"That doesn't mean anything - I generally don't show excited," was Phobius's dry reply as he followed her.
"Except when on choco rush or sugar rush," Mitis piped up helpfully.
"Except when on a chocolate rush or a sugar rush," Phobius agreed reluctantly before stopping and watching as well.
"That was not a challenge - try it and I sic Mitis on you with no restraints," was Eris's blunt reply to Katherine's little comment.
Mitis brightened. "Did Mitis hear 'no restraints'?" His arms and mallet immediately became wreathed in white-hot flames, though they didn't seem to be burning him.
"Only if Katherine tries to mimic Chocolate Rush incident number one hundred and seventy-four."
Mitis pouted, the flames vanishing, whereas Phobius immediately blushed slightly at the memory of that particular incident.

Eris just smirked, handing over a book titled "Phobius's Chocolate Rushes". It was about the size of a fairly large novel.
Phobius just gave her a deadpan look and transfigured his shirt back. "That sort of thing only works when I'm already on a chocolate rush. Don't do it again or I will Punish you." You could literally hear the capitalization on "Punish".

"Well, if Katherine and Phobius are done with their little pissing contest, I was thinking both," Eris answered.
"Mitis not coming with," Mitis piped up at this point. "Mitis need make Minion Boogeyman's prezzie."
Harry glanced over with puzzlement, making sure not to dislodge Katherine. "Why? What are you making him?"
"Mitis make weapon from special alloy Mitis call Darksilver, elder wood freely given soaked in sap from Devil's Snare, and Minion Boogeyman's blood!" was the cheerful reply.
Phobius narrowed his eyes sharply at Mitis. "And exactly when and how did you get your hands on my blood?"
Mitis tilted his head slightly, considering this a moment. "...Weeeeelllll, you know that blood sample Minion Boogeyman mama take from Minion Boogeyman little while ago for research purposes, then hand to Mitis for disposal? Mitis never really got around to disposy part, Mitis just kept it in stasis charm."

"All right then, let's go!" Eris declared with a grin, leading the others to the fireplace and putting a bowl of a strange powder on the living room table. "All right people, this here is Floo powder. What you want is throw some Floo powder into the fireplace, walk in once the flames turn green, and shout out the name of the place you want to go to loudly and clearly - in this case, Diagon Alley. If you do it right, you'll be transported to the fireplace of your destination - dammit, Mitis, what have I told you about eating the Floo powder?!?"
Sure enough, Mitis was munching on the Floo powder as if it were ground-up candy, seemingly oblivious to the green flames coming out of his ears and the smoke coming from his nostrils.
Harry gave Mitis a wary look, leaning away from him slightly. "Er, is that altogether safe?"
"For a normal person? No. Mitis, however, is immune to most forms of fire-based and heat-based harm, though that still doesn't mean he should eat our Floo powder," Phobius answered with a sigh, plucking the bowl of Floo powder from his friend's hands.

"Depends on who made. This one tastes like mix of blue magic-type salamander and dark choco, with slight salty aftertaste," Mitis answered cheerfully even as the flames in his ears slowly started dying down.
"None of us know what magical salamander tastes like, Mitis," Phobius reminded him. "We'd burn our mouths to a crisp if we even tried that."
"Well, normal ones taste like chicken, red ones taste like bacon, and blue ones best - they taste like Mitis flesh." At the weird looks he was getting, he shrugged. "Mitis is very tasty persons, especially when smeared with choco sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, or napalm."
Harry decided he didn't want to know and went next with a shout of "Diagon Alley!", vanishing into the flames. Phobius handed the bowl of Floo powder to his mother and came right after him calmly, and Eris then offered the Floo powder to the others... even as Mitis snuck another bite from it, reigniting the green ear-flames. "Dammit you crazy pyro, enough already!"

Eris and the other parents came through shortly afterward. "All right, people, who's going where?" she asked bluntly.

Mitis, meanwhile, made his way to a makeshift forge in the forest and smiled predatorily as he got together the ingredients, putting a crude staff made of elder off to one side and starting to put the different materials in a bowl - a chunk of silver, some sort of bone, a black liquid, and a strange green substance. "Step one: make Darksilver. Step two: apply it to the staff, then temper it and increase its affinity to ice using my handy little Icefire Charm. Step three: use Phobius's blood to key it to him and add a few extra features..." Oddly enough, he didn't sound anywhere near as insane as he normally did, and his Scottish accent was now a bit thicker.

Eris nodded, seeming to accept that. "All right. Either of you want to take the boys with you?"
"Don't we get a say in this?" Harry asked, obviously not liking being talked about as if he weren't there.
"Probably not," was Phobius's bland reply, causing Harry to sulk slightly.
