direction.
