[Rover snarled as he could feel something slip under him and into the hole he was currently digging. He could see a small black cat slip in and he snapped his jaws and snagging Shadowpaw by the tail. He began to pull him out. Just then Jenny wandered into camp, a triumphant howl as she rushed in with a message for her fellow members.] "Its time to go home. Our war with nightclan is over, Blaze had said so. We will leave now and join the rest of the skulk (i learned that a group of foxes is not actually called a pack. : O ) Poppy, Cherry, and Rover all looked up at her from what they were doing. Cherry yipped joyfully as she waged her tail. She turned and smiled at Mudnose as she ran off to join Jenny. Poppy growled as he glanced back at the cats. Rover, however was not pleased to hear this news. He wanted so badly to get back at the small, golden spotted kitten who had tripped him in the mud. He did not however want to have to face off with Blaze later on. He growled menacingly to the small cats in the widened hole as he grudgingly joined his friends. Once they were all assembled Jenny howled and led the way out of nightclan.]

[Mudnose was about to hiss another retort when she felt the pressure on her arm lifted. She sat, dazed for a moment, feeling the queasiness kick in once more. She winced for a moment as the world started twirling, but she managed to look at Cherry once more. Something puzzled her. Why had the fox let go? She blinked, suddenly aware of the expression on the vixen's face. It looked like.... she knew she had did something wrong, like a kit's expression when he's caught sneaking out of camp. She blinked. Had the fox only wanted to play?
Mudnose opened her mouth to ask, but as she did, she heard the yipping of another fox. She blinked. She couldn't understand him, but she could tell that it was something important. Almost immedaitely, the other foxes began shuffling almost reluctantly toward the entrance of the camp. She growled slightly. They had caused all of this damage, and they were just leaving?! She spat angrily at the thought of such a nasty trick, but stopped, nodding slightly at Cherry. She rolled her eyes as she bounced out of camp. What a childish little thing. What an idiot. She thought angrily.
Slowly, she began to stand up, but a series of popping made her shoulder buckle. She felt the queasiness immediately. Panic sparked her gaze. She was going to be sick. She stood up, rushing out of camp, but fell down. She coughed harshly, her eyes watering. Her shoulder. She couldn't move it. She blinked. It was probably bad. It had to be. Reluctantly, she bent her head down, trying to inspect the damage. For the most part, it looked fine, just pulled out of socket. That was only the shoulder though. Her leg looked terrible. Blood oozed from harsh teeth marks that were gouged in her flesh. At parts, she could see the milky white of bone. She chuckled slightly. For a stupid fox, she was pretty vicious. Though the wounds did look serious. It was a shame she couldn't feel them though. Though if she could, she probably would have passed out or something drastic like that.
Sighing slightly, Mudnose stood up once more, wincing at the popping noise again. She hissed. Now would probably be a good time to go visit Hauntedheart. Rabbitpaw
[Rabbitpaw blinked when he saw Guardianpaw come back with a white, limp kit. His ears twitched slightly. Was it....dead? Not that it mattered to him though. He was still curious. He began to approach it, but stopped, his fur standing on end for a moment when she raised her head and whimpered. He blinked, a panicked look crossing his face. He didn't know what to do! He was barely a medicine cat! He bit his lip though, keeping his composure lightly contained. He could handle it! He wasn't a kit anymore! A defiant look crossed the dark tabby's scarred face for a moment, and he limped quickly to the medicine store, his eyes drifting over the piles of herbs. He squeaked inwardly though. There were so many! He blinked, looking for something familiar. He couldn't find anything though....except.....poppy seeds! He sighed in relief. She was probably in pain, so he could give her those. Four. Yes, her wounds looked almost as bad as his paw had when he was attacked by dogs. Almost immediately, his tail stroked the scar going down his cheek, his ears flattened. Terrible times.
Shaking his head, Rabbitpaw picked out the poppy seeds and cobwebs. He began to turn around, but stopped, his eyes resting on a green, almost familiar leaf. He had seen it somewhere before....of course! Hauntedheart had gave it to Foxfur for his wounds from that one cat...Brokenskull, or Brokensoul or something. He nodded, picking it up. If it was useful for Foxfur's wounds, then it might have an impact on the kit's.
The dark brown tabby quickly limped to the white she-kit, laying down his things. He cleared his throat.] "Er, Look you. I'm going to be dressing your wounds real quick, so don't squirm around too much, alright?" [he meowed gruffly. Immediately, he began dabbing cobwebs onto the bleeding wounds, trying to soak up the blood.]

to be loved. |Foxfur| NightClan|Deputy|Tom|Mentor|In Love|Tough&Independant You are my love, ____________________________________________________________________________________________ [I burst through the bushes, ducking under the low-hanging branches, amber eyes darting around anxiously, trying to remember the way back to camp. Every part of me hurt, but I forced myself to go on, huge paws thudding against the ground. Horrible images flashed through my mind. Dead bodies everywhere, Mudnose, Sunpaw, all bloodied and broken. Pushing them from my head with a quick shake, I shoved my way through a a scraggly bunch of branches, feeling them scratch at my skin, but ignored the pain. Halfway to camp, I couldn't help it and called out to Mudnose] "Mudnose! Mudnose? Mudnose, where are you!?" [I kept running, wanting to be as close as I could so I would be able to hear it if she responded. Which she would. Mudnose couldn't be dead. My steps faltered and I nearly fell over, but I regained my balance and ran. I wasn't watching where I was going, and ended up nearly knocking the poor she-cat over. Sitting back on my haunches in surprise, I stared at Mudnose, eyes wide. Was she alive? She looked pretty alive. And pretty hurt. I didn't move, and seemed incapable of forming words, so I just sat there like an idiot] _____________________________________________________________________________________________ You are my life. [Mudnose's ears flickered at the sound of her name. Her head was fuzzy though. She couldn't tell who it was. The voice. It's pitch fluxuated as she felt something rising in her throat. She closed her eyes, sitting down. Make it stop, make it STOP! she thought annoyedly. She didn't want to move. She didn't want to be sick. She just wanted to rest somewhaere for a few moons. She smiled slightly. Yes, that would be nice.
The bloodied siamese she-cat stood up once more, but something blazed past her. A color that had grown somewhat familiar. Was it a fox?! She hissed, a weak snarl ripping from her throat. She winced at the poor volume of it. Her throat must have been raw. She couldn't feel that though. Nonetheless, she growled. "I've already taken care of one of your kind, don't think I can't kill ano-" she froze, her eyes widening. Her vision grew clear as her light colored eyes focused on the tom in front of her. Oh jeez....that's.....Foxfur. She blinked, her ears flattening. "Er, I take that back," she laughed nervously. She relaxed her pose, sittin down. Her ears flattened for a moment, but then she sat straighter. She must have looked terrible, the bloody mess she was. It had pretty much covered everywhere. She swung her head around, looking for Marblepaw. Where was she? Was she alright? She decided to call out for her.] "Marblepaw! Where are you?" [she called out, wincing. Her voice sounded thick and a few drops of blood dribbled out of her mouth. Her sister was covered in blood! Her back was bleeding onto her fur, there was a large gash on her hind leg, and blood was coming from her mouth! What had happened. Wide-eyed, she rushed to her sister.] "Lightsound!" [she wailed.] "What happened? Are you okay? Why are you bleeding? What's going on?" [The questions cascaded out of her, making her sound like a kit again.] ▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃▃

I probably did look like a fox, considering my colouring, and the wounds didn't help. Mudnose looked to be in pretty bad shape as well. Unable to respond to her question, I just gave her a grim smile and nodded. I was alright. My dark eyes quickly raked over her body, stopping at her shoulder as I gasped. Leaning forward, my ears, well my right ear, flattened, and I felt my lips draw back as I growled deeply. I wanted to find the fox that had did that to her and kill it] "What...what happened? Are you ok? Sorry. Stupid question. I meant.." [Just shut up. I leaned back, resisting the urge to run away and find the mangy fox. [Mudnose smiled at Foxfur as he asked the question, but that soon faded. She pursed her lips, her ears flattening slightly. uncomfortably as she tried to think. Happened....? She blinked. What.....had happened? She twitched her whiskers discomfort. Why....couldn't she remember?! Think, think, think..... she half-begged in her head. Honestly, she couldn't even remember how she had got out there....
She coughed slightly, her eyes resting on Foxfur once more. She smirked, staring at his ear. Or where it was supposed to be, rather. She snickered for a moment. "Me? Okay? I feel great, but shouldn't you be worried about that?" she asked, nodding slightly to the left side of his head. "You should have Rabbitki- er, paw, check that out. It didn't seem like Hauntedheart was happy last time you got hurt." she meowed. She blinked for a moment, staring at his pelt. She smiled slightly, but then frowned. He smelled like.....
Suddenly, it all came back to her. Foxes! Yes! That was what happened! They had attacked the camp....the camp! Her eyes widended, hissing slightly. "They were at the Gathering too, huh?" she murmured.
[ooc:] She forgot what had happened because the sudden adreneline rush made her black out, so basically, she can't remember what she said, or anything past the part where she attacked Cherry. As Mudnose said she was fine, my eyes narrowed. She didn't look fine at all! Rolling my eyes with a snort at her comment about my ear, I stood up, stretching my neck to nudge her gently] "Nah, I'm not that bad. I feel fine! I don't know what Hauntedheart's problem was, but hopeffuly Rabbitpaw is much less grumpy," [Flinching slightly at her last question, I nodded, images of the Gathering flashing through my mind. It had been a horrible experience] "Yeah, sadly. There were three other kinds of animals there, too. They all attacked us, and the fighting's still going on back there. She thrust her nose forward defiantly, then slashed a claw at the fox's nose. Unfortunately, she missed. Her silver eyes glinted in the darkness as she was squashed up against the two other gray cats, and her nose itched! With a pitiful kit-squeak-sneeze, Shimmer rubbed a paw over her nose and listened. The fox was retreating, and she could distantly make out another fox yipping. She couldn't understand, since cats didn't speak fox, and she gingerly slunk out of the hole. The clearing was spattered with blood, and many shrubs had been destroyed. It looks nothing like home.... Shimmer thought in dismay. Wrinkling up her nose in confusion, she thought again, Of course it looks nothing like home! Home was stuck in a housefolk nest! Shaking her head, Shimmer tried to step forward, but winced as her left front paw struck the ground. A gash from the fox's bloodthirsty jaws had left Shimmer limping, but the small kit figured that it would get better soon. Scuttling out of the way, Shimmer made way for the other kittens in the hole to get out. They weren't much bigger than her, but they looked a bit stronger. Picking up the scent of other injured cats, Shimmer followed it back into the den she was in before, where the smell of plants overwhelmed her. Poking her head inside, Shimmer glanced around. Limping inside, the small golden kit peered at the other kit in there, then looked around for the bigger cat. "Uh, where's the other cat? Or can you do something about this gash?" Shimmer inquired, tipping her head to the side. Her silver eyes were fiery with the thrill of battle, yet an unearthed wisdom and mercy were buried beneath the surface. The knowledge of an experienced and merciful warrior, not a cowardly kit. Yet the small golden kit had proven all cowardice to be nonexistent in her brave soul.
