Rouge blinked a few times, waking up again. Strangely however, it was dark again? Wait hadn't there been light when she'd gone to sleep? Had she slept that long? Or had she just not opened her eyes yet?
"Merf." she mumbled rolling over on her side to try and get back to sleep and possibly wake up once more. But knowing her, she probably wouldn't be able to anyway.

The lights began to flicker then go out completely. This wasn't a good sign... the last time this happened.
"The lights went out again..." The elf mumbled. Pushing his figure up off the sofa. Resting his right hand against the bow.
"Yashima could I ask of you again to keep a close eye on Oak for me?" The elf mumbled once more, but the elf still kept a close eye on his charge as well.
Starring straight into the darkness. With his some what advantage with Elvin eyes. Kyocho could only make out forms and what not better than a human could. Pulling the bow over his head and keeping a tight grip.

Yashima paused as the entire room went dark, fingers flexing around his friend. "I can try," He muttered in response to Kyochos question, squinting lightly. He was a creature of the light.
Such darkness did NOT make him a happy fox. "Gods be damned."

It was then that the spirit came across a room full of living, pulsing energy. Live souls? Could it be brought to life for real? Chuckling darkly to itself, the shade slithered across the floor and entered the training room, causing a chill to fill the entire place.
It was still unable to be seen, however. But its presence was definitely felt.
...And heard.

Shira slowly started hyperventilating again. This was bad. This was very very bad. s**t. s**t s**t s**t s**t.
"Well this is just ********>." Her words came out a little shaky, only her being able to catch it. Her eyes shifted everywhere, not able to see through the inky darkness that washed over them.
"The kids....Everyone...answer if you're alright!" She tried walking towards where she last saw the others. Weren't the others injured? Hell, Rouge was asleep! Wait....
"And that girl...Neveah...?"
A cold air washed over her and dread filled her face. The hell is that? Something was inside....something. She didn't try and speak out towards anyone, for fear that whatever was here might know where she was.
Why the ******** does everything have to be in the dark?

Nataki certainly couldn't see this dark entity--but Lord, she could feel it. A quavering moan slipped out of her, and she rocked back and forth slightly, her arms tightening around her until her hands went white from the pressure. She was terrified--and all but collapsed on the floor, her legs giving out from under her. Scrambling on her knees, she scuttled backwards, choked sobs causing her breath to hitch. No, no, it had gotten so cold all of a sudden, so very cold. "T-Thae...Thae, make it go away please..." Her voice was barely a whisper, croaked and raspy with her primative fear. "Make it go away..."

"Since when do you care, you cranky old b***h?" Yashimas voice snarked from the darkness, teeth grinding, "You're only interested in killing things so shut the ******** up and let the smart people do the work."
Okay. A wee bit crnaky and short of tone but it was dark and --there was something in the room.
SOmething smelled wrong. Something was wrong. "Something's in here." He murmured, hand moving to grab at his his wand. It hurt and he could feel the NICE woman all upset...it was making him tremble and shake in his knickers as well but..Oak. and Zah. And Vine girl. They needed someone to protect them other then a bitchy old lady with her head in her fourth point of contact.

Kyocho could definitely feel the presence of something... odd... different... dark. The elf's eyes pinched on themselves as they began to focus on the darkness in the room.
"Everyone... keep on your toes." The elf whispered. Reaching behind him and pulling a few arrows from his quiver. It's never a bad idea to be ready for something... anything at least... but Kyocho was more worried about Yashi and Oak. Since Yashi was watching over his little one... at least trying too.

"Argh, this isn't the ******** time golden-boy. Don't get mad just because someone's worried about your grouchy a**." Though what the boy said would've normally induced her into another spat, she couldn't shake the feeling, and jumped when she heard Nataki fall to the floor. Then when she started talking to herself....Christ. She was making her nervous.
"Blondie, librarian chick! What the hell is wrong with you?" She whispered in a harsh but worried tone.
She didn't get a response, and merely held her weapon higher with a questioning glance towards where she heard the gibberish coming from.

The dark was not something that Coailiann wanted again, "Uh...Iamel...?" she asked softly, shivering, even though she didn't know if the bird was there or not. Something wasn't right and she could tell that much. Something was going off in her brain telling her to GET OUT of that room.
Maybe if she herded everyone out...
"Can you like...make some kind of fire...?" Fire created light.
Light was definitely a good thing.
Then the cold set in and Coailiann hobbled as close as she could to Yashi and Zah, "U...uh...Deeefinitely need fire."

Rouge opened her eyes again and stared out into the dark. Her mind was still a bit clouded-well over stressing and then first waking up can do that-she however kept her mouth shut this time. That one voice-Shira, definately- and the other, the much crabbier one-had to be the little brat who called her a ******** moron-well she wasn't getting into this. But something did feel odd.
Leaning back against the wall she blinked again. Nope...still dark. She guessed it was the lights after all.

At the sound of someone calling her, Nataki jolted, wildly looking around for the source of the voice before answering. "S-S-Shouldn't Thae b-be able to help us?" She all but wailed in a hushed tone, hands clutching at her face, though she didn't get up off the floor. She couldn't. It was as though the terror had severed her mind's control of her lower half, rendering her mostly immobile for the time being. "T-Thae's friends with one of the good ones, i-i-isn't she? Isn't she?" Nataki buried her face in her hands, trembling all over. Why wouldn't the lights come back on?!

Thae's attention turned towards the fox, and the woman visibly winced at his words. Son? She never had a chil---oh. OH. That spirit, that soul she took that made her come to life...that woman belonged here, with these people, with that wounded looking boy. She looked down at her hands, her own confusion clear on her face. Soon, many people were filling in around her, each questioning her or staring at her un a dumbfounded manner.
"I...I'm sorry but...I..." She started lamely, awkwardly. If Thae had realized the spirit had THIS much attention drawn to it, she wouldn't have taken it! Probably. "I don't...know any of you. I recognize you, but I don't know any of you. I know that you were important, very important..." She pointed at the silent, but still wounded-looking Zasalamel; she didn't say it out loud, but the recognition she received towards this boy from he soul told her to protect him at all costs. "But...I'm not your Mother, I'm sorry." Of course, then she had to address the whole spirit thing.
"Yes, I am - well, was, I guess - a spirit." Thae admitted openly, trying to get these people to trust her, and trying to make heself feel better from the guilt of not knowing. "I---I took Neveah's so---" The lights went out. The shade was coming.
"...SHITSHITSHITSHITSHIT OKAY!" Thae yelled, so everyone would hear her. "Yes, fire..CANDLES. We need candles. Or someone who can explode things. There's debris here, I KNOW it." Taking charge of the situation, Thae stared around in the darkness. "I'm asking you to just TRUST ME. I'm a good spirit, I swear it... I don't want to die before my first hour at life and I don't want to lose anyone to those fugly nasties, so you have to trust me. GET in one big group, the young ones in the middle!" Thae directed, searching around with her lingering spirit-eyes to find something, anything, that would help.
"And DON'T be afraid. Be brave. Think...Think of fire, think of something bright and good, banish EVERY dark thought from your mind. They feed off of that." There was a pause, and then. "AND FIRE, DAMNIT!"

Rouge couldn't really think straight but she did remember that she had a lighter. There wasn't anything dark going on in her brain. She was wondering what she would look like with a perm but other then that she was too sleepy to think much. Reaching into her pocket she pulled out the small device and flicked it on. "Isn there a guy who makes stuff go boom? Red head guy?" she asked. She was thinking of Iamel but of course the woman was really really sleepy and was still thinking of the perm so she didn't really realize she was saying it. Or that she sounded kinda drunk.

Shira almost screamed when Thae had yelled out in such a manner. Trust her? Shira doubted she could trust anybody here as far as she could throw them, but it wasn't like she had a choice. It was her stupid fault for ending up here anyway.
Shira slowly walked towards where she heard Thae speaking. She started to rant to herself while going where she thought everyone else was. She tired not to think of anything dark as the girl advised, but it was a little hard considering she was in a damn dark room about to get killed if she didn't get to the others.
"Can't see crap in her-" Shira let out a yip as she almost tripped over someone. It had been Nataki still on the floor. "Holy s**t- girl get off the floor!" She tried to help the woman up, though her tremendous trembling didn't help a bit.
