Do... you not want to be friends then? Tatsumi asked, tilting his head before looking to the waiter, who brought their food. He bowed his head in thanks and took a drink of his soda.

Baka ie, he laughed, pulling his plate close to him and picking up a fork. Junmaru looked over his meal and grinned. I do want to be friends with you, he said, grabbing for a knife and cutting his chicken into small bites. The boy then took a bite and smiled to himself. I was just... hinting at something else, he said, glancing to Tatsumi.

You mean like an intimate relationship? Tatsumi asked. Iie... that wouldn't do, he said taking a bite of his food. I am trying to stay away from those...

Not necessairly, Junmaru shook his head, continuing to work on his food. Kamaimasen. He looked to Tatsumi and smiled almost affectionately, which made him feel a little uneasy. Intimate relationships aren't my type of thing anyhow.

Ah, sou desuka... well, then we're on the same page. Friends is okay with me... so long as we can be friends... Tatsumi said, taking another bite of his food, chewing it slowly as he had always been a little uncomfortable eating in front of people.

Junmaru rather shoveled his food into his mouth, but kept his eyes on Tatsumi as he did so. You're such a careful eater, he said with his mouth full. I don't think I've ever seen anybody eat as carefully as you in my life. The boy continued to eat, stil watching the other.

Careful eater? Tatsumi replied after he swallowed, tilting his head. I don't call it being a careful eater, I just don't want to come off as a pig, he said, laughing lowly, almost emotionlessly.

A pig? Junmaru laughed. You're kidding, right? He looked at Tatsumi blankly, his fork halfway to his mouth. Even with that big coat on you still look thin. You didn't order half the menu, let alone more than one meal. How could you possibly come off as a pig? he asked, dropping his fork onto his plate. The way people eat doesn't particularly matter, either. If you're hungry, you eat. Don't worry about what other people think. Look at me, I'm ******** stuffing my mouth with food. If someone has a problem with it, then they can deal with it, or deal with me. Junmaru looked at Tatsumi still, pausing to take a breath.

Well, I... Tatsumi stammered before shaking his head. At least you don't think I come off as disgusting, he laughed, relieved before his green eyes looked up to the one across from him. You seem very confident.

Maybe so, Junmaru shrugged. And you're not disgusting. You don't look disgusting and you don't even remotely come off as the slightest bit disgusting. The boy shook his head and continued to eat. Don't let people look down on you.

Guess it's a habit that's never quite been broken... Tatsumi said, his voice trailing off as he began to eat once more, his food barely even picked at.

Junmaru shrugged a shoulder, finishing off his food before taking a large drink of his water. He looked at Tatsumi for a moment before getting up and moving to sit next to the other, grabbing his fork from him and getting a rather large bite of food on it, holding it to Tatsumi's mouth with a smile.

Tatsumi laughed softly, blushing slightly before opening his mouth, his green eyes staring into the other's reddish pink ones.

Junmaru began to feed the other, not forcing Tatsumi to eat at a quick pace, but not a slow one, either. If you can deal with being fed in public, he started, grabbing for his water and taking a drink, still feeding the other. Then you shouldn't feel ashamed about eating in general. Eat at a normal pace. Sure, if you eat too fast you might get sick, but if you eat too slow, you'll never get full and you'll keep eating. He paused to think for a moment. And if you have a problem with putting on some pounds, that's just not going to work.

I don't worry about the way I look in public, I just don't want to come off as a pig in front of a friend, Tatsumi said. Putting on a few pounds? That's something I'd like to avoid...
