"Well, uh, ok," Travis blinked. The catgirl had become more stubborn since the last time he had talked to her. "Can I get you anything, at least?"

Alfina paused, looking down at her huge belly. "Uuuummmm...... maybe a jar of pickles if you can find some... Oh! and cherries! Definitely cherries." She declared.
"Pweeezz?" She begged, putting on her cutest pathetic face.

Lana followed him and smiled as he went to dry off. Suddenly she turned, pushing herself out of the tub and swinging her long tail over. Gently she lowered herself onto the bathroom floor. The tub went back to normal behind her.
"I want to try and get my legs back." she stated. "I don't think I can do that while submerged..." she said looking around. She found a towel to lay over her as she concentrated.

"Pickles sound great! I'll get you some of I don't eat them all before I get back..."
Sure enough, as he waddled back, he was chomping on a pickle. There was still a whole jar for them both, though. He sat down next to her, spreading his legs a little to accommodate his belly, and offered her the jar. "No cherries though. Sorry..."

Fey of Silver Light Lana followed him and smiled as he went to dry off. Suddenly she turned, pushing herself out of the tub and swinging her long tail over. "Alright, but if it doesn't work then you'll have to go back. I don't want you to get hurt." he said with a concerned look upon his face.

"You know what? That sounds awesome right now. Scoot over and gimme some." Jessie said as she hefted herself up off the couch, breathing deeply from the strain the added weight put on her as she held her belly with all four arms to try and give her strained stomach a little more support. Somehow she managed to waddle over and sat down next to Travis, spreading her legs to make way for her massage belly which bumped against the kangaroo boy's own bulge as she rubbed what stomach she could reach as her several children began kicking around again.

"Aaawwww... But still... PICKLES!!!" Alfina declared, snatching the jar and pulling out four at once. She quickly began munching on them, taking huge bites.

Lana spread it over her gratefully and took his hand in hers. She concetrated hard, imaging what legs felt like, remembering what they were like. it was difficult as her tail felt so much more... right.
However she successed as the tail shortened and split. It hurt a little, but she got them. They were still covered in scales and her feet looked a little webbed as did her hands, but they were legs.
"I did it!" she said, tired punching a fist in the air.

Matthew smiled kissing her cheek. "Congradulations!" he said happily. "Do you want to see what the others have been up to?" he asked standing holding out his hands for her. He wanted to, hearing people talk in the next room.
Plus he figured Lana wanted to see them too, or at least talk to them.

Lana took his hand gratefully standing and wrapped the towel securely around her.
"I do. And maybe borrow a skirt or something." she said.
She could her reflection in the mirror and stared for a moment. She looked so differ now. The person in the mirror was alien to her. A shock of aqua hair, scaley white-green skin, tall and willowy with large dark eyes. She looked mysterious and motherly, with the large bulge of her abdomen.
Lana looked away slightly unnerved. This felt right, but looking at herself was odd.

Matthew gave her a hug, yet only managed to hug her belly due to her being a bit taller than he was. "Lana...it's ok. You're still yourself inside." he said rubbing it trying to soothe her worry a little. After that small moment, he gave a smile and headed out of the bathroom.
It had been a few hours since he had seen what the others were up to. He had no clue where his friend Jason had wandered off too, though he was preatty shocked when he saw how large Jessie, Travis, and the new girl Alfina had gotten.
"Woah...wh-what happened here?!" He asked with surprise. "I take it you tried to move the metorite in front of your house." he chuckled a little to the group eating jars of pickles.

"Yeah, something like that..." Jessie said with a bit of an awkward chuckle. "But I have to admit, I'm strangely okay with this." she said with a smile as she rubbed her belly. "Pickle?" she said holding the jar out to Matthew with a smile, the rest of her hands still working her belly.

"Yes. Yes we were." Alfina responded sarcastically around a mouthful of pickle. "We wanted to send it down the mountain and watch it break into tiny pieces along the way." She felt kinda miffed, but had no idea why.

"Thanks." he chuckled taking a pickle. "Well then, I don't really think I properly ever got to introduce myself to everyone here." He said with a friendly bow.
"I'm Matthew, a traveling Bard. It's a pleasure to meet you all." He added with a friendly grin. "You ok Ms? You look a bit miffed.." he said with some concern to Alfina.
"Oh by the way, Lana has fully become a mermaid." he said motionging to the girl now standing beside him. "You guys need me to do anything? Maybe make something to eat? Just ask and I'll be glad to help. After all I want to repay everyone for their kindness."

"Well, I did have one thought, but it'd be just too much to ask for a single person..." Jessie said as she struggled to get to her feet. Sitting down on the floor suddenly seemed like a bad idea. "At this point, with how many people are here, I'm thinking of turning this place into a regular boarding house for people effected by the meteors who have nowhere to go for some reason or another. Of course, a bunch of heavily pregnant women--and man--like us, can't really do much. I mean I can't hunt like this, and that was how I made my living, so it'd be nice if someone who hasn't touched the meteors and hasn't become pregnant was around to help us get by, you know?"
