shea the anti-venom this whole holiday is pretty useless,only good part of it is the horror events Halloween is better then Christmas. Much more fun with better things to do. It makes people happy, there's nothing useless about that.

It's not useless.
Holidays are as fun as you make them to be.
Think about it.
There are holidays (or other large events) every month of the year to stimulate the economy.

Everything on this planet is useless, dear, it's what we make of it that counts.
And halloween is full of candy and costumes and happy people and music...
I'd say that's damn worth it. Halloween <3 <3
Mischief managed. ha..all that is only fun with other people,and since i got no friends down here it ain't fun,but the horror events,at least i can get a laugh outa those on my own

colon bracket Cat, are you a zombie? You look fantastic. yeah I am, thanks =] Today I have: Made a child cry, made a group of girls scream, got free stuff from a comic book shop, eat a lot of sweets. Pretty successful Halloween so far biggrin

FFS Chels, cheer up, it's Halloween.
Today I saw a homeless guy that I know. Last week his mother died, she was the last family member he had left and he is homeless because he spent all his money on paying for the nursing home she was in.
In my eyes he has it worse then anyone I know and I would never survive in his situation. Yet he was happy because it's Halloween.
He said he loves seeing people in their costumes and even though he knows kids in masks will probably pick a fight with him tonight its one of his favourite times of the year.

It's probably the only time of the year where you can be someone different and get away with it.
I was going to be dressed as Jesus tonight, but the company I ordered my beard from never sent it to me. Yesterday they refunded my money and e-mailed me telling me it was out of stock.
I was so angry.
I returned the rest of my costume, and now I'm going to be a clown instead.
Any ideas for clown makeup?
