Rabbitpaw
[Rabbitpaw jerked his head back as a voice called into the den. He blinked, staring at Shimmer for a moment. He glared for a moment at her, immediately remembering the she-kit's feisty attitude. His ears flickered for a moment. She was frightening, almost like a warrior. Nonetheless, he sighed in a bored manner, not showing this fear. The last thing he needed was for some snot-nosed kit wondering about him.] "Hauntedheart went to the Gathering tonight. I'll tend to it as soon as I'm done fixing up this one," [he meowed with forced unemotion. He quickly wrapped Silentkit's legs and limped slowly back to the medicine store. He sighed. He had barely been named Hauntedheart's apprentice, and he was already treating a second patient! He picked out the herb that he had seen Hauntedheart using before, marigold or something, and a few cobwebs before starting back to Shimmer. He sat down cautiously in front of Shimmer. His eyes narrowed.] "You're not going to attack me, are you?" he asked. "Because if you lay a paw on me, don't think I won't hurt you. You still bear a rogue name." [he grumbled before he began pressing cobwebs against the gash on the leopard spotted she-cat, a little harder than he intended to.]
Mudnose
[Mudnose blinked, alarm sparking in her blue eyes. The fight...still going on? Three other monsters? So it wasn't only NightClan's problem. She almost sighed in relief, but stopped herself. It would probably seem like an odd thing to be happy about. She coughed slightly, focusing on his ear...stump again.] "That's awful. We should have that checked out though. Rabbitpaw might be able to do something about it....maybe," [she meowed, standing up once more. She sighed, but it came out all whistly sounding.] "I think I should-" She stopped, shaking her head slightly. Everything looked off. Almost fuzzy. She coughed again, "I should go see-" [she stpped again. It was growing worse. She coughed, harsher this time. She felt as if something was climbing up her throat once more. She felt as if she was going to be sick. She casted a panicked gaze at Foxfur, but he faded away into blurriness. She collapsed, a small, sickening pop coming from her side. A disgusted screech came from the back of her head after the sickening noise resounded. She coughed harshly, willing anything to come up, but nothing came up. She closed her eyes, shutting them tightly. Ugh....make it stop! Where did everyone go?! she thought angrily. She slowly gave way to the darkness.]

I wouldn't want all my injuries to get infected. Sighing quietly, I pushed myself to my paws, feeling my muscles scream in protest. Limping over to Mudnose, I jerked my head in the direction of camp] "Yeah, we'll both go to Rabbitpaw. You don't look too good yours- Mudnose?! Mudnose! Are you okay? Wake up!" [The she-cat had fallen over, a sickening noise coming from somewhere in her body. Amber eyes wide with fear, I nosed her gently, whimpering softly. C'mon, dummy. Get her back to camp! I nodded and circled around her, trying to find a place I could grab with my teeth. After a few moments, I gave up and leaned down, grabbing her by the scruff of her neck, trying to be as gentle as possible. Not wanting to cause her any more pain, I set off back to camp as slowly as possible, every step filled with agony.
Eventually, I made it back, after tripping many times, and banging into a lot of trees. Slowly inching my way towards Hauntedheart's den, I let go of Mudnose's scruff, laying her on the ground, and peered down at Rabbitpaw, chest heaving. He had to make sure she was okay! Rabbitpaw had to heal her!] "Rabbitpaw. She's hurt. I don't know what's wrong. Just help her, please. Please, Rabbitpaw" _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. So peel away my layers,

- I'm just guessing he was flung off as the fox ran away :3 -
"Wimps." [I croaked, my entire body aching and moaning as I watched the red dogs run away. But- Ah, ouch. Better not breath too hard- or-or- Oh, Ouch- Maybe I shouldn't attempt to stand up either. I was in a bit of a dilemma. Watching my brother run off to snuffle at a collapsed Sunpaw and hearing worried voices shouting around camp, was it all really worth bringing attention to myself? I mean, pain isn't... good usually. It sort of relates to death and sickness and mortal injuries and... Death. But look, those cats out there didn't sound in such good shape either. Who was I, to have the right to diverge the other cats attention from other hurting clan members? ]
[ After being completely ignored by my own mother and medicine cat, the wound that I had requested her to heal four or five times had broke open and was now bleeding profusely. Being flung into trees by red dogs multiple times is apparently not good for your health or for handsome fake battle scars. Sighin- Ah, Oops. Forgot. No deep breathing. Lightly breathing in exasperation, I moaned inwardly. What else did you expect me to do? Sigh? ]
Ducky
- It's called a nervous breakdown or something. -
"What!" [Ducky had unlocked from her frozen position and was sprinting after Rainpaw. She had no idea what was happening. Blood, guts, she had registered that part. The cause? The reason? The setting? Was this just a random massacre or was this planned? How could anyone comprehend these things! Does this happen often? 'SH.' Ducky silenced her thoughts, and picking up speed.]
[Skidding to a halt next to Rainpaw, Ducky looked gaping down at Sunpaw.] "Wuh-Wuh.." [Ducky trembled at Rainpaw, her bright, sparkling blue eyes filled to brim with confusion. So... So cats were hurt? Looking around, she spotted wounded cats grooming each other, Marcy at her sisters side, and... and was that dead bodies hanging out of the nursery entrance? Ducky's mind spun wildly, her conclusions jumping from one to the next. Was this planned? Does this happen often? Am I even a cat? Without warning, she flung herself to the ground and curled up into a ball, barely stopping the instinct to make pitiful mewing noises. Maybe she could block it all out...]

[Rabbitpaw looked up from Shimmer, his ears flickering slightly at a panicked Foxfur. He blinked curiously. He had never seen this part of Foxfur. Interesting... Standing up, Rabbitpaw coughed slightly, limping over to the unconscious siamese. He sniffed her, and pressed his tail to her neck. A faint thumping told him she was still alive. He blinked for a moment, his eyes scanning the body. He could see something in her side looking as if it was were about to come out. Her shoulder was sunken it at parts, and her front leg was jutting out at an odd angle. A word he had heard before popped in his mind, the same one he had heard when his paw got messed up: dislocated. He looked at Foxfur for a moment before he spoke. "We have to relocate her shoulder or whatever. I don't think I'm strong enough to do it, so you're going to have to do it," he meowed.
[ooc:] Sorry for being gone for so long. I went to a sleepover yesterday, and I fell asleep for 20 hours...

The she-cat looked pretty bet up and parts of her were sunked in or jutting out oddly. It caused my thoughts and heart to race, I didn't know what was going to happen to her. Being so concentrated on Mudnose, I barely heard Rabbitpaw. Flicking my ears, I turned my head, blinking a few times before his sentence registered. Relocate? Wait. What?] "You want me to..what?" [I shuddered. That wasn't going to work. Blood and bones and injuries just didn't go well with me. [Rabbitpaw stared at the deputy with agitation. He growled. "What?! Are you scared? he snarled. He whipped his disfigured paw at the deputy, biting his lip slightly. "You yellow-bellied lame excuse for a deputy! I would do it if I were capable! What's your excuse?! he demanded. He bit his lip, not letting more insults to slip out. He was deputy of NightClan, after all. The brown tabby sighed, recollecting himself. "Look, it's either we fix it now, or wait for Hauntedheart to get back. She'll have no problem rebreaking it once it mends." he spoke calmer than he had before. It was mending as they spoke. They didn't need to force a capable warrior into retirement at such a young age. Like he was.
Rabbitpaw stood up, wincing slightly as he put pressure on his own foot. "Do you think it's wise to wait? It will only force more pain upon her in the longrun," he meowed.

She unglued herself from her sister and looked at her now blood stained side. Her nose scrunched up again.] "And I'll have to." [she muttered, now a bit grumpy. She had relaxed a bit now that the shock was over. Her eyes widened.] "Sunpaw! Ducky! Rainpaw!" [she squeaked, dashing off back to her friends. She shook her pelt, not please that her sister's blood had plastered the fur on her left side to her skin. I could feel my temper start to rise] "Watch your mouth!" I spat, "I'm not scared, I'm just worried I'd break her or something" I snorted angrily and stood up, pushing past the apprentice to stand closely to Mudnose, my expression instantly softening. She looked so innocent as she lay there. I longed for her to open her eyes and snap at me, to tell me to toughen up and be a tom already! I smile slightly at the thought, imagining her words in my head] "Don't bring Hauntedheart into this, I'll do it myself" [I narrowed my eyes at the thought of the Medicine Cat, but forced the dark thoughts away. [Rabbitpaw flattened his ears slightly, sighing.] "Right, sorry. Got angry," he mumbled. He stood up, coughing slightly. "Okay, so to relocate her shoulder, you just bend her leg up a little, and twist it until it pops into place," he sighed, padding away. "I'm going to make a splint or something so it will heal properly. Make sure you're done before I am," [he warned lightly. Without anything more, he padded back to the medicine store, thinking fo a moment. For his paw, they had used a reed and cobwebs, but his paw wasn't a shoulder. He sighed tiredly. This was great. He was barely a medicine cat, and was treating broken bones. How responsible.]
[ooc:] Sorry for not responding. I think I'm all better now! xD Stupid sickness was kicking my butt, but I told it off. xD

and guardian of all things."_______________________________________________ [Guardianpaw was frozen in his hole, even after the foxes had leaft and Shimmer had scuffled away. His eyes were wide with the fear of how close he had come. And how familiar Shimmer's scent was.
He was lost in a wave of confusing visions of padding through swampy marshlands alongside a beautiful golden bengal.
His mind snapped back to reality. After his frozen and shocked state subsided, he leapt to his paws. He scrambled after Shimmer, bustling into the nursery with his fur fluffed out.]
"You okay, Shimmer?" he asked the golden kitten shyly, suddenly feeling a wave of guilt wash over him.
[He stared at her, a strange feeling suddenly consuming him. His guilt amplified until it was a blazing ball of despair and remorse.] He suddenly blurted, "I'm so sorry I hurt you!"
[He wasn't exactly sure what he was referring to. In fact, he had prolly saved the bengal cat's life, but something deeper seemed to speak for him.
I never meant to hurt you, something whispered from far away, and he trembled with agonizing pain, his face contorting in the emotion of it. He padded forward cautiously, wishing to be closer to the bengal. So he could smell her-feel her.
Almost...make sure she was real.]_______________________________________________ I will repent for what I've done to you

Noble warrior, determined kit
" I've seen more than you can believe... There's more to me than meets the eye. "  [ Shimmer nodded quickly to Rabbitpaw, then quickly slunk out of the den. She figured it was best to be out of the way, especially with that cat with the- what did he call it? Oh, yeah. Dislocated shoulder. Backing through the entrance, she turned around and headed toward a den that smelled like milk. Plopping down on her haunches, Shimmer bent her head and began licking her wound, gritting her teeth to ignore the stinging. Once her gash was cleaned, she was broken from her concentration by an oversized gray ball of fluff. ((lolpun ;D)) Blinking, Shimmer nodded. "Yeah, I'm okay. Fighting like that was fun!" Shimmer piped up, her silver eyes alight. Pressing her ears to her head at the other cat's next...outburst, Shimmer cocked her head to the side. "When did you hurt me? You only shoved me into that hole, which probably saved us all!" Shimmer replied, yet something deep inside her seemed to mend. As if there was a hole that she had never noticed that finally started to close. Ruffling her fur against the feeling, Shimmer peered closer to her newfound friend. When he began to come closer and closer, Shimmer scuttled backwards a few steps, a bit wierded out. "Uhhh..." Shimmer started, her silver eyes becoming orbs of confusion. Stumbling backwards, Shimmer nearly tripped over a stone, but quickly regained her balance. She sat down heavily, peering at the gray kit in front of her. His scent washed over her, almost comfortingly. Somehow, she found peace in his scent, someting she had been battling for during the whole course of her still short life.

Placing my two front paws on her leg, I narrowed my amber eyes in concentration and slid one paw underneath her leg to elevate it off the ground, then used my nose and other paw to twist it. It took effort. Then, I heard a pop, one that went right through me, and jerked back in surprise. Looking at her shoulder, it seemed to be alright now, nothing jutting out at weird angles. I did it!] "Alright Rabbitpaw, I`m finished" ^Sitting back on my haunches, I began to clean the blood off my pelt, and was reminded of Mudnose`s words to get my wounds checked before Hauntedheart came back. Sighing, I licked my paw and drew it over my left ear, wincing slightly at the fact that I had no ear to draw my paw over. Oh well, it was probably bloody anyways. I didn`t want Mudnose to wake up and see me looking like I just died and came back _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. [Rabbitpaw looked up from the pile of herbs at Foxfur's words and nodded quietly, padding over to investigate. He prodded her shoulder a few times, and lifted her paw, flexing her shoulder for her. He flexed his own shoulder in comparison, blinking a few times. Everything seemed right...to him at least. He stuck with his gut and nodded. "Well, it seems good," he murmured, smiling slightly. He nudged her roughly once more, to make sure she wasn't awake. She didn't stir. He snorted slightly. "Heavy sleeper," he commented with light amusement. He still was troubled though. He didn't know how to splint a shoulder, or if he even should. He blinked his gray colored eyes and padded back to the medicine store. He grabbed a few poppy seeds and trotted back to Mudnose prodding her once more. "Yo. Wake up," he ordered loudly. She still didn't stir. The grayish brown tabby sighed impatiently. "Hon, get up! You need to eat this!" he half-yowled into her ear. A groggy grumble slipped from her lips and she moved. Rabbitpaw laughed harshly. "It's about time you woke up! I've been trying to wake you up for-" A paw suddenly swiped at the tom, sending him down. He gasped, shutting his eyes quickly as pain pierced his side. His head went down to inspect the damage. His fur was messed up, and under that would nodoubt bacome a bruise. He scowled and began to shoot a stinging reply at the she-cat, but she cut him off.
"Shut up, your voice is annoying!" Mudnose growled, sitting up. Glittering blue eyes held the apprentice's. "I am sick of your attitude! It's horribly annoying! What do you have to angry about being so young, cripple?! That's your only problem! It's just one paw! You have three more capable, so shut up!! she spat, standing up angrily. WIthout another word, she marched out of the medicine cat den.
Rabbitpaw stared as the she-cat in confusion. Her words hurt, but he didn't concentrate on that. She was walking fine! No strain, no pain showing! He cleared his throat. "Can you feel that?" he asked.
"Feel what?! she spat, whirling around. She paused, her eyes registering another presence. Her fur warmed, and she sighed. She hadn't realized that Foxfur was there! And she hadn't even acknowledged him! She put on a smiled, padding over to him to sit down. "Hi Foxfur! she purred energetically.
