(The kind you'll chip your tooth on if you try to eat it.)

Things in the bar had gone from bad, to worse-Vincent was now engaged in combat against seven men. It wasn't the fact that there were seven-but it was the fact that this would definatly attract SOMEONE'S attention to the fact that he was on the planet. He jumped up, backspinning one of the men in the face and sending him flying into a corner table, dropping down, twisting and launching his foot up from a low position, shouting out, "RISING PHOENIX!" He knocked the man into the air, using a touch of Force Speed to make himself rise faster as his right leg was raised high, shouting out as he dropped his heel on the man's stomach and slamming him into the ground, "RETURN TO ASHES!" A blaster bolt was fired by his head, and Vincent twisted around to face the man, his DE-10 Heavy Pistol already in right hand, switching the mode from 'Kill' to 'Stun', and fired a bolt directly into the man's chest, sending him reeling backwards.

Bar partones cried out as Vincent finished by backspinning the last man into a table of Bothans, sighing as he spruced his vest up. "Thanks for the drink," He said, not wanting to stay around and eye the destruction as he tossed the bartender a cred chip, "Here's a tip." And with that, he walked out of the Cantina quickly, stopping as soon as he got out to find Imperial Troopers, blasters leveled at him as they shouted, "FREEZE!"

"Oh! And, like, totally pick up some donuts on your way here, Gunther!" Freya called back to the Omega-class shuttle.

Gunther couldn't help but laugh at the transmission. "Typical Freya for you," he chuckled.

Iria couldn't help laughing herself. "Yes. It does seem that Lady Freya can easily forget the stresses of most things with the aid of pastries,"

Vincent sighed, raising his hands up in the air, "Right...right...I know the drill." But as he lifted his right hand up slowly to start, it next shot up, and the Troopers facing him were thrown backwards. Vincent kept his hair in his face-knowing that they would be looking to identify him on the video...he wasn't one to kill even Imperials unless he had no choice. He began to move forward, towards one of the troopers he'd sent into the wall of a nearby building. The trooper was pushing himself to a prone position, and was about to pull the trigger on his blaster-But Vincent was two steps ahead of him, his Vibrosword in his right hand, his Lightsaber in the other-Knocking the gun from the troopers grip, and aiming the lightsaber at his head. "I have a message for whoever seems to have an interest in getting in my way..."

~*~*~

After he was done with the troopers, he had found a speeder, parked nearby. He immediatly began hot-wiring it so it would start, and as soon as the engine revved, he'd taken off into the desert-Heading North-Towards the Krayt Graveyard.

He smiled at the thought of donuts.
"Mmmm... After that fight, I could go for some fresh pastry. All I got is the carbo-dried food stuff in my ship."
He pointed his thumb at his fighter, but then gave a slight bow.
"My name is Llednar See'hiou, once Podrace Champion of the Outer and Mid-Rim circuits; now leader of Skywalk Squadron, under direct command of Admiral Stazi."
As he finished his introduction, his blaster slipped out of the open holster, and a shot went off, wizzing past his head. He put his hand to his head instinctively, and then carefully picked up the blaster from the ground. He reholstered the gun, locked the strap.
"Uh... I'm a better pilot then a shot, if ya can't tell."
The young pilot gave an embarrassed chuckle, as he rubbed the back of his head.

Fina turned to the trooper as he entered, expecting it to have something to do with the ships in the Utapau system. When he told them of the person who had something to do with a bases destruction, she just frowned slightly. Something else ontop of whatever was going on with the ships...

About half-way home, Vincent had dumped the speeder. There was a sandstorm in the area, and so Vincent kept his sandmask on. He walked the rest of the way-Not at all bothered by the sand. A while later, Vincent was home, totting a pack he'd hidden outside the city of things he'd bought. He sighed, walking up to the small house he'd found abandoned. It was dangerously close to the Krayt Graveyard, and Krayt's were known to wander in from time to time-but he didn't mind. He took of his mask, and used his free hand to whistle. "YO, AIRIA! DINNER!"

A few moment's later, a Krayt's head appeared above the Dune his house was situated next to. The dragon moved slowly down the dune, approaching Vincent calmly. "Well, I splurged today-Got your favorite, girl-" He reached into the pack, and pulled out a dead animal, "Sand Hare." The Dragon seemed calm, but it's eye's flashed in delight as Vincent tossed it up to the Dragon. It was quite large-the normal size for a Krayt her age. Vincent had stopped a band of hunters with heavy weaponry from assaulting her. She was, in truth, more curious than any other Krayt he'd come across. She took to him a short while after the incident with the hunters, approaching his house early one morning. He'd found himself shocked to find the Dragon waiting near the door for him-Of course, he wasn't afraid, MAY having used a little persuasion to show her he wasn't a bad person like the hunters. She would appear each day for the next four months near his home, looking about idly. She was, infact, a more docile creature amongst her vicious bretheren. It wasn't until he'd started feeding her the local dead wildlife that she'd started to take a liking to him-and for the past year, she'd made his 'yard' her residence. Vincent didn't mind, of course-She was a good companion, someone to talk to, even if she didn't always have an interesting response on her mind.

(Heheh, I like this kid.)

A zabrak made his way through the market, he was dressed as a normal merc or perhaps a spaces more used to having to fight for his ship. The only unique thing about him was the white color on his face and the black, bugeyed goggles that hid his eyes from view. A Westar series blaster hung at his hip.

He was looking over the sales table of a vibro-blade merchant, eavesdropping on a pair of civilians speaks about the empire, and a group calling themselves 'The Alliance Reborn'. As he traveled through the market the last few days, he had heard similar stories about how they were behind alot of the terrorist attack on Sith Empire Loyalist worlds. He had also heard of suspected organization members, taking a mental note of the names and sending them back to his ship to relay for information. It was a wonder that the Empire had allowed to let the Bothans remain neutral, its easily known that they wouldtry and help the GLF, or start something of there own.

Soon, the pair parted and Dri'sah lingered abit more until moving onto another part of the city. He had a target to take care of today, an Fel loyalist was said to be hiding out in the more seeder parts of town. He could perhaps gain some information on another battlefield the sith had to deal with along with the GLF.

Vincent sighed. He was sitting on the stoop infront of his door, working on a device at the hilt of his Vibrosword. He wondered if he could make it so this thing could REALLY connect to his Lightsaber...

In the background, Airia let out a loud yawn-sounding more like an intense growl than a yawn-Causing Vincent to look up. "What? You can't be THAT bored, can you?" Airia snorted, and Vincent chuckled, "Well, what do you suggest we do then, my friend?" The dragon snorted again, and Vincent went further into a fit of laughter, "We can't go Sand Raider hunting, Air-One of them might get off a lucky shot, and hurt you." The dragon snorted and let out a low roar, and Vincent smiled, "Because you're my friend, Airia-To lose you would be to lose any connection I have to this planet. I would no longer return here if you died-You wouldn't like that now, would you?" The dragon let out a low snort, and Vincent smiled, "I didn't think so."

((Looks like someone's too much of a smartass to be ignored. With all the attention he's gathering, I'm going to have to hold my character back so that he doesn't get neutered in one standard month. And I neuter a wee bit north for most people's tastes))

"Master," Admiral Veers reported, the blue light from the vidscreen illuminating the pitch black room. The shadows absorbed most of the light, as usual. He hated talking to the darkness, but the spectre always prefered the fewest distractions. The ship ran by his will; it also meant its destiny was fated by himself. With Ferno at the helm, the ship would never be destroyed, nor lose with him at the controls. Over the last four years, the admiral had never seen an effective strategy against the Pillar, even when caught alone. Several engaugements with the gelfers had proven fatal against the pillar; according to HM, not even battle meditation could save their opponents, but for the current time, it seemed that large time battles would be fruitless.

"The bounty on jedi has jumped again; the emperor wishes our involvement. While we are fighting a war, apparantly we need to save the empire some pocket cash."

A hiss came from the darkness, as the ruby eyes awoke from the darkness.

"Yes Master," Veers said. The affirmative was discomforting; He knew what it would mean. He would be awake for weeks with the screaming of the victims as their minds relived their fears, their weaknesses, and the torment of a thousand more pains than before. Ferno had that special knack for making pain worse than it should be. Veers' mind remembered the begging; the pain from the loss of a limb was far less than that of the nev-knifes and other devices.

Bounty hunters could only go so far. Knights and apprentices were below his master; the cruelest part was that each victim could escape his pain if he wanted to. Veers could never figure out the sadistic creature that was his master, but then again, he also felt safest around him. The jedi would be placed as his new prey and though Ferno preferred the thrill of the hunt, the edict of the emperor was his will. Death was demanded; blood would be paid in fullest toll.

"I almost had it slip my mind, master," Veers remembered, "but apparantly a message from Coruscant came in. Apparantly your following is growing; another sith desires an audience with you. I don't know who he is, but I have had the necessary files sent directly to your room when you finish your training. I believe you may wish to send an emissary, but as always, it is your call."

Jaden couldn't wait anymore, the force kept on calling him, and he could not deny it. he quickly got out of his meditation chambers and nervously told himself, "Ah, my master is going to kill me for this one," he said. he began walking towards the hangar, attaching all of his equipment while at it.

Once he reached the hanger, he ordered that the men prepare the hsip called the dark wing, a ship he had gotten into it's farther proto type, in for lift off. He was maybe around not to long from maybe a two day trip to dathomir, but in the ship he was taking, it might be a day and a half. He quickly got into the ship and lifted off, puting it into hyper space.

Vincent sighed as the Krayt let out a snort, sitting infront of her, eye's closed in meditation, "What-You think that it was stupid what I did?" The Dragon let out a loud roar, and Vincent scoffed, "I had no choice-I couldn't just simply attract attention to myself by using my old tricks-And besides, everywhere I go these days, the Empire seems to be getting a better hold-I know that with this message I sent them, they're going to realise just what it is I did, and shrug at me. No big deal, right?" The Krayt snorted, and Vincent laughed, "Well-That's what I've got you for-That, and if they decide to be sneaky, I LIVE right near the Krayt Graveyard. Not even ten batallions would stand a chance against your brood. Most people are smart enough to avoid it." The dragon snorted, and Vincent chuckled, "I know-I know. But this isn't a game-I take what I do seriously, and think of the repercussions beforehand. And besides...this ought to attract 'his' attention..." Vincent found himself thinking of the Sith he'd met back on Coruscant a year and a half ago...the Sith who had murdered his master. "Slayth Darok...when I find you...hell hath no fury..."

As soon as the meeting was over, Sven quickly, but not rudely, left for the hotel, flanked by the two jedi. He pulled out his comlink. "Report."

The voice of his captain filled his ear soon. "The ship we tracked decided to make a run for it. Couldn't get an ID on it, but we did confirm that it's not one of the known models out there."

"Do you know if it was a GLF ship?"

"Unsure, but probably not, sir," the reply came. "Didn't match anything in our records. Not even the Vong ships."

Sven frowned. "Was there any damage?"

"Yes, unfortunately. It utilized some highly powered ion-cannons, and disabled one of our Stalwarths by itself. Killed everyone on the bridge, but the secondary bridge was able to compensate and stabilize, so we could begin repairs. Itll be out for another week."

He looked at Tantis and Fina, then realized he was at their suite. He led the way in, and went immediately to his room. "And it escaped?"

"Just before the gravity-field was in place. Another few moments, and he would've been trapped, and easy prey for the tractor beams and fighters."

The commander nodded, and sat down on his bed. "Very well. Have repairs begin,a dn I'll want an update in the morning. Sven out."

He pocketed his comm and laid back on the bed.

HM watched Jaden head off.

"Follow the ship. Report to Coruscant to set up a meeting with that Sith we shall be over Dathomir. The boy's mind still is not completely shielded from Ferno."

The Pillar prepared to turn around, and hit the hyperdrive itself.

((You're a fool if you think a boneyard can save you. Your home will become your grave as well. For when the Sith finally track you down, they will simply slag you from orbit.))

Once more, Link entered the shop of the Baragwin weaponsmith, Hanso Bodle, returning for the blade he had wished crafted some time ago.
He knew he might have been early but nonetheless, he wished to know the progress on the sword.

"Master Bodle." The Jedi called out.
There came no reply.
Curious, the Jedi looked about the shop, noting the many weapons on display but seeing no weaponsmith.

"Master Bodle?" He called out again. He turned and went behind the counter to peer inside the workshop.
"Master Bodle? Are you in?"

A split second later, the end of a double bladed Vibrostave slashed through the air where Link's head had been in what would have been a decapitating stroke.

Link rolled back into the shop, his Daito in hand as he came to his feet. He stanced off to face the figure emerging from the workshop.
It was no baragwin but an Ubese, clad in his people's style of full body armor and wielding a masterfully crafted Double Vibrostave, similar in concept to those used long ago by the Imperial Royal Guardsmen.

"Good Day Jedi." The Ubese stated as he gripped his stave with both hands. "I plan on collecting your bounty. So do yourself a favor and surrender."

"Not likely." Link replied as he stared down his opponent. "What have you done to Bodle?"

"Not much, compared to what I'm about to do to you." With that, he thumbed the vibromotor and charged in, His stave aimed for Link's chest.

"Well, we can always totally use another good pilot." Freya said, her hand held out to Llednar. "Like, I'm totally Freya Starsinger." After wrinkling her nose at the blaster mis-hap, she also added, "Of course, you so totally have to do something about that."

With that, she made note of a randomly placed can of fizzy that seemed to have been long since emptied. Possibly was there since the last time she was at the bunker-like station.

With one delicate hand, she hoisted it into the clear Aduba Three skies. "Like, watch this," she said, her other hand going to her right mounted E-54. As the can flew into the air, her pistol cleared the holster, tracking the can, with one bluish-green eye closed. "Like, bullseye!" she exclaimed, right as the reddish report sounded. The bolt was true, putting a hole in the can, as it fell back down to the ground.

"Like, you should always totally respect a weapon. It can so totally be your best friend, or your mega-worst enemy," Freya said, twirling her blaster about her finger, before blowing the faint smoke from the barrel, and then putting the weapon back in it's proper place.

She also smiled as an Omega-class shuttle came in for a landing. "And, that totally must be my brother with the donuts," she laughed.
