I know, yea, it's insane.
I have no clue; everything in Japan seems to be rather expensive, it seems. Rather sad for us poor chillin's xD;

I hate those damn things and yet the majority of the male population must style their hair to resemble one.
They use more gel in one day than I have in my entire lifetime. That sounds EXACTLY like my brother. I swear he used up an entire bottle of gel in one day. What a psycho. @__@;

They call it wax.. and it makes touching their hair and painful and sometimes slimy experience.

But ... but ... gonk I used to spike my hair! Not as much as guys do, mind you, but when it was really short I made it spikey. But I didn't use actual gel (or wax), I used pomade (I think it's similar to wax, but not as hard or sticky). See?
