Alter nodded. "It is just a number. It isn't anything special." He told him. A few people had seemed a little alarmed at his name, was there something about humans and that number? Maybe he should ask. "Why does it mean something to you?"

Is there a reason everything keeps happening to me?! "Well yeah. For starters back in the real world we call 666 the Mark of the beast, the antichrist, the end of the world. But I'm sure it's just a coincidence." Marq chuckled nervously and put his arms bhind his head. The storm had stopped and he didn't even notice that he was still somewhat wet.
Destin followed after the Two, listening intently to their conversation. He thought to himself over all the things that Marq had on his computer, back when he was just a program helping with homework. He thought over all the videos of Marq and his friend who he assumed he was named after. Destin

"Antichrist? I am sorry I was raised in the Digital World. I don't know much about anything outside of it." He said, suddenly interested in this human, he knew a few things.
Ruby looked back at the small digimon, it seemed shy and a little nervous. "Are you ok?" She asked, smiling lightly at him.

Is there a reason everything keeps happening to me?! "REALLY!? Well in the real world there are alot of things that I know about, but here... I know virtually, no pun intended, nothing. Like back home, we see digimon as--" Marq creeps down to whisper into Alter's ear so the digimon wouldn't hear him,"--as toys." Marq gets back up speaking in a normal tone. "Yeah, imagine my surprise when I find out it was all real... or maybe I'm still dreaming." Marq then pinches himself, wondering if it would do anything. "Ouch... nope it's all real." He crossed his hands back over behind his head and looked at the sky.
Destin breaks out of his trance when Ruby speaks to him, "I'm fine, honestly." He was caught thinking about thinking back on the videos which he had somewhat focused his personality on. He probably took the form of a Gaomon because it was Destin's favorite digimon. He had to get his mind off the rest of what he found while surfing.
"So what's it like growing up here. It seems a whole lot better than back in the Real world. What's it like?" Marq turned his eye to look at Alter, still facing the sky.Destin

Alter was still confused by this man. He kept saying things like virtual as if it was funny, and why would digimon be toys if they weren't real? Alter gave up, maybe he shouldn't ask about anything like this anymore. "What is it like growing up here?" Alter thought back to his childhood, his face emotionless. "I guess it is normal." He had an interesting childhood, if you call being raised in a cell interesting. "You still haven't told me about the AntiChrist."
Ruby nodded, this Gaomon was really isolated and she wasn't sure if talking to him would help. "OK then." She turned back to GranDracmon.

"Hmm... well the antichrist, according to RL religion, is a specific being born oh like every 1000 or more years that is supposed to bring the world to an end. So would be spared and some would fall to his... or her influence in the ways of evil. I'm not really into the religion thing but i know enough to get back." Marq twirls his finger as he spits out info that he learned when he research the topic himself a few years ago because he thought that he was the antichrist when he was little.
Destin decided it would be best to start a conversation of his own. He turned his head toward Rudy and GranDracmon, "So how did you guys meet Alter?"Destin

Alter nodded. "I don't think that has much to do with me. I have no plans to bring the world to an end." He told Marq. "I work for the Angels. The Good of the World. Their base is in NetWork City."
Ruby looked back at Destin. "I meet him back in Vaccine Tower. He was speaking to Seraphimon when he was kidnapped, I was taken with him." He told the small digimon, explain the whole event simply.
GranDracmon added in after. "I am his first partner. I met him as soon as he arrived here."

Marq caught word of what he said about working with angels. "Angels!? Really so you work with Seraphimon and those guys?!

Alter nodded. "Yes I do work for them. Seraphimon is the leader so I don't deal with him much, I am not that important. I mainly deal with an Angemon."
"Well... long story short there are people against the Angels and don't want Alter to be a part of them. So he kidnapped him to try and "save' him from there influence."

Marq was thinking back to how his parents were pretty much forcing him to do stuff in the real world. Hmm... real world, but is the real world if this place is also real? he was starting to contemplate his life a lot sooner than he thought he would be.
"Well at least he was fine. Speaking of fine, what was it that I felt back there in the cave? It smelled like death and stuff that I've never smelled before." He pointed back toward the cave, just now realizing how far they had actually been walking.Destin

Alter looked up at Marq, taking his eyes off the road. "Why would I need to speak to him? If I am needed then Angemon can deliver any messages." He answered. Alter really was an isolated tamer, he hadn't even spoken to other tamers for the first 8 years of his life.
"That is because I was caught up with him." Ruby said proudly.
"I would have been there. But I wasn't in the are." GranDracmon defended. "Of course if I was there he wouldn't have been caught." Ruby glared at her fellow Digimon. "That isn't that point."
GranDramon smiled as he turned back to the Gaomon. "There is a cult group. They worship one of the Ancient Digimon, and we needed them to help return me to this world."

Is there a reason everything keeps happening to me?! "I understand..." Marq looked down at the passing road, not knowing whether to apologize or to shrug of the comment. He didn't like being in situations where he could not determine the outcome.
"Return you to this world? Where id you go?" Destin continued to ask questions thinking that it was probably the only way to keep them from arguing. It was something that he shared with Marq, not wanting to be in the midst of confrontation.Destin

"I don't think so. You sound like you weren't brought up the same way I was. It makes no different. I am glad you just aren't preaching about friendship and how I should change." Alter said, a forced smile on his face.
"I was lost in Ancient Wisemon's Dimension Gate. It took a bit to get me back. See the egg in Alter's hands? It was one of his most powerful digimon." GranDracmon explained.

Is there a reason everything keeps happening to me?! Marq was rather confused now, "What is it that you should change? I just met you, but i don't see anything wrong. Sure you have an odd name, but nothing more. Maybe I'll have to get to know you better or something.
"You guys must go way back if he was willing to do something like that. I wonder if Marq would do the same for me." Destin turned his attention back to the back of Marq, who seemed to be sulking.Destin

Alter smiled at Marq. "I think you will be the first human I have liked." He said, "You are much more simple about life."
GranDracmon looked down at the little rookie, an evil look on his face. "We could always find out. I am sure we could find Ancient Wisemon and ask him for help."
Ruby smacked GranDracmon over the head. "Don't tease the little guy." She turned to Destin. "I am sure he would. No tamer would never give up his first partner."
