Artemis clapped her hands together and smirked,"Alright then, lets get started. First I will have to test your reflexes because the key to mastering Pai Qua Quan is fluidity and agility."she said as she preformed a swift kick to his face and a sweep to his feet.((alright so 5 posts mastering first stage then we will move on to techniques.))

Grimjaw as he saw both of the attacks he jumped foward in a stright line with nothing really out of stright line. The two attacks both missed with that simple stright line of a jump. Grimjaw noticed he had to be more fluent with his movements.
Grimjaw started to sit down on the ground and stretching his legs like he was getting ready for a fight.
As he was done with the strecthing he got up and was ready to do any kind of fight or training she had in store.
Grimjaw walked up to her and said " what should I do now "

With a crack of lightning, Rikujin appeared. He was panting slightly, his eyes wide. Had he really just seen what he thought? The image of hundreds of metal spheres pummeling the Mist Villaged echoed through his mind. He didn't have time to think anymore. He needed to proceed with his mission. Signing with the bird seal once more, Rikujin disappeared once more. City of Vapour

Artemis made a hand sign and she was replaced by sand clone. So when the punch connected the sand clone turned into sand, Artemis appeared behind Grimjaw and delivered a quick yet powerful kick to his back, it would send him forward,"What we are trying to do is make your motions faster and more fluid."she said in a teacher like voice.

" No if I wanted to be fluid I would do this " said Grimjaw with his movements so fast a jounin can barly keep up with him. His sword was poped out of it's holster in a second of him running toward her. Hs sword as he was right up to her he stopped and put the sword up to her neck with the tip facing the oppisite way then the anbu. " this is my full speed now" said grimjaw with a smirk on his face.

"Hm, not bad."Artemis muttered as she gathered chakra in the tips of her fingers and pressed her hand to his chest, she preformed the lung collapse technique. He would soon feel out of breath as she quickly ducked and placing her hands on the ground she pushed up and delivered two quick yet hard kicks to the face that would be somewhat hard to defend against.
