"I'll be fine." Renji reached his hand forward to help her up. He looked into her eyes for a second and couldn't determine if she was mad or not. Although, it wasn't surprising. His other hand rubbed the spot on his head where they collided, his hair was still messy from his training room endeavor which covered one of his eyes, but you could still tell one of his eyes were closed. "Uh... my name's Renji, what's your name?"

Lucy thanked the boy as he helped her off the floor. Strange, she didn't remember falling to begin with. Upon taking a uick glance about the room, she could see that about 80% of the school was here at the moment, making it very crowded.
"I'm Lucy. Nice to meet you, Renji." she answered. There were too many Lucys in this freakin school, she couldn't help but notice. "You sure your ok? Why don't you come sit down with me and some friends for awhile?" she suggested; if he didn't know anyone, then it wasn't too late to get him in the right group. Besides, her current boyfriend wasn't here at the minute, so who cares?!

[Lol, I <3 Renji's character, good bait for social attacks]
"Uh, I'm fine..." Renji looked around the room, but didn't notice anyone from the other group arriving. He did notice the boxing team's Captain waving his hands like a baboon trying to get Renji's attention, but was ultimately ignored. "I guess I can hang out for a moment." For some reason, he felt an immediate danger as he said that, but he brushed called it off as nervousness. Besides, there aren't a lot of people who could take Renji in a fight anyway, unless the guy had a gun. Just for a little while...

Star's eyes widened as she knew who they both were. That was Renji, some new kid whom she'd seen about once or twice today, and then of course, Lucy. It looked like...no. Lucy being nice? Just some trick to flirt with him probably..he was kinda cute... Star thought, then turnign back around and keepng up the conversation with Josh.

((Lol, poor Renji. xd ))
Lucy grinned, although in her head it was for different reasons as to what one would normally think. Well, this is working out ok so far; now how could this go wrong for him, if he happens to not like the whole join-the-group idea? "Now, let's see...oh! There they are." she said happily, taking him by the hand and leading him towards the group of cheerleaders. They all waved to him cheerfully; usually it was 'a friend of Lucy's is a friend of mine.' kind of thing, so they didn't really have any problems with it.

"Ehhh... so these are your 'friends', interesting... never seen cheerleaders before." Renji spoke, but it seemed kind of awkward for some reason. I wonder if these girls are stereotypically stupid like I've heard. I think I've been in way too many foreign countries, they can't be like that..can they? Renji put his hands inside his sporty cashmere jacket, and walked up to the group. He still had that 'feeling' inside his head like there was something that bugging him, still he thought he was nervous. "Hi there."

Most of the girls replied in unison. They weren't wearing their uniforms, thankfully, but normal in-fashion clothes, all different styles. Some were more punk while some more flirty. Somehow the Lucy-clone mananged to wear the exact same outfit as Lucy today; it makde one wonder if they planned it.
"So, how long have you been at this school?" one of the girls asked, obviously interested at this new stranger. "Yeah, I don't remember seeing you in the halls much."commented another. Lucy just sat next to him and watched, wanting to get to know him more.

Renji looked at his watch when the girls questioned him, it was kind of obvious he hadn't been there long. "Uh... counting yesterday, about 12 hours" Renji replied, he got the feeling that the girls had a single one-tracked mindset. "Probably why you haven't seen me around." He glanced around the room again looking for Ray, Kiyoko, or anyone else from the group, but to no avail. What's with the wannabe, she's dressed almost verbatim with Lucy.

Lucy watched as he looked unamused by the other's questions so far, and was also glancing around the room, showing his lack of interest. Mabye he wouldn't fit in after all. However, she would merely wait until things got too tense or out of line before making any final desicions.
"So, I hear you were in the training room earlier today. Didn't know you had that kind of strengh to impress the wrestling group." she commented, while also trying to make things more interestngin for him.

"Ah, you heard? Well, I don't think I'm strong yet" Renji laughed, "the boxing club captain looked like he could have killed me with his punch!" Ack, I got too absorbed by the question! Well, it seems she's trying to keep me in a conversation. "What kind of clubs are you girls into?" Renji questioned, although it was quite obvious. At least he could entertain the audience for a while.

Lucy grinned; aha, so he did have a talkative side afterall. Perhaps they could last a little longer before she made any decisions.
"Well, while we can all obviously say cheerleading, I happen to also be working on my aiming in Archery club. Its not dangerous or anything, since there's a professional there and all, but it's very interesting. Almost as if it's back in midevil times again." She actually wasn't making this up, but she'd go back to her old self soon, any minute now.

"Oh, so you can say you're interested in the History too?" Renji inquired, "I've never been in a club before. Up till now, I've always been in private schools or academies that didn't specifically have clubs. I was thinking about joining one, but ... ah, nevermind." Renji brushed his hair away from his face, it was no longer swollen from his impact with Lucy's head. "Well, it's nice that you're actually interesting in something different."

"Well, it's good to join some sort of club; helps one fit in a bit." she said, slowly letting the non-Lucyness start to fall from her voice. It wasn't noticable yet, but it would eventually. She still had various stuff on her mind. "They're suppoesd to post up various club choice posters. Perhaps you'll find one you like. That is, assuming they keep their word." she said, flipping a piece of her golden-colored hair out of her face.

"Well, so far, I haven't found anything that I'm interested in. Although, I can't say that I've been actively searching either" Renji replied, he looked outside the windows of the cafeteria, noticing how pitch black it was outside. Subtle flashes of light in the distance and scurrying winds that bent the trees were also evident. "We'll see what happens after the storms over, I guess..." That is: if we don't get killed, especially being on the bottom floor.

"Perhaps." Lucy agreed, taking out some nailpolish and began to paint her plain nails. It was a shame she didn't get a chance to before leaving the house this morning. "I still wonder WHY we even had to come here this morning. It was obvious that it was gonna rain really hard today." Stupid idiots couldn't look at the weather before sending us here; now I'm cramped with younger idiots and smelly people. Oh, my poor hair!
