Sheesh, I go away for a couple days...
Sakurachan, I thought I distinctly remember someone claiming the Magus Sisters as a whole... I don't see it though, so you can have Mindy.
Everyone else (who actually claimed a character who wasn't already taken) gets their characters, too.
As for Mystic Quest and stuff, people are still free to claim characters from those. Isn't Legends the anime that was based off of (I think) IV? If so, then I'm not counting that, because it's not a game.
