{Really? Lol. My middle school friends would do that every time I didn't come to school looking like a half-dead zombie. XD}
Mala whispered, "We'd best be careful. Drunks who look like that are almost always nothing but trouble."

"Maybe if we're lucky they'll pass out first." Van whispered back.

"After that, we could probably roll them onto the dock and steal their ship. If possible, one of us should get a map of these waters so we know where the hell to go. That is, if that happens." Mala thought for a moment then added in, "If we're truly desperate for a crew, we can ask some of the villagers if we can avoid being caught. I'm pretty sure none of them are too happy to be here anyway and would kill to escape."

"That is if that demon's lackeys don't catch us first." Van said. "And while we're on the subject, sort of, I'm guessing there's no chance of you letting have a couple of drinks, is there?" he asked, wondering if he was doomed to yet still more time without alcohol.

"Riley is only sixteen. I won't allow it." Mala calmly stated, noticing that the drunks were too focused on their conversation to notice much else. "If they aren't going to konk out themselves, want to help them out a bit?" she asked, clearly liking her plan better than being a stowaway. "Plus, if it's really necessary, I can cut my hair and don male attire so that they wouldn't find me as quickly. Maybe that blacksmith would be interested in joining the voyage out of here..." she continued. One seriously has to wonder how someone like Mala could become a priestess, especially for a god like Atius.

"I figured." Van said with flat frustration before returning his attention to the drunks, and then to their surroundings to see what could be used as a weapon to take them out.

One could note that the crates that Van and Mala were hiding near were filled with wine bottles. One had been broken open hours ago by one of the incompitent pirates, the hole being big enough for a bottle to be pulled out.

"Whelp, they like their booze. Why don't we give 'em something a little more high class?" Van said reaching into the crate and pulling out a bottle of wine before chucking it at the head of one of the drunks.
((Me go night night nao. Sleep good and all that.))

{Okay, goodnight.}
As expected, the drunk was knocked out cold. However, the others looked shocked. "Heeey, wheresh dat c** frum?!" one exclaimed, his speach slurred for obvious reasons.
Mala snickered at this.

Van popped out again when they weren't looking in their direction and chucked another one, hoping that they were too drunk to figure out their attackers before he finished them off.

Indeed, they were extremely drunk. So drunk that they were unable to notice the direction in which the bottles were coming from. Hooray for Deux ex Machina convenience! "Just one more." Mala whispered, grinning like an idiot kid in a free candy shop.

ninja-boi92 Mikhael gave an exasperated chuckle as the female spoke. His face didn't change, but he spoke, paanting as he did so. He still remained at the ready to strike. "Well... you're good..." he gave a slight smile. "Likewise." Belin said. "We could use a mage like you on our journeys.""Well..." Romain said, rubbing her chin, "I suppose he would be pretty good in a fight. Sure, why not?"

"Good thing these guys are totally wasted and have a collective IQ of 10." Van whispered before popping up again to chuck the last bottle of wine at the lone drunkard.

Mala nodded in agreement, bursting into a small laughter once the last drunk was knocked out. "Great. Now, let's move the bodies so that we can take the boat and haul a** before anything screws us out of the chance." she said, not genre-savvy enough to realise that she might be jeapordizing the plan simply by stating 'before anything screws us out of the chance'. She would need to hope that the UniverseUs was either feeling merciful today or too lazy to ruin everything at the moment.

Before making any effort to move the drunks, Van made a quick and thorough search of their pockets. "Figures. Just a bunch of pocket lint and...substances I'd rather not know the origin of." he said as he started to drag the drunks away.
