Ugh....sneezed a lot yesterday, got kicked a lot for it, too. xp
I was really, really hormonal & angry most of yesterday...I feel a little bad for the people I live with, but only a little. I'm usually so quiet that I'm almost a doormat, so sometimes they deserve to be woken up a little.

I think we've ALL had those days Zan!

I've just been so exhausted lately. I hoping for a beacon of light when I get my energy back (I can hope). I can keep foods down, but the constant gagging is taking its toll.

I just joined this guild last night. I'm due in August. This is my first child so any tips and advice would be very helpful and extremely appreciated. 3nodding

Well this thread is specifically for pregnancy experiences and questions, so if you have any of those you are more then welcome to ask here. Reading all the stickies in the different forums may answer some of your questions off the bat.

Onto my own stuff, when oh when is this going to be over? I've been ready to stop being pregnant for months now and it's going fast, yet not as fast as I'd like. rofl

*looks into my crystal ball*

Dirge, I see that this will all be over when your baby is born. Then more interesting stuff will begin.

OMG this has been an awful couple of days for me....he's getting soooo big. It's really neat to feel the little feet poking at my belly, but I'm so miserable. sad

I've had a headache since about 2 am that just won't go away, I've taken my Tylenol w/codiene since the right side of my mouth has been acting up again, and I re-strained a muscle in my back that I pulled back in October (once again, cleaning house). Ugh....24 days to go.

rofl Not nearly as eventful as you!

Yeah, pregnant women are prone to UTIs so it's stupid they didn't think about that when you told them about the painful urination. My CMN asks me every single time I come in like I wouldn't bring that up if it happens. LOL

I've been pretty lucky in terms of heartburn so far, but the further along I get, the more foods trigger it and I can't really eat before bed anymore. If you're like me, the usual list of suspects isn't even what's triggering it either: the really bad ones for me so far have been chocolate pop tarts and chicken pot pie of all things. If it gets bad enough that the Tums are starting to make you constipated [XD Pregnancy is such a dignified subject, ANYWHO!] you really should talk to them again about getting you on a prescription to control your stomach acid. I know there's one you can take and it doesn't have excessive calcium in it which is what causes all those other problems.

It's amazing how much a pregnancy can change in even two weeks: Chris had to go to the two week class and field exercise to keep his rank and before he left the baby wasn't kicking hard enough for him to feel, the last few days I've had my hand on my stomach and I know when he comes home tomorrow he'll finally be able to feel those kicks too. I told him it's finally time for me to share the experience and he can know what it's like to get kicked all night. <3

Went to the doctor yesterday and had my glucose/diabetes test thingy done. The doctor said things look really good, his heartbeat is nice and strong and I gained about 5 lbs since the last time I was there. I get to start going every two weeks now! I can't believe how fast this has gone by but then when I look ahead and think about it May still seems so far away!!

Last week my fiance finally got to feel the baby kick. He seemed really amazed by it. He probably could have felt it a little eariler but everytime he started kicking hard enough Andy was not around to get to feel it. This weekend we finished fixing up the baby's room too. It's all painted and Andy and his dad put in new carpet. It looks really nice. We got a crib a couple weeks ago and that is also all set up. We just need to find a changing table and dresser. My family is throwing a baby shower on March 5th, Andy and I are going to register for child birth classes through the hospital that are being held in a few weeks, and we finally picked a name!! *drumroll* His name will be Ethan Alexander.

And another quick wedding related sidenote, we have finally picked a date as well. Our wedding will be August 19th. Now we have like 7ish months to get *everything* done on top of making sure everything is ready for little Ethan in May!!

I hope everything is going okay for everyone else here!! heart

biggrin Nice compromise on the name, Syll. I remember he wanted Alexander as a name really badly and you put it as a middle name. Not bad.

Wow -looks at her own calendar- I'm going to start going every two weeks as well pretty soon here. XD Where did the time go? Now if we could just find a name. Ethan is on Chris's list of names as well.

So many weddings and things being planned! 4laugh

Wow, there are a lot of things going on! Busy busy busy! Althoguh I'm glad it's going to be happy events. heart

I've been doing a little better morning sickness wise. It's been really neat because I can feel my uterus now. It's not that I'm showing, but it's this bump I just remember from the first time. That and it's cool that my hubby is a nurse and helps me point it out. Now if I could just get my dang energy back!

Oh yea! I'm not the only one. Not that I'm happy you're going through something you don't want to...just happy I'm not the only one going through it. AJ is a naturally clingy person, and normally I love it. I'm a very cuddly person.....lately, whoevers touches me just gets that evil death glare of "don't touch me if you want to live." And AJ doesn't seem to understand that even when I do tell him.

When I had to find a replacement dress for my wedding dress as i can't fit in it anymore sinc eI got pregnant, I found a really pretty simple dress at White Elegance Gowns; I bought the Juliet Dress. But all their gowns are under $100 dollars and are just beautiful gowns. (I don't like ALL the gowns; however, there are ones like Juliet, Harmony, and Echo that I love)

Anyways, a quick side note on me. Um, I went back to the hospital last night with heart problems from the lack of calcium. So they kept me over night to watch me and the baby. And they moved my endocrine appt up 2 wks. But my OB can't see me till the end of February....whcih is really bnothersome cause i haven't been top one yet because my endorcrine doctor wanted me to see a sepcific OB because she's dealt with high risk cases like mine before. And it took me 2 wsks to get ahold of anyone in that office. And its makes me go grrrr evil .

My morning sickness is starting to become more bearable. Well, most of the time, my professor sent me home Monday cuz I lost everything in class......yeah that was highly embarassing....But its becoming more bearable. But my hormones are still all screwy.
