"Kyrre told me why.... He said something about true demons could open the gates of hell or something like that. And he said if we were true demons, he would actually respect us. I really want to beat some sence into that leech." Takiko mumbled as she looked at the ground.

Silver2005 I could tell that she understood only a little bit. Darn it...why do I have to always mess things up? Sighing, I got up and went out into the main room. "It doesn't matter, decaf is fine." I paused and glanced into the kitchen. "Could...Could I help?" Even though I knew she didn't need any help, I wanted to be doing...something, anything so that she wouldn't be mad at me. Fate nodded and filled the container with water. She then put in a filter and a strong blend. When he asked to help, Fate glanced over at him and quirked a brow. Flicking on the coffee pot, she shrugged. Strange how he's not like the other male friends I've heard about.. "I've heard that most men just hug their honeys around the waist and cuddle with them until the coffee's finished." Her ear twitched as the steam and water gurgled from its hold. "But nien, I'm alright. Thank you."

While I had the free time, I decided to check my laptop, which I had brought over a long time ago. i saw that I had gotten a were-mail from someone. Hmm...I wonder who could be e-mailing me. I opened it and it read... Dear Silver,
You may think that i'd left your life, but then you would be sorely mistaken. I've only been...biding my time, so to say. I have eyes and ears everywhere, watching you. I have something I would like to give you and since I know that you don't trust me at all, it will be in a public place with one of my followers. That should be safe enough for you. Be at Times Square in one hour after you open this e-mail. I know when you open it. Show up...or else.

Fate, very puzzled and dazed, watched Silver dash out. "What on earth.." She closed her door and wandered over to the laptop. The mail had been left open, and she read what he'd read. "Oh my.." Her eyes widened. He sure took off in a hurry. She shook her head. If he needed her, Silver would call her.
"Life is so complex to those living it.." She took a mug from the cabinet ad filled it with coffee. She then set it down on her coffee table and hopped onto the couch. Fate crossed her legs and clasped her hands. Her eyes slid shut and her breathing slowed. Fate thought deeply, letting everything fall away, and there she meditated. "Save me from my thoughts.."

"It's not your fault. It's the lycans. they say we're tresspassing on their territory..." Takiko said. There was barely a pause before her next statement. "and Angel thinks in tresspassing on her own territory..." She said in nearly a whisper.
