And yeah, bugs aren't my thing either.. but I've NEVER trained a Venomoth. I trained a Masquerain and I want to redo that one to...

I've never really been into bug types either, until I tried training a Yanmega. Now they're starting to grow on me a bit.

When I 1st got Blue version I trained a Butterfree all the way till the E-4.
(I wanted to be like Ash for some reason, and train one... yea sad I know.)
But yea...it kept getting destroyed in the E-4 best thing I could use was sleep powder then switch to someone stronger. xd

Scizor, Masquerain, Parasect, Butterfree, Fortress, and Armaldo are the only bug types I've trained.
@ Jer: lol I did the same but for Yellow version
Pikachu
Pidgeot
Butterfree
Blastiose
Venusaur
Charizard
was my party. I even switched out for Haunter in Sabrina's gym xD

I've actually had that happen to me in a double battle on PBR, they had a slowpoke and a slowking that used trick room lol
