"Y-yes, I am," she said, turning to the young woman. "Are you Nikela? Rose is actually asleep right now." She turned back to the man. "Can I get you some more water, sir?"

River sat slouched down in the chair, which to her approval didn't face the bar but the fireplace. She held her but, with the now cold contents rubbing her eyes lightly listening to all conversation.

"She is?" Nikela looked surprised, glancing down at Chirp, who shook his head and flew down to circle her wrist. The dream reader glanced at the watch and laughed lightly. "It is a bit late for a kid to be up, isn't it? Would I be able to stay somewhere until she's awake?"

Kaen took the glass from him and refilled it quickly. "We should have several rooms open still," she said, slipping a key off its hook. She set the glass down in front of Lou and handed the key to Nikela.

River blinked at the familiar voice, and she peeked around from the chair she sat in, dark hairs falling into her eyes, she watched and from what she saw there where, two new faces in the Bar. Smiling she slipped out of the chair, and standing, walking her way over to the bar to get to the kitchen.

Nikela turned the key over in her hand, then glanced at Kaen. "Thanks. Hopefully, I'll be able to help out the kiddo soon. She...knows things that will help clear Blayne even more," she said before nodding to Kaen and heading up the stairs.

"Hello River," Kaen said to the woman as she sat down at the table her sewing table sat on. "How have you been?"

She cracked her back and smiled at Kean, filling her mug with the newly warmed water. "I've been, Confused.." She pointed at the tree, irritatedly." What the heck is a tree with colors on it doing in the Inn, or Bar?.." She furrowed her brows truly bafled.

Kaen looked at the tree in question. "I think that's a...Christmas tree...," she said, glancing at River. "As for the colors....I have no idea, but apparently you put the gifts you want to give people under it until Christmas day."

"What gifts do you speak of?.." River asked walking towards her, the cup in hand, looking at the Green and many colored tree with apprehension.

[[Poor tomo.]]
Watching Kean with curiosity as well she yawned sipping the hot water blinking at the trees brightness, it frightened her and it took alot for an object, let alone a decorated tree to do that. "Well then, It's strange really it is.." She nodded."..How do you say it? Krismiss?..christtamas?.."
[[Kean-kun is tired?, yeah?]]

"Christmas," she said, smiling at River. "This is the first time I've seen an actual Christmas tree. Back home, we just gathered around a Yule log, which is more like the stump of tree meant to burn through several nights."
