Latest from today:
First is a piece I got from Ellanadi - I won her "fire theme" auction, for 300K, but since there were options depending on the bid I doubled it to 600K worth.
The pic was originally supposed to be of Lindin and Alexi in a rough love pose but then we decided to do something different, and maybe have them in an actiony pose. Love how it turned out. heart *crazy coloring whoas* She's gonna be doing another auction soon, so keep an eye out for that! Next up is another Navidian pic! This is like. The 4th I've gotten from her like a week, maybe two weeks. @_@ *love her so much* New style! Art nouveau she said, and I think it really turned out uberwell. smile Visit her DA for my other arts from her, and for her other beautiful works. heart This one was for an auction I won of hers, I did give a character slot to someone else but then Navi said she could do both chars in there anyway. *she's such a sweetheart* Its Kalec and Alexi in a teacher/student theme idea.

She has this really classic sketchy-type style, but her squiggles are really well-thought-out and actually accentuate the idea she's trying to make. She's always playing her art down, but I think there's real potential there. heart She's just the most random person you'll meet, and so fun to be around. ^^
The pic is of Alexi getting revenge on her dead-beat fiance that killed her family. Hence the blood on her face. ^^ Avenging angel! biggrin  Mm next!
Nikoobu did a piece of art from the list that she was offering for her part of the auction autobuy stuff. Anyway! Here's the pic! heart  Alright so lets see, there's a bunch of art that I didn't post yet that I should definitely put up.
Tooaya bribe piccu, I think I paid August 04 letter and she was supposed to be doing a sketchy but then it apparently turned into something WAY more. XD heart I gave her a staff of angels as a reward/tip for doing such a wonderful job and going above/beyond.  Kukico messaged me today saying she had finished most of my commission for the art auction I autobought but that she had to put the 4 characters I wanted together after the coloring. ^^ Here's what she had in mind as a WIP for my characters together in a pic.  And a WIP for Mondai by Juffie Eve. ^^ heart SO crazy detail and creativity on the outfit, I LOVE it. @_@

So you remember Jitsumi who did the chibi Sleeta that I posted, here's her non-chibi Sleeta. ^^ With Sleeta's sea-dragon familiar. Love the coloring and the detailing on the dragon. heart  Giftart randomly from Navidian: Lindin and Alexi couple pic, in pencil, I SO love her shading. heart And homg is this pose hot. @_@ She gave me two versions, one with artistic nudity of Alexi's chest, and the one without. Since I don't know if its legal to post the one with artistic nudity, I'm posting this one. Lemme know if I can post the other? I really adds to the mood of the piece and the trimmed down version cuts off feathers and wings etc. Maria-Minamino decided to send me a chibi Kalec sketchy for fun, cuz she was bored and wanted to draw him again. XD Here it is! heart

I don't believe we've ever met before ... unless we have and now I sound like a demented octopus. Anyway, it's nice to meet you, Alexi. Colour is good - I like your colour pieces (; All of Nati's pieces have a sort of muted colour scheme with a splash of colour here and there. The one by sjf9687 will be coloured eventually ... I think. Life is full of uncertainty!

I always love the classiness of black and white, and so I think lines are beautiful themselves. Color fleshes them out and yeah I know about the uncertainty principle. Artists sometimes will go the extra mile beyond the commission. ^^ Sometimes they don't but that works I suppose. 3nodding
@Ellen - Ooh thats such a sexy pose, I like the composition and presentation of it too, very neat! Very different side of her indeed, I notice a lot of your pics are "cute" ish, or where she's sweet and innocent. whee I'll have to check into Takumy at some point. ^^
