Hanakami A smile played across her features as she answered, "If you want me to, I'd be glad to show you around, but I'm not the best guide. Consider yourself warned."
Cerise's look grew thoughtful. "What would you like to see? You've already seen the lobby and the bar... The amusement park, maybe? Of course, Mimi was saying we shouldn't go out after dark... But it's still light out!"

Beh Bear "Wow, you sure had a lot of fun." Ikue said with a smile, whose smile grew even brighter when the wraith embraced her. "I missed you, too... and, um, it's... alright. I mean, I went through the experience of what it's like being, uh, dead. I guess it's a nice thing to add to my medium-in-training thing." The girl felt different though, and it wasn't the fact that her body was cut up into pieces, and put back together again. Ikue wasn't sure why, though.. Bertram shook his head. "No, it's not alright... I should have been there. Then... I..." he looked down, shaking his head. "I'm sorry... I just don't like it when you're hurt... it makes me feel...um..."

"Oh! I forgot, you wouldn't know her, would you. Mimi works here! She's really cool! A cat demon-ie type person. I'm not really sure."
Cerise turned on her heel, heading up the hall in impatience. "C'mon, let's go, then! I've been dying to see the rest of the park, but we'd better hurry and leave or someone might stop us..." She hurriedly explained, "It's not really all that dangerous, I don't think. It's just that there're, oh, I dunno, wires, boards, broken things..." Her voice grew fainter as she continued walking up the corridor.

Ikue sighed softly, resting her cheek against Bertram's chest. "I know how you feel.. There's no need to be sorry." She then looked up at the wraith, wondering how she could change the subject. "Being dead.. it felt pretty interesting. I felt like I was in a dream." The bad part was, was the part where just stood there helplessly, watching her father chop her body up with an axe. "Erm, anyway... what d'you want to do today?"
Kiran followed the girl once again, nodding as Cherry spoke. "Ah, and I don't think you would have to worry.. I'm gonna be with you, so if there were to be some bad thing roaming around, I'll try my best to protect you." It has been a while since the gorgon last used his special gaze = stone thing.

Beh Bear Kiran followed the girl once again, nodding as Cherry spoke. "Ah, and I don't think you would have to worry.. I'm gonna be with you, so if there were to be some bad thing roaming around, I'll try my best to protect you." It has been a while since the gorgon last used his special gaze = stone thing.
"Phew, I haven't been outside in days! It's so pretty today!" In fact, the weather was dark, cloudy, and likely to rain, but this was Cerise's favorite weather. "C'mon, where to?"

Hanakami Cerise nodded happily, pausing to allow Kiran to catch up. "And if you get hurt, then I can heal. Cool, huh?" She dashed through the lobby and front doors, wanting to get out in the open air.

Beh Bear "You have the ability to heal? Neat!" Once they were outside, Kiran stared up at the sky. He liked it when it was sunny better, but he didn't mind this weather, either. The gorgon just wanted to throw his hood off and let his snakes get some fresh air as well, but he didn't want to make the girl feel uncomfortable. Kiran grinned. "Let's see.." His attention fixed onto some of the amusement park's rides. "We could check out the rides."
Cerise began walking immediately, headed in the direction of the distant rides. "Do you think they actually run?"

Hanakami "Ok, rides it is!" came the reply. "I hope it rains..." The sky seemed to warn of rain, which made her all the more excited.

Beh Bear "Not sure. The rides probably run at night, and ghosts would ride 'em or something." That would be an interesting thing to see. Reaching one of the roller coasters, Kiran's eyes widened slightly, staring at all the loops it had. Never in his life has he ridden a roller coasters, or any other amusement park rides, but he has seen 'em on television. "That is one heck of a ride there.." Cherry would probably like it, though.
She didn't wait for a response as she ran ahead to investigate.

Kiran blinked a few times, a blank expression upon his face, and ran after Cerise. The roller coaster now stood before them, seats contained in boxes, or whatever they were called, chained together. Kiran's brows raised once he spotted a skeleton strapped to one of the seats. This ride must've gave the poor guy a heart attack or something. "Sheesh, and they didn't even bother to take the corpse out?"

She walked along the ride's edge, tracing the track with her eyes. "Must've died of fright! Look at this thing!" It had to have at least seven loops and a drop that made Cerise's stomach hurt just looking at. The ride was in a state common for dilipidated buildings; boards were hanging over edges, railing was coming undone... "I bet this place was really cool when it was first built."

"I probably would have died on the ride, too. I never rode a roller coaster in my life.. I've been to amusement parks a couple of times, but I never got to go on any of the rides. I wasn't allowed to since I would just scare the people off," Kiran said with a small smile. "How old is this place, anyway?" The amusement park looked to be around ten years old. "Hm, what other rides are there?"

Cerise stopped to think for a moment. "I don't know how old it is, but it's got to be kind of old... "I'm sure there's tons of other rides, but look," she pointed to the sky, "it's getting dark. The sun is setting, and I don't think it's safe to be out. Let's head back, ok? We can explore some more another time. There's so much to see!"
The click of Cerise's shoes against the pavement meant that she would hear no arguments; she was in no mood to get scolded for being out too late. Besides, it was cold!

Kiran nodded and started to head back for the hotel with Cherry, the sky growing darker, and the spirits began to emerge. "I'm gonna go back to my room and take a small nap. See you later, Cherry!" He grinned and made his way over to his room, entering it and closing the door behind him.
As for Ikue.. uhh..

(( Mebbie, if I come home early enough from the Gym I'll play for a little bit. biggrin
And yes, GYM. I have to get my behind back into shape. I'm sick of the 'motherly roles' I'm given these days. stupidboobsneedshrinking! ninja I feel weird playing someone's mother and I'm like thirty years younger. xD))
