 Name of weapon: Moonlight Who owns the weapon: Katelyn Where it was found/Who made it: you can choose one or the other, you can use both if you want) - It was found deep into the tallest tree, hanging onto the very top branch. Katelyn had discovered it as she was trying to pull her skills off by climbing the tallest she she'd ever seen. The Range of the weapon: Both close and far. Weakness: Extrodinary power is able to crack the sword itself, but the sheath is able to block like a shield. Only problem with it, is that once your sword is cracked, you cant kill the enemy with just a sheath. Also, if any sort of magic is used against it, it will render it useless back into its small form which cant do anything. Description: A large pink sword, which has shiny metal and at times you can see it shine in the sunlight. If you can figure out how to wield this sword, it's shape changes into the size of a car bumper. It sends off Ninjutsu , shooting a water explosion at the opponent. Once taken out from its best feature by some force blocking it, and taken out of it. It cannot reach the point of coming back until 5 combat posts. It will keep shooting out until it has hit something, almost like force. The slightest thing like a tree would stop its rage of going on. It can keep attacking until the sword somehow gets somewhat damaged. Sometimes, if it's gone out for more then 15 times it will also weaken the opponents strength from so much use. Rp Sample: Walking the streets of Konaha, Katelyn had her sword all snugged up in her sheath. She walked by a cliff, realizing the swords power could sense someone neary, urging her to fight by shaking and glowing. Katelyn stopped in her tracks, still not turning around. "So..your the girl I'm supposed to take out?" He asked grinning evily. Katelyn turned around to face him, eyes raging with fire. "You think you can beat me?..well then come on and try, unless your too scared." Katelyn smirked back, releasing her sword from its sheath. As she was pulling it out, the sword began to get bigger, the same size as a license plate. Katelyn held it in from of her protectively, waiting for his first move. The guy also had a sword, which he too pulled out. "Bring it wussy." He answered as he charged and smashed his sword right into Katelyn's. Both forces pushing, both sides had been pushing eachother in different directions. "Your path ends here" The guy said as he began to push even harder proving his power. Katelyn began to slip in the back a little, almost like they were both playing tug-a-war. She had been using all her power trying to push him back. Thinking fast, she jumped away, his sword slash just barely missing her and he sliced off some of her thread on her clothes. Slashing the sword in the air, some sort of magic flew out at high speeds aiming for the guy. Using his sword as a shield, he protected himself smirkingly as he clashed his sword right back into hers, putting the most of his power into it. Apparently, he was too good of a match for her as he began to shove her right towards the end of the cliff. Once they were really close to the edge, he began to smile. "This is the end for you.." were his words as he pushed back even harder, that Katelyns fullest power of strength could not overpower his even in the worst situation. Her feet fell right on the edge, rocks crumbling and falling for a very long time before you could hear a thud right at the bottom. She gulped thinking for a fast way to get out peacefully.
Trying to prove her power back, she kept using all of it by pushing, only to realize her feet had lost any sort of ground to sit on and began to fall. Right when she had slid down the cliff, her feet had stopped at some point, holding on for dear life. Sweat dripping down her scared face, her hands had been holding onto some sort of large rock attached to the cliff. "Too easy" The guy said as he began to put his sword away, but that was when suddenly, he felt as if there was someone behind him. Katelyn had kicked him, shoving him to the ground and sliding at high speeds. "Never take your eyes off your opponent." Katelyn replied in one peace in a very angry tone. "So, you did live..good." He answered once again smirking to prove his point. Katelyn began to charge at him without thinking seeing as she was pissed off. The guy had been forming hand signs, waiting for his moment. Right when Katelyn got close, he began to blow fire right at her. Freaking out, Katelyn quickly slid to a stop, shielding her face with her sword, the fire forcing the sword to change back into the small puny one. Katelyn frowning, she realized it was useless now as she threw it to the ground for now, and had taken out her sheath. "Your fighting with that? Pathetic." He answered, both sword swords clashing just like before. The sheath begginning to crack, she jumped backwards allowing some space between them. Quickly picking up her broken sword, she sheathed both and stared down her opponent. "Come here.." He answered jumping forward to her. Feeling her defeat, she knew she had no other chance of winning. Therfore she fled the scene, dissapearing after using a smoke bomb.

Name of Weapon: Sokuboku
Who owns the weapon: Tsubame Itsuki, Hokage of Konohagakure
Where it was found/Who made it: It was made by Itsuki during her earlier years as a Chuunin
Type of Weapon: Net launcher - Gun
Range: Up to 20ft.
Weakness:
- Chances of hitting are below 50% when target is past 12ft.
- Gun can only hold two bullets at a time; will easily require constant reloading
- Metal wires only 5mm thin and easily cut through by weapons imbeded with chakra
- Length of bind only 2.3m including weights (hard to wrap around wider opponents)
Abilities:
- Restrict: By infusing the bullet with chakra before launching it, the wire will also be infused with chakra causing the bind, if successful, to be twice as difficult to get out of (only techniques B-rank and higher can break off the bind). [C-rank]
- Rapid lanch: By infusing the gun with chakra, user can force the bullet to lauch both bullets in quick succession. The bullets will also fly 20m/hr faster bring them to 140m/hr. [D-rank]
Description of Weapon:
Invented by Tsubame Itsuki, she happened upon this idea one day while taking her daily stroll around Konoha. On her way pass the park, Itsuki spotted a small group of kids throwing rope with two rocks attacted to each end towards the ladder of the playscape. As she watched the kids whip the 'string' towards the metal rungs, she soon figured out that the objective was to get as many of their strings on the higher rungs. Notcing how the 'string' wrapped itself around the rung gave Itsuki an idea for a capturing device.
By testing out different combinations of various items, she eventually ended up sticking with the idea of combining a long metal wire with two small metal weights. Holding it in her hand, Itsuki decided to take it a step further and began thinking up different ways she could use lauch this binding conviently. In the end itsuki was reminded of how some people have weak throwing arms or maybe bad hand eye cordination, so to make up for it, Itsuki knew she needed to come up with a way to help her launch the binding and the idea of a gun came to mind. As she furthered played into the idea, Itsuki got more crafty and made it as complicated as it is today. A three layered weapon consisting of gun, weapon and wire. On average, the speed of the wire flies spinning towards its target at approx. 85m/hr.
Gun - Silver with elegant weaving designs. Simple and light weighted for easy handling.
Bullet - Black oval capsals that contain the binding
Wire - A black thin metal wire w/ two small weights at the end. Each weight is approximately 5g each.

Name of weapon:Golden Death
Who owns the weapon:Shin Naga
Where it was found/Who made it: Was passed down to each generation of Shin's family. After the Otokage was attack by the large snake in his Grandmothers secret lab a last ditch effort to keep her work a secret everything was blown up. The dagger survived and was blown into the river were Shin found it a few days later.
The Range of the weapon: Two feet {1/2 foot handle, 1 1/2 foot blade}
Weakness: due to the explosion the blade has become weaker than most, so even though it can clash briefly with other weapons and stay intake any prolonged blocking with this weapon will break it. To activate the gems in the handle of the blade the chakra MUST have been previously saved, and also drains the some chakra from the ninja's chakra pool. Can also only be used once every 24 hours or the chakra may break the gems.
Description:After the weapon was crafted it was soaked for several weeks in the Naga clans venom. This has caused the blade itself to permanently infect any victim that is cut with a potent version of the clans poison. (Affects the target 3 post faster than normal.)
The gems in the handle have the ability to use charka from the user, and from which was stored into them, to bend light around the wielder for a short period of time making it seem as though they vanished.
-Must be Chuunin to use this ability.
-Must store twenty chakra points in the gems at least one day before being able to use the ability.
-Will drain ten chakra points when activated.
-Will only keep the ninja hidden for two posts.

@Martin: Approved!
@Katelyn: This weapon is a bit....confusing in its description. It says that it is capable of shooting off strands of 'magic' that are like lightning. Also, 'magic' seems to be its weakness. But, we don't have any magic based systems here...we use the typical everyday ninjutsu. Not only that, but the strands of 'magic' it can supposedly shoot off don't have any chakra cost, duration time, approximate radius of effect, or even a rank of power. I'm going to deny this for now, but read up on everything in the starter members thread and the elemental jutsu we have. If your RPC has lighting as an element, you could very well just change it to that. But until you do some research into the weapon a bit more, I'm going to have to say: Denied. Feel free to reapply for a weapon however in the future.
@White: Approved!
@Havik: If you'd read the rules on the first page of the custom weapons thread, you'd notice that there's a distinct rule about weapons that can store chakra. It's just something we won't allow, sorry. Not only that, but even if a blade was soaked in venom, it could be washed off easily, so suiton would have to be a pretty big weakness for it as well. For now, Denied. Feel free to attempt to apply again with a different design though.

I will start working on a way for the blade to absorb/deliver the poison.
I thought the absorbing chakra rule meant more so that people couldn't say "HA! I ABSORB YOUR ATTACK WITH MY AWESOME SWORD OF SWORDS!"
Would I still be able to use the vanishing ability of the weapon if I take out the chakra storage aspect of the gems in the dagger?

@Katelyn: Ah, well here it would be classified as ninjutsu. And I guess that could work, like spears of water. But once again, you'd have to give the ability a chakra cost, range, and amount of times it could be done. I guess the last one could really be contingent on the chakra cost.

Invisibility can also only be used once every 24 hours or the chakra may break the gems. Suiton jutsu can wash poison off the blade
Description: This blade was made specifically to retain poisons. There are several small grooves that allow poisons to "stick" to the blade. The deeper the cut the faster the poison will react.
The gems in the handle have the ability to use charka from the user to bend light around the wielder for a short period of time making it seem as though they vanished.
-Must be Chuunin to use this ability.
-Will drain ten chakra points when activated.
-Will only keep the ninja hidden for two posts if Chuunin.

Who owns this Weapon: Alkaid Icolo, The Fiery Beauty of the Leaf!
Where was it found/Who made it: Created by Alkaid when she was learning how to be a Weapon's Smith. (Usable by anyone who requests it to be made for them, but they must directly interact with Alkaid.)
The Range of the Weapon: 2.5ft blades.
Weakness: This Weapon is very limited on its range and it is hard for people to get close enough to use it's abilities. Also, using the Blink Attack has serious consequences on the user.
Description: This usually is just a regular set of lightweight blades that are able to be used with great skill, but it has a special rotor that was placed in the hilt. By flipping a single switch, the blades begin to spin around like they were drills. This gives the blade the ability to dig into the body and mash around innards as if they were putty. However, the blades must be plunged directly into the body when using this ability and cannot be used in slicing motions. This weapon also has a special ability that only Shinobi of at least Chuunin Rank can learn.

Type: Weapon Technique
Description: To use the Blink Attack, Alkaid had to learn a bit about the Human Body and how the nerve synapses operate. By flipping a switch on the hilt, a different rotor will spin and then create an electrical current that shocks the user enough to reach the nerves located inside the hands. The shock then causes them to react, but changes the signal sent to the brain. Upon receiving this signal, the brain then sends more signals to all muscles in the body. These signals force the muscles into overdrive causes them to work almost at 300% of their normal rate. The user then gains a sudden burst of speed and power, allowing them to charge directly into the body of the enemy and unleash powerful, deadly, vicious attack. Blink Attack causes the user to move so fast, it almost seems as if you'd miss her movements just by blinking. This lasts for just 2 posts and will cause the user to go into critical condition immediately afterward. If this attack does not finish the battle, then the aftereffects will definitely do the job.
(Useable only after going through 15 posts of pure physical training when at least Chuunin Rank)

Alkaid was deep in battle with a group of bandits. They were coming from all sides and it seemed as if there could be over twenty of them. Alkaid quickly took down a few of them by slicing their jugulars, but they were overwhelming for her. Alkaid quickly flipped a switch on the hilt of her blade, triggering a rotor, and cause the blades to spin like drills. She then charged directly through group of bandits, stabbing into their stomachs, and then ripping the blades out of them. She had dropped their numbers to about six with relative ease, but she noticed that they were bringing reinforcements.
"Dammit! I have to resort to drastic measures... I'll have to use the Blink Attack." Alkaid flipped another switch on the hilt and she received a shock, followed by a massive burst of pure adrenaline. Her energy in her body swelled and she began moving faster than she ever believed she could. She darted into the mass of enemies and began literally drilling through them. Within the mater of nearly thirty seconds, she had left a pile of carnage laying around everywhere. Alkaid was covered with the blood of her enemies and was quickly losing her energy. As the adrenaline rush ended, Alkaid collapsed on the ground, left for dead in the middle of all the bloody bodies. She was retrieved by Leaf's ANBU Black Ops later and placed into a hospital, where she received physical therapy and care that got her back on into fighting condition within two weeks.
I was told to repost this Custom Weapon since I'm bringing back my Rpc. So yeah.... Here it is! It was previously accepted, but I guess I still need to do this.

Yukio actually made it purely out of Iron sand.
The Range of the weapon:
3feet ( Blade ), 20meters ( Gunshot ), 5 meters ( Shockwave )
Weakness:
It is only operatable by someone who isn't manipulating other objects, this includes Satetsu
It can only be used once per thread
It can only be used once per IRL day
It takes up 60 chakra to fire a single shot
Usable only by a Sannin/kage ranked second stage satetsu member
Description:
Unknownst to most, A perfect firearm is made through omitting all but fluid friction ( which is produced not only by water, but also by air ), and using a magnetic flux line to hold an onbject perfectly straight and propell it at speeds that would rip most objects to shreds. Yes, A Rail gun.
Normally it is unheard of to have a railgun that is capable of being fired once per month, let alone once per day. while most ammunition doesn't even survive the trip down the barrel and it is merely the shockwave that does most of the damage, through clever usage of magnetic waves, Yukio has perfected a railgun ( although much smaller and weaker than it's predecessors ) in the form of a gunblade. The Railgun's ammunition operates like a regular bullet, however it is made entirely from satetsu sand compacted to be the heaviest compaction possible, each round requires an entire day's worth of mining and compaction, and weighs the equivalent to 2 tons. thusly it had the density required to reach the end of the barrel, and stay together as particles of it disintegrate from the light speeds of the bullet. When the bullet reaches it's maximum distance of 20meters, all that is left of the original 2 ton object is 5 grams of satetsu sand compacted together.
The railgun functions through a series of magnetic rings which as soon as the farthest back picks up the ammunition, it repulses it forward and the one just a fraction of a nanometer activates, pulling it forward with amazing speed due to it's magnetic power. Then it repeats the cycle of the one before it, and the one infront of it activates pulling the round even farther forward. this process repeats itself until the round goes through all 1,000,000,000,000,000 magnetic fluxuations Yukio creates. The railgun has absolute presicion, the only reason it would ever miss it's mark is if a magnetic force of opposite polarity was activated which was on the target in which case the shot would be completely redirected, without fail. However, only another member of the satetsu bloodline, or an actual mechanism designed to create such a magnetic flux wave could truly create such a powerful wave.
This weapon's special capability is only usable as a sannin/kage ranked second stage Satetsu user, or by hooking the weapon up to a lightning rod, which takes on the full force of an S rank technique, and is set up to activate the rings of magnetic flux Yukio placed inside of it.

Who owns the weapon:Kay Otosan
Where it was found/Who made it: Kay found it on his way to kirigakure.
The Range of the weapon:The full range of Kay's Otosan. (Currently 40m)
Weakness:Doton jutsu can halt the vibrations, sound elemental users of equal rank to Kay completely null it's effect, anything that would halt the vibration.
Description: Every time this blade strikes something it vibrates heavily, a vibration that radiates outward. Anything caught in the otosan's hearing range would be affected by it's ability, which creates a low tone that only the wielder can ignore. It causes slight nausea and double vision, similar to the jutsu sound bells. For five posts it causes everyone to see multiples of every would be target, but after the five posts the blade becomes just a vibrating katana, making an annoying sound. When it is vibrating it is hard to use for anything other than defense.
