"Who else is connected to my mind other than blood?" Troden answered, wincing in pain, "He's being tortured, we all know this, but to make his own blood feel the pain..." he trailed off, "Atleast I know he'll die a painful death for this!"
Tara's eye became slightly feral and her hair bristled as if it was fur as she struggled in the bed. Her mind was desparately trying to cut the mental link off, but Tien was far too powerful when dealing with the mind for that, "Damn you Tien.." she whispered.

Jen nodded, "Alright, then good kill him." She said simply. "Either that or your in a pickle, there is almost no way that you continue with... his pain. But then again, if you go kill him, you and yourself might get killed by Dorien, so what to do Troden?" She knew she was stating the obvious, but sometimes it was necessary.

"What else is there to do?" Troden answered, his fangs growing, "Dorien will makes sure Tien won't die until it can't be helped, and by that time I don't think sanity would be a problem for me anymore," he said growling, "Atleast I know my death will be quick once Tien is gone. You...must help me get there." Troden closed his eyes, "I must end this."

"You want to get to insanity or death.... ?" She asked. "Either way it seems you really close." She stayed quiet for moment or two and then said, "This might sound insane, but maybe the only way to safe you is to save Tien."

Fieran Anullan [HAH! Time for Tien to get beat down!]
Tien barely had time to be surprised before pain flooded through him. He couldn't fall to his knees as Dorien held him by the throat, only making the pain worse. What...have you done to me? he barely managed to say before crying out in pain.

Jack jerked awake and was moving before he realized he was concious at all. He had no idea where he was going but he wasn't goign to stop. He led himself straight to Tara who looked and sounded like she was in pain. She didn't have any physical wounds so it must have been something else.
Merlin nodded, "As to I--" She turned her head slightly as if listening to something then she frowned and was about to stand but something stopped her and she settled, instead, her eyes sort of went empty and she became absolutely still. About this time, Lina would hear Tara screaming.
Jack stood helplessly for a moment before he felt someone in his head, I'm sorry kitty you don't seem to have much experience in entering another's mind. This is where I will help you. Then you must handle it from there. Merlin said in his head. He knew it was Merlin the moment he felt her and was relieved she was focused on teh task at hand.
She appeared in his head, or at least an image of her and took his hand and led him out of his head where he sort of dropped into the chaos of Tara's. He clapped his hands over his ears, not physically, his physical body was slumped against the bed. He looked around for an image that looked like Tara but he could see barely anything with all the pandememonium inside her head. He tried moving, which felt like trying to run from something in a dream, not fast enough, like walkign in molasses.
That's when he saw a very broad and very bright cord. It didn't seem to start anywhere it was just here. He looked down it and it dissappeared into the chaos of Tara's mind. What was it?

Tien's claws came out as his fangs appeared, his pain multiplying as Dorien began to lose his hold on his control. Damnit! I should have left the girl out of this! he thought before he was consumed by the pain.
Tara's fangs grew abnormally so as her lycan features began to show. Her claws began to grow larger as she tried to stop the uncontrollable shivers running throughout her body. And then she felt someone in her mind.
Fear consumed her as the only person who had ever done that was Tien, "Get out of my head!" she yelled, the image of Tara appearing in her mind, "Get OUT!" tears flowed freely from the girl as she backed away.

Lina watched Merlin for a moment before she nodded in understanding. Her eyes closed as well, her body slumping slightly as she moved out of the building and went straight towards Dorien's resting place. She knew of the connection siblings had, especially one that the Sullas had, and she would need to cut that connection dealing with pain atleast from the source...Tien.

Dorien began to laugh, sytrange coming from him, but frightening as well. It was sickening, almost evil. His claws grew as he threw Tien across the room, his footsteps soft as he walked after the body now heading towards the wall where another circle of white light awaited him. Regretting you words already? This is only the beginning...

Merlin spoke before Jack opend his mouth, I know it hurts, darling, he's going to cut it off, but he needs your help, you have to help him break it.
Jack was being affected by her change and his fur started sprouting on his physical body, and his claws appearing.

Tien hit the wall with crushing force, nearly gasping for breath before he was screaming in pain once again, but this time the pain was more intense.
Tara was growling now, all of he rteeth becomeing sharper now and downlike fur began covering her body, Only those in her family and Merlin knew about her hybrid form. It was as far as she could go through the lycan transformation, one of the true gifts her lycan mother gave to her. And now it was shining through.
The image began to match her body as she looked at Merlin as she curled in a ball, "I'll do anything just please...take it out...please.." she whimpered.

It finally clicked and Jack released his beast. It manifested itself in Tara's head as simply a feral presence that was vaguely similar to that of a tiger in appearaence. It filled Tara's head, pushing Merlin out.
Merlin settled back into her mind and blinked, "How interesting."
Jack's fangs closed down on the line and started tearing at it. He clamped down even harder and teh thead started shreading, small tendrils breaking off. He chomped, chomped, chomped on it until finally only a few threads remained. He stopped and backed away, his vague paw moving up and scooping Tara's mind image up and placing her near the tendrils, urging her to break the last few threads.

Dorien watched him cry out for a moment before lifting a hand and holding him against the wall. I should really thank you Tien. You are the one that to bring out my other side...the one that truly enjoyed killing. You should be proud. he whispered in his mind as his other clawed hand cut deep into Tien's right arm, the razor sharp claws sliding through his skin like butter.

Lina watched Dorien in horror and instantly knew what happened. Tien wasn't in control of his powers...or anything else for that matter. The pain was too much for the vampire. She quickly slipped inside his head as her daggers appeared in her hands, "Tien.." she whispered, the image of Tien almost screaming from the pain sending a spark of pity flooding through her, "Tien, you must help me..."

Obsidian appeared above Troden, "There you are!" She grinned down at him.

Tien's fists tightened until they were bleeding as he held back another yell. He wasn't going to give Dorien that satisfaction of hiearing him yell...no, he was going to have to work real hard to get him to do that again. And then he felt Lina in his head.
He growled. His image looked back at Lina, his eyes glowing silver, "Why? So you can torture me as well? I should destroy your mind, but I respect the fact that you were brave enough to come here..." and then he saw the two cords conneted to him. A red and a golden one. His eyes went wide as he saw this, "They are...feeling what I feel.." he murmured.
Troden was about to fall onto the ground once again, but this time he couldn't hold bakc the painful growl he had kept back. He yelled before falling to his knees.
Tara looked at the tendrils and slowly touched them as a new wave of pain coursed through her. She cried out, but continued on ntil she had a hold of the strands.
