Cadence-kun Remedy For Evil I feel that this rule just hinders the guild, but thats my own opinion. So if I want to learn anything I have to ask the Kage. Yay! -Sarcastic- Before the rule was that we weren't allowed to train from scrolls at all. This is actually better. You know none of the upper leaf shinobi are very active. :/ Only the kage but he's even elusive.

Remedy For Evil I feel that this rule just hinders the guild, but thats my own opinion. So if I want to learn anything I have to ask the Kage. Yay! -Sarcastic- I think certain things can be learned from a scroll, some may require a partner to learn, such as Genjutsu. I do not believe that Kenjutsu and Taijutsu can possibly be taught through a scroll. I mean just because some sort of physical action is showed and explained, doesn't mean you learn it. Watching a video that explains how to do something and then performing it. You may think you're doing it right, but there's bound to be tiny but crucial mistakes. I'm just speaking from experience here. @remedy: I agree, I think that certain people such as zin(panther) and a few of the other Genin should be auto ranked up a little bit. I don't mean any of the relative new ones, but the older ones. That way we can expand a bit more and have actual genin teams.

Zane, wasn't it also decided that anything labeled with a "+" after the Rank must have special Requirements to learn?

I havent seen any high ranking active leaf ninja besides the kage and he only seldomly replies.

Okay so dad took us to this market thing. It was pretty cool and all. Then me and my little sister(who's not much younger then me) where laughing an joking around about some pigeon's we seen. There was one that came really close to us and I named him Pidge. (Odd i know but we were joking) I no sooner got that pigeon's name out of my mouth and the freaking thing flew at me! If i hadn't ducked it would have hit me!
Like I said, it was kinda exciting for me... =P That's where you duck and right as it's coming at you "SHORYUKEN!" and that's your anti-air special move.
Haha! Yes! But one little problem... i tend to startle easily and my first reaction is to duck and scream.

Alright for starters:
Evil: if you'd like I can just take away the rule and make you wait for one of them to get online. That's your choice though. We thought this was a reasonable comprimise. it's really simple, go up to your kage and say can i have medical scrolls. That's it...and Deil the saanin is leading a mission and like i posted in the announcements...Finals are coming up either this week or the next so it's hectic for all of us. And I've seen your chuunin post, she actually pmd me yesterday.

Duck: Taijutsu and weapon styles can only be learned at your own level and own level only. Genjutsus, you can always learn a clone jutsu and cast it on your clone and see if it works. That's how me and luo learned in another guild.
