Yeah, uh, don't try to do that again... Yours and his make sense at least. Mine is completely contradictory. I don't even know where I'd even begin with a Fire/Water-Type. Now as for the serum....it's also a suppository.
If it was Fire/Ice, you'd be so cold...you burned.

Anyway, since there are NO other Pokemon with a Fire/Water combo...Hmm, maybe it's an ancient Pokemon that switches to Fire or Water typing depending on the time of day? Make it simpler.

. ___.Well there's also boiling water, but that's not really Water/Fire either. That's just water and heat. See? Tricky! Least without making a legendary with some unique ability. Time of day it unlikely but they could be effected by weather, HP amount, changing depending on what attack they last used or were hit with. The problem isn't just that though, but finding what the hell you'd base it off of. Alright electric shock it is then! Screw the pill!
Sure sure, and of those could make it change typing.

I have way too many water-type loves, but I'll try narrowing it down.
1) Lanturn Milotic
2) Starmie
3) Jellicent
Also, I'm... Grass/Rock. I'm a tentacle monster with a ******** of weaknesses. I LITERALLY COULD NOT SUCK HARDER IF I TRIED DAMN. Least it's cute, and I've a fondness for fossils and third gen.

This is my design idea for a Ghost/Ice Pokemon...
Snowshoe Hare, so it looks like a fluffy bunny--The Ice bit. Rabbits are known to be Psychopomps, so that fulfills the Ghost bit.
Leprost[First Stage; Leporidae+Frost] to Lenowcle[Final Stage; Leporidae+Snow+Icicle].
Leprost looks like a regular rabbit, with abnormally long ears. The tuff of fur around its neck, ankles, and ends of its ears look kinda wispy and trails upwards like Ghastly's...gas. It has a crystal/icicle embedded on its forehead and limbs, with light blue splotches[think Bulbasaur's spots] around them so it looks like the bunny is partly encased in ice. Mostly white, otherwise. About 1'7"
Lenowcle stands on two legs, and always had its eyes closed with a bowed head. It stands gracefully, with its front paws in front of it. Its ears are even longer still, and she's more fluffy~ In fact, her fluff/ghost wisps makes it look like she's wearing a cloak with a hood with long sleeves. The ice crystals have grown larger. Now ~3'9".
Has the Cursed Body ability. Was debating Ice Body...but I flipped coins and got the other one. Maybe I'll have Leprost have Ice Body, but it changes when it evolves...
Evolves when in the midst of a blizzard[so not just gentle snow], under the moonlight.
UNLIKE Froslass, who likes to trick and trap wanderers...Leprost/Lenowcle prefers to help lost travelers and brings them to safety. Its fur is extremely soft and make the warmest of coats when wrapped in its ears...
Fairy/Human Shape Egg groups.
Immune to: Normal, Fight.
1/2 Resist to: Ice, Poison, Bug.
2x Weakness to: Fire, Rock, Ghost, Dark, Steel
I've got a drawing already. When I get home, I'll finish it on the computer.

Though I'm not fond of Jynx you get the idea. Also and I hate to say this outloud there's also the "Hotspring Pokemon". In the Garden of Monsters Tentacles? Well now you really are the Garden of Monsters! Now I have this little project I think you could help with....

In the Garden of Monsters Oh my gosh, that sounds adorable! I've always wanted a snow rabbit Pokemon; I was hoping we'd get one with Sinnoh, what with it being Pokemon!Hokkaido. Frosslass is a fav. Ice-Type of mine. I didn't care that it kinda sucked...I just liked it.

I follow at least one Fakemon tumblr, though I can't say I remember seeing a snow rabbit Pokemon there.
And yeah, I rather like Froslass. I think I'm just really fond of the design, and that Snorunt got an evolution that didn't remind me of a soccer ball.
Also, outsourcing creativity- some suggest me a name for a Chinchou/Lanturn. The only thing I can think of is "Current", because I have a thing for puns.

Sneaking on while at work. Shhhh. ninja
Anyway realized a water/fire type route one could go if we stuck to the usual creature method. Underwater volcano. Make it something of a leviathan. Fish or other deepsea dwellers would work too, but I'm not really fond of fish or squid, so the sea monster seems the best of the bets. It could no moves like Scald, Lava Plume, Eruption, and I'm sure I could come up with a couple others based on the concept.
Now as for the tentacle garden. We're gonna need willing victims and a video camera....for the best shoe shine service ever! Also yes you're like the only person ever to like Jynx.
I got nothing for the chinchou name at this time sadly.
