Okay, look. I'm really sorry about this. I really am. As a personal rule, I usually prefer to work with applicants to get their customs to be approvable, but I really don't know how to help you with this. The overall concept is interesting, if nothing else, but the idea of it all allows OP techniques and metagaming on the part of the person with the bloodline. Even if you tone everything down, all it does is make a bunch of techniques and simultaneously give the power of the Kagura bloodline.
My advice? Go for Kagura, and submit these as custom Raiton jutsu AFTER you fix them more. Or you could make a new elemental release (Hikariton [Light Release] or something) and give your character a talent that allows him/her to manipulate Raiton chakra as light or something. Idk. I'm just throwing ideas around. I'm not 100% sure the jutsu mod will pass them, but it's worth a shot. But in truth, I can't approve this. I'm sorry.

Description: This Kekkei Genkai dates a few years back and was first seen used by Hiroto Minazuki. The Kekkei Genkai was very restricted and its existence was kept under the radar by the Kages. The Kekkei Genkai only has one Stage but its progressive and it takes a lot of training and determination to learn each individual techniques, No one has shown complete control over the Kekkei Genkai yet except for Harumi Minazuki which perfected the art and set a new set of expectations for the remaining Minazuki.
Strengths: - Allows the person to learn Suiton jutsu one rank higher. (Example : If the shinobi is Genin he/she is able to learn Chunnin level Suiton jutsu.)
Weaknesses: - Must be a Minazuki
- Can not be transplanted
- Earth Jutsu Weakness due to elemental weakness.
- Over use could cause the person to loose its abilities.

Clan/ Kekkei Genkai Background -The Luna Diviner came about as a result of a single man's crazed attempt to create the perfect soldier for a war he never would see. Back before the days of technology, the darkest of dark ages, a man who knew more of chakra than most began imposing huge amounts of his dark and twisted power into a smaller, weaker male he had captured and beaten close to death. The man reacted to this man's experimentation in unexpected ways. He rose and looked at his captor, still small and frail, but with bright yellow eyes and long, blue hair. He had lost all sense of reason, and another strange thing occurred. Be rose into the air, his weapon spinning in a circle behind him and a large, white circle appearing in the sky, blocking the sun and turning day into night. His skin began to glow blue as if fire was radiating off of him in an aura. His wounds healed to a degree as well. The yellow eyes were even brighter now, and the man felt stronger than ever before. He grabbed his weapon, and landed on the ground before his opponent. With each swing of the claymore, he sent a wave of corrupted chakra that tore through the trees around him. He slammed it into the ground and domes of energy blasted out ten feet into the air. Columns of this power rose and moved in straight lines away from him, and the man himself swung around the impossibly large claymore with ease. When the berserk had ended, he dropped the claymore and fell to his knees, breathing heavily, and feeling the pain of all his wounds yet again. This destroyed, bloody wasteland was the birthplace of the Luna Diviner.

Clan/ Kekkei Genkai Description - Members of this bloodline typically are average to small sized men these days, and have yellow eyes and either blue or white hair. They are usually intellectuals who would rather read than go into battle. They always have a rather large claymore with them that, for most, floats almost sententiously around the user for convenience. Using the corrupt power inside of them they can create a false moon in the sky during the day that can activate there berserk mode nearly instantly, which can only be done through two methods, one being contact with moonlight, and the other being personal rage building (see below for details.) The berserker mode increases strength and speed by two ranks, and gives the claymore a huge amount of power, able to power through trees with simple swings.


Rules & Requirements -
● Members of this clan have extremely long fuses, for they do not like getting angry or irritated as the berserker form could build up.
● Cannot be a ninjustu specialist since the corrupt chakra in you makes it hard to cast ninjutsu. Also, this rule applies to genjutsu class and medical class as well. ((Also,l theses jutsu take an extra two posts to learn.))
● Only get one element.
● When in battle, every post of battle that goes by grants a plus two to your berserk points, which indicates how close to loosening the berserker form you are. If attacked, weather struck or not, you gain five points to it. ((As a side note, should something actually anger your character based on personality, then you could add two points to the berserker bar, up to ten during a day.))
● Once you've built up between 75 and 100 points, you can go berserk. However, once you hit one hundred, you must go berserk.
-Bloodline jutsu may be used outside the berserker form, but at the cost of your total berserk points. When in berserker form, each post that goes by, you lose ten points to the berserker bar, and each technique takes away corresponding amounts of berserker points.



Abilities -
● Able to weild their claymore with unreal strength and speed, as if it were a katana. This is not true for all heavy weapons however, just your own. The claymore was apart of the original Luna Diviner's very essence, which is why one is given to each member when they are old enough to tap into their power. The bond between them is almost as if the weapon were alive.
● The claymore always returns to the practitioner.
● Berserk form can heal wounds for the length of time you are berserk, but the damage will not fully heal. Wounds will stop bleeding and close during the form, but will still need to be looked at by medical ninja.
● All stats get a plus 2 rank bonus during berserk form.
●Afterwards, the user will feel a minus 2 ranks to all stats for three posts, and then the bar can begin to fill again.
The members of this bloodline have a larger pool of chakra (+40) but are not as good with using it as most other ninja. This cuts the amount of ninjutsu they can learn in half, rounded up.
● Techs aren't learned, but use of any technique above your rank are limited by class still, and techs above your rank have double the cost or rage for one rank, triple for two, and so on.




Clan/ Kekei Genkai Jutsu -
E
Meditation
This Technique is the one the members of this clan use to either lower, or raise their berserker bar. Though it is called meditation, it isn't really that kind of calm state. Simply by thinking of malice, or happiness, the subject can raise the breakdown bar or lower it by up to ten points per post. The downside however is that no other complex action can be taken during. So you can move around and avoid attacks, but you cannot attack, defend, or counter effectively.


BERSERK
This technique allows a practitioner to go into the wild state of their forefathers that gave the KG the name it has. When their berserk bar reaches a certain point, a user will release the inner demon, rising into the air and having their claymore, no matter how it is being held back if it is, will spin in the air behind them. It will reach a point behind them, and morph into a more deadly state, going from a mere claymore sword to something more fitting of the user ((such as a waraxe or maul; it must still be a heavy weapon)). They will glow with the color of their chakra, and radiate an aura of evil great as that felt by a konaga, or tailed beasts. They can hold this state for a maximum of ten posts (as they lose ten berserk points per post) which can be shortened by using KG techniques.

D
Raid- This technique sends corrupt chakra flying towards an enemy much like a slash of chakra. It does blunt damage, and can knock an enemy off of their feet. It travels as fast as the user can, and they can either fire it with a swing of their blade, or from their hands. It is not however that effective in damaging unless you are in berserk form. When berserk, this technique has the power to knock over small trees, and can easily send a foe flying good distances back while still only doing blunt damage. ((Costs ten berserk points.))

Reflection- This skill allows a practitioner to hold their claymore in front of their body diagonally and use their inner demonic chakra to produce a see through shield that can block various attacks. It makes an arc around the front of the user that can be held until the berserk bar runs out. It can defend against attacks of your own rank of any type up to B rank, but once one attack has been defended the user must pay the cost in berserk percentage to keep it up. ((ten point activation with a five point cost to hold between posts and through attacks.))

C
Luna Division-This attack sends a concentrated amount of berserk rage into the ground that litereally can divide the ground. The user must swing the weapon down towards the ground with their demonic chakra and a long line of cutting force will tear the ground apart in a line that goes from where the user is standing about ten to twenty meters away depending on if it hits anything along the way. It can cut a b rank defense in half, but it will stop upon doing so. When in berserk form, the attacks can literally tear through an entire building with ease, leaving the ground rended and as a deadly addition more than one are sent with each Swing. (up to a maximum of three that move i parallels. Costs 15 berserk points.)

Eruption-The berserker will channel their rage into their weapon or their hand and strike the ground. A dome of energy will send their anger out in a 10x10x10meter dome of pure energy that has the blunt force to render landscapes wrecked. Trees fall, buildings are left structurally unsound, and worst of all, ninja blow away with enough force to leave them shellshocked. ((fifteen berserk points.)) The berserk mode makes the attack a circle rather than a dome, that erupts with each footstep once activated taking five berserk points on each step. It then has less power, but still deals heavy damage and is still just as big.
B
Mental Backlash- If caught in a genjutsu with fifty berserk points, the user can literally reject genjutsu from their body by sacrificing their rage meter.

The Luna Impersonation- Concentrating 40 berserk points, 10 stamina points, and 10 chakra points, the user will send a blue sphere high up into the air that blocks out the sun and cast a glow over the battle field. It dims the thread it is cast in and begins to take effect on the next post. For the next 20 post or until it is somehow destroyed, the sphere will grant twenty bonus points per post and remove the backlash upon exiting berserk mode as well. These effects will also occur under direct moonlight even without the technique being learned.

A
Lunar Assault- Taking twenty berserk points the rage monster will leap about ten feet into the air and slam into the ground with enough power to leave medium sized craters in the ground, and also cleave anything in half that is foolish enough to stand in it. It also sends out a wave of blunt force that sends anything within ten feet barreling away from them and speeds that can easily break bones. In berserk mode the force is increased and the total power and speed of the attack is increased.

Luna Finsiher- Focusing fifty berserk points, the berserker will fire a beam of energy with the cutting potential of A rank wind techs that can pierce through A rank defenses and people easily. The alternative is B rank in power, but shoots out a wave instead, about 15feet wide.
S
Luna Endgame-Sacrificing one hundred berserk points the user will literally explode with energy under the power of either Luna Impersonation or a real moon and blow sky high, dealing S rank damage across an entire thread to himself and all of his enemies. When going berserk you have to charge up the attack for three posts, staying suspended in the air. The damage itself leaves scorched earth and skin on all parties hit, and knocks anyone hit back with extreme force. The surrounding area is left either burning or blow to ashes. If knocked away while channeling than the skill will be cancelled and fifty rage points will be refunded. You will not however be able to charge it up again for the remainder of the battle.

Since Shay likely won't be up to it for awhile, I'll give these a quick look over in her stead.

Must be a Minazuki. This is implied simply by being a bloodline. Anyone wanting the bloodline has to apply for it, thus they must be a user of it.

Cannot be transplanted. Why is this?

Over use could cause the person to loose its abilities. Could you elaborate on this? At what point is it considered overuse? And how much beyond that point must you go to lose the abilities? Is the loss permanent, or temporary?

Is this pure manipulation, in the same way as the Ichibi controls sand? If it is, please add limitations and costs. How much can a person manipulate at X level, and how much chakra does it cost to use that much? If it's not manipulation however, please elaborate on what it is, as that is what's implied by the wording.

Please reformat the jutsu with our jutsu format. It can be found in the custom jutsu thread.

This jutsu is a bit contradictory in that it's an E rank only used for severe damage. As a general rule, E ranks are nearly harmless, with the only real danger being that of the user's skill. Furthermore, "Blasting clean through a target" with an E rank jutsu will never be allowed. It's simply too powerful. See the jutsu Uo Tsuba in the Suiton list for an example of a similar jutsu, at E rank capability.

In contrast to the last one, I'd recommend lowering this to C rank. The description doesn't make it sound powerful enough to be used as a B rank attack, but the utility is C rank.

Further, when reformatting, please arrange all the jutsu in order of rank, from E to S.

For this, I'd like to turn your attention to Misu Peretto, an incredibly similar jutsu of the same rank, already existing in the main lists. On that note, and jutsu which are duplicates of public jutsu are denied by default.

This jutsu sounds like it's the basis of your manipulation ability mentioned before. Is this correct? If not however, it is far too powerful. And by that I mean flexible. A single jutsu stamped with a "Do whatever you want" seal can, does, and will, lead to problems down the road. That's one major reason I'm reluctant on the manipulation mentioned earlier. The most important thing on this one though, is the ice. Ice control is a trait of Hyoton, and will not be allowed for another clan.

What is the limit of what this can cut? I am highly reluctant to allow a water jutsu of such low rank to cut metal, and I feel inclined to mention the custom jutsu rule that no jutsu may be unblockable. Thus, no jutsu may be designed to cut "Anything".

For an S ranked jutsu, this has very little description. How large is the whirlpool? How fast does it spin? Can a shinobi using water walking, with sufficient speed, run backwards and escape it? Does the user have to be within the range of the whirlpool to cast it? If so, are they protected somehow? And how? Does the user have to remain in contact with the whirlpool to keep it going? If so, does it cost additional chakra to maintain? How long does it last? These are all things that should have some passing mention in the jutsu description.

What is Mizu no Sosa? I have looked briefly, and it isn't mentioned in the bloodline or our own lists.

POTS has no SS rank. That essentially means you would never actually be able to learn this jutsu.

This jutsu appears to be designed as a defense breaker. Used against a defense, does it have it's own rank's effectiveness? Some jutsu used as such strike harder or weaker than their own rank.

This jutsu sounds like it's the basis of your manipulation ability mentioned before. Is this correct? If not however, it is far too powerful. And by that I mean flexible. A single jutsu stamped with a "Do whatever you want" seal can, does, and will, lead to problems down the road. That's one major reason I'm reluctant on the manipulation mentioned earlier. The most important thing on this one though, is the ice. Ice control is a trait of Hyoton, and will not be allowed for another clan.

What is the limit of what this can cut? I am highly reluctant to allow a water jutsu of such low rank to cut metal, and I feel inclined to mention the custom jutsu rule that no jutsu may be unblockable. Thus, no jutsu may be designed to cut "Anything".

For an S ranked jutsu, this has very little description. How large is the whirlpool? How fast does it spin? Can a shinobi using water walking, with sufficient speed, run backwards and escape it? Does the user have to be within the range of the whirlpool to cast it? If so, are they protected somehow? And how? Does the user have to remain in contact with the whirlpool to keep it going? If so, does it cost additional chakra to maintain? How long does it last? These are all things that should have some passing mention in the jutsu description.

POTS has no SS rank. That essentially means you would never actually be able to learn this jutsu.

This jutsu appears to be designed as a defense breaker. Used against a defense, does it have it's own rank's effectiveness? Some jutsu used as such strike harder or weaker than their own rank.

Overall Verdict: DENIED, due to the overall OP nature of the bloodline.
-Kekkei Genkai Background: "Be rose into the air..." There is a typo. Should be "He rose into the air..."

-Kekkei Genkai Description: "... and have yellow eyes and either blue or white hair..." should be "... and have yellow eyes with either blue or white hair." Grammar correction. Minor detail.
-"... can activate there berserk mode..." Their beserk mode. Not there.
-"The berserker mode increases speed and strength by two ranks..." This bonus does NOT stack with any other bonuses.

-Rules & Requirements: "Also, this rule applies to genjutsu class and medical class as well. ((Also,l theses jutsu take an extra two posts to learn.))" Too wordy, in addition to being grammatically incorrect. "This rule apples to both Genjutsu and Medical professions as well. Characters possessing this bloodline also take a +2 learning bonus to learning all medical and ninjutsu."
-I'm going to completely reword the fourth bullet for you.
"During battle, each post made by the user grants a +2 to the character's berserk points, indicating how close to releasing the berserk form the user is. If attacked, whether struck or not, the user gains a +5 to their berserk point buildup. As a side note, should something legitimately anger a character based on personality, up to a +2 bonus may be granted to the user's berserk points, limited to a +10 daily."


-Abilities: "Berserk form can heal wounds..." This ability needs to deduct a specified number of berserk points in order to even come remotely close to passing.
-"All stats gain a +2 rank in berserker mode..." Once again, this does NOT stack.
-"Afterwards, the user will feel a -2 ranks to all stats for three posts..." Make it five, minimum.
-"The members of this bloodline have a larger pool of chakra..." Stacked with all of the other bonuses that this bloodline grants? Overly excessive and unnecessary, especially considering that the practitioner is not only barred from both gen- and ninjutsu classes, but have a halved ninjutsu allotment.
-"Techs aren't learned..." Am I reading this correctly? This allows characters to not only autolearn techniques, but to use a jutsu of an unrestricted number of ranks above the user, as well as removing the cap on how many jutsu of a specified number of ranks that the user can learn and use. I suggest you remove this in its entirety.

-Bloodline Techniques: Raise the rank of all of them by at least one. The power level of these techniques is entirely too high for the ranks you've given them.
-Meditation: "... can raise the breakdown bar or lower it by up to ten points per post..." Ten per post? No. Try five. Not ten for an E-rank technique. If you want to keep it at 10, raise the rank to C at least. EDIT: This technique can either raise or lower the breakdown bar. Pick one.
-Berserk: Also, the claymore will morph? Please explain what the point of a heavy weapon morphing into another heavy weapon is, or remove that part.
-Raid: "... much like a slash of chakra. It does blunt damage..." Those are two entirely different things. It either does slashing damage, or blunt damage.
-Reflection: "... to produce a see through shield..." An invisible shield? Change this. It should at very least be the color of the user's chakra. "... can be held until the berserk bar runs out..." A potential ten post duration? It needs a cap, as ten posts is obnoxiously excessive.
-Luna Division: Twenty meters away? Fifteen, at most. Can cut up to B-rank defense, but no higher, even in berserk form. Can cut up to C when not in berserk form. Limit how many times this can be used.
-Eruption: A 10 m x 10 m x 10 m dome? Cut it to 5 x 5 x 5. 10 meters is over 30 feet. Give me a rough estimate of how far a shinobi will be moved by this technique, as well.
-Mental Backlash: You can leave the rank for this at B, but change the description to say at least fifty berserk points, for clarification. The user can only resist genjutsu of their rank or lower, as well.
-Luna Impersonation: Stamina points? I assume this bloodline has been taken from TUP or BBR. I want proof that you either are the creator of this, or have the creator's permission to use it here. "... that blocks out the sun and cast a glow..." Blocks the sun, but casts a glow and dims the thread? Fix this please. 20 post duration? I don't think so. Cut it in half. +20 berserk points per post? Again, cut it in half. "These effects will also occur under direct moonlight even without the technique being learned." Remove the second half of this statement entirely. I will not allow a technique to be activated without a character learning it.
-Lunar Assault: "... within ten feet barreling away from them and speeds that can easily break bones. In berserk mode the force is increased and the total power and speed of the attack is increased." Give a rough estimate of how far away the target will be pushed back. Define how much the berserk mode increase is.
-Luna Finisher: The name of the technique has been misspelled. This technique is also just a stronger version of Luna Division. It would be best to change the description of Luna Division so the rank of defense that it can pierce is adjustable depending on how many berserker points the user sacrifices.
-Luna Endgame: This, obviously, remains S-rank. The user will either be unconscious once this technique resolves, requiring immediate medical attention, or dead. You pick. This technique can only be used if Luna Impersonation is active. The use of this technique requires three real-time days of downtime in order for the user to recover from the effects.

-EDIT: So basically, correct me if I'm mistaken, but this clan's abilities are centered around the buildup of their rage meter, or whatever various terms that have been used to describe the ability, yes? At an E-rank cost of chakra, without the edits I've dictated, the user can raise their berserker points by ten points per post, causing them to force themselves into a berserk frenzy. Not only that, but they have access to another technique that forces them into the same frenzy by creating an illusion of the conditions necessary to go berserk. The basic ability of the clan is completely pointless, as it centers around the buildup of rage and how it causes the individual's power to drastically augment, while the techniques essentially allow that process to be skipped to the bare minimum cost. Would that be correct? The Meditation and Luna Impersonation techniques need to be removed, if that is correct. Feel free to argue the point.
-Also: I assume all of these techniques deduct the amount of chakra corresponding to their rank? If not, they do now.

Make all of these edits, and I shall review it again.

This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

Firstly, we're not accepting new bloodlines for the moment, until the ones we have are fixed up.

Even so, I would have to deny this. Firstly because it's rather odd to have a blacksmith clan, that for some reason has genjutsu bonuses... But that's not really why.

Most of these clan jutsu already exist as universal jutsu. The mental jutsu would belong not to a genjutsu or blacksmith clan, but to the Yamanaka clan, which is referenced right in the jutsu. And the melee weapon jutsu would need to be explained much better than that to be allowed. Besides that though, melee weapon jutsu can be made for each element individually, and are actually usually around C rank.

The elemental strengths are all opposing elements, and taijutsu and genjutsu are opposing skill sets. The weaknesses basically don't exist, with the only real weakness being a penalty for not wielding a weapon. An elemental restriction weakness doesn't work when you allow four out of five elements. Visual traits are not considered a weakness in any way. And lastly, a bloodline or clan cannot dictate the number of members in a profession, as that is just... Odd.

All in all, this bloodline won't pass.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Kansatsuryoku (Powers of Observation)

History : When and where the Kansatsu clan first originated is shrouded in mystery since no actual documentation for this clan was ever conceived. But from what has been passed on by word of mouth, this clan, for as long as anyone can remember, has been a nomadic tribe wandering from town to town avoiding any specific contact with anything associated with ninja and ninja villages. It is said that the founder of the tribe was a person gifted with the natural ability to detect heat signatures and sound waves as well as being able to catch glimpses into the past and future. Because of his amazing natural abilities, he was taken away from his friends and family and asked to do many dangerous tasks under the will of a selfish tyrant ruler. Seeing how his abilities were misused and his will was consistently being oppressed, the man snuck away from the lord's castle during a lunar eclipse and ran as far away as possible.

Knowing that there was a chance for the Lord to come after him as well as others wanting to use his abilities for evil, the man began living as a wandering hermit doing little things here and there to gain money while avoiding unwanted attention. It was during his travels that the man gained several followers, one of which he eventually married. The tribe continued to expand over the years and as different people with natural abilities to see wavelengths integrated into the tribe, the bloodline eventually developed into what it is today.

Though most members still keep to the tradition of their clan leading nomadic lives, several members have begun to question their ways and left to seek out for a different way to live. As members continued to leave one by one, the tribe weakened and eventually was thought to have died out. Several years later though, a familiar hermit cloak can be seen worn by various people who would every once in awhile enter town and set up a large triangular purple tent with gold trimmings. The people who tend to seek out members of this clan whenever they appear in town are the people hoping to get their fortunes told or in the rarer of cases, to track someone down.



Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :

1. Regular exercising/relaxation period of the mind/eyes is required(yoga, meditation, ESP cards, etc) since the mind is in constant high gear trying to grasp onto the various wavelengths and process them into a image for the user to see.

2. Only one sight can be activated at a time.

3. Constant shifting between the various 'sights' may cause temporarily blindness to the user because of the mind's inability to process the quick changing pace of the user's sight.

4. The user's eyes change a certain color according to the specific stage of the Kansatsuryoku the user is currently using allowing for easy identification of what 'sight' their using unless covered.

5. Doujutsu Techniques do not require seals or incantations. All others do.

Sight Limitations:
Genin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 5 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 5 posts non-stop before requiring a 10 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Chuunin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 8 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 10 posts non-stop before requiring a 15 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Special Jounin/Jounin:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 12 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 15 posts non-stop before requiring a 20 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.

Sannin/Kage:

- Mind will only be able to handle a maximum of 15 shifts in a row without rest.

- Eyes can only handle a maximum of 20 posts non-stop before requiring a 25 post rest period. If overused, there's a chance for the user to lose their eyesight.


Overuse cost:

1 post past limit: Roll a d20, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (10% chance to lose)

2 posts past limit: Roll a d10, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (25% chance to lose)

3 posts past limit: Roll a d6, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (30% chance to lose)

4 posts past limit: Roll a d4, if you get a 1, you either are stuck with one 'sight' or you lose your eyesight. (50% chance to lose)

5 posts past limit: You lose your eyesight.


Stage One: X-ray Vision

Description: The user has just recently awaken their Kekkai Genkai and is starting the basic training on how to use their special ability. Still new to this, the user has yet to develop the sense/skill necessary to detect long wavelengths but the user does have the natural ability to hear high frequencies allowing them to easily detect the high pitched frequency and short wavelengths of X-ray radiation. While in this stage, the user's eye-color will turn a jade green indicating that this stage of the Kekkai Genkai is currently being used and the user's vision is able to penetrate the surface of objects/things such as human skin, allowing them to see what's inside (human bone). This ability only allows the user to see through an inch or two, much like a true X-ray.


X-ray Microscopy

Range: 3 Feet
Prerequisites: X-ray Vision must be active.
Description:
The user is able to focus their vision to detect very small objects, enhancing them under their eyes, allowing them to see things at a nearly microscopic level. This effect ranges up to a 40X Zoom.



Stage Two: Ultraviolet Vision

Description: This is the second stage of the Kansatsuryoku which grants the user the ability to see things in ultraviolet. At this stage, the user's ability to detect wavelengths have increased allowing the user to pick up on the long wavelengths of ultraviolet radiation. When activated, the user's eyes will turn violet and the user will seen everything in a screen of violet thus toning down the brightness and damage of certain things (looking at the sun). Using this stage of vision, the user will be able to detect objects normally unseen, such as bodily fluids, sweat, blood, and otherwise which have long since become invisible to normal eyesight.

How to obtain:

- Must have trained in using X-ray Vision for more than 15 posts

Kuroi Ten [Black Spot]

Type: Ninjutsu | Supplementary
Description:
The user is able to create a chakra mark which can only be seen under black light or Ultraviolet Vision. Said mark is permanent, and cannot be removed by anyone but the user. The mark can be placed on any object or person with a mere touch. Said mark has no ill effects. This jutsu can be taught to non bloodline members, so long as it is taught by a member of the bloodline, with the proper stage unlocked.

Type: Doujutsu | Supplementary
Range: 3 Feet
Prerequisites: Ultraviolet Vision must be active.
Description:
Using this ability, the user will be able to identify the chemical structure and makeup of many objects, allowing them to know exactly what it is as well as find out specific information on any special abilities/construction of the item. The user must have previous relevant knowledge and experience for the latter effect to work.


Stage Three: Infrared Vision

Description: At this point in time, the user has developed a good control over their ability and is able to move onto the next step which is infrared vision. Infrared radiation have longer wavelengths then ultraviolet radiation but a lower frequency. During activation, the user's eyes will turn an amber color and by absorbing chakra to bend the visible spectrum of light, the user can now see clearer the left over heat impression made by people as well as their heat signatures. Their vision then turns into a set color palette of dark indigo to white representing the different body temperature radiating off the things in the user's sight. This gives the user the ability to see heat signatures through walls, the ground, and other solid objects to lock onto those who may be hiding.

How to obtain:

- Must have trained in using X-ray Vision for more than 30 posts.
- Must have trained in using Ultraviolet Vision for more than 15 posts.

Netsuryou Kanran [Temperature Viewing]

Range: 15 Feet
Prerequisites: Infrared Vision must be active.
Description:
By focusing and enhancing their sight, the user is able to pick up not only immediate heat signatures, but residual heat signatures as well. Residual heat is left behind wherever a person has recently passed by, and can last as much as a few hours after the heat source is gone. This jutsu can be used to both track these residual signatures to their source, and determine how long it has been since they were left.

Hi-to Heitei [Heat Suppression]

Description:
Through their knowledge of heat signatures, the user is able to suppress their own, masking it with chakra in order to appear invisible to any method of detecting heat.

Having trained their mind and hearing to the max, the user now must go beyond that for this last and final stage of the Kansatsuryoku. At this stage, the user has finally awakened the ability to spot the long wavelengths created by radio waves and detect chakra imprints between all of the visual spectrum allowing them bend the radio waves/ chakra imprints to create flashes of imagery projected on objects.

How to obtain:

- Must be at least a Jounin to achieve this level of sight
- Must have trained in using X-ray Vision for more than 45 posts.
- Must have trained in using Ultraviolet Vision for more than 30 posts.
- Must have trained in using Infrared Vision for more than 15 posts.

Description:
The user releases their chakra into the air in a specific area, merging the chakra with chakra and sound wave imprints in the chosen area. The airborne chakra then becomes visible and/or audible, as the user desires, creating an afterimage of events within a specific time in the past, chosen by the user. These afterimages can be seen and heard by others in the area, as they are created from the user's chakra.
The cost of the jutsu varies according to how far back the user goes.
E-rank cost = up to 3 posts back [Fifteen Minutes]
D-rank cost = up to 6 posts back [Thirty Minutes]
C-rank cost = up to 9 posts back [Forty Five Minutes]
B-rank cost = up to 12 posts back [One Hour]
A-rank cost = up to 15 posts back [Two Hours]
S-rank cost = up to 20 posts back [Four Hours]
Each post back counts as one post of using the doujutsu.

Hinote: I really really like this change all around. As discussed, I think using posts instead of ranks as a way to determine stage is innovative, and allows people who seem to be "perma-genin" the ability to be a genin, but also awesome. Pretty much a definite APPROVED! You know what, I'll even give you the banner I haven't used in forever:
