Ivy gave Edward a deadpanned look. "What could the world have POSSIBLY done that was so wrong that you'd want to procreate in it?"
Ivy huffed, getting a little sore over Harvey's cracks at her chosen attire. "That's a lie! My skin IS my clothing. You wouldn't put pants over pants would you?" She flipped her hair. "Catwoman is popular. I'm notorious." She arched an eyebrow. "You? Batman? I guess Bruce Wayne would be Superman no doubt?"
Hey yeah! How dare Harvey rag on Ivy when he's a plastic surgery whore!

Always ends up messing it up again.
I think he should try shooting himself in the head to see if only one half dies.
In fact, maybe one personality should get one gun in one hand, the other get the other gun in the other hand, and they'll have a gunfight.

well Dent may want the surgery to fix himself but Two-Face is the one that ruins it, like in that episode when Two-Face had his men kidnapp Harvey from a hospital.
And that's already been done before, Stray, it was Scarface vs. a sock puppet.

But Two-Face's personalities are manifested in the two halves of his physical person. For one to win the other would have to die.
Even if Scarface and the sock puppet were somehow mystically imbued with actual life force, one of them losing wouldn't also mean the death of the other.
If they're not then that's basically just one guy putting on an excessively violent puppet show.

I'll break it down.
Two-Face is a man. Both halves are a man.
Whereas Scarface and the sockpuppet are two puppets. They're not alive so they can't die.
A fight between Two-Face's personalities would not be the same thing as a fight between two puppets.
