Charlotte nodded "I have many tricks up my sleeves... so hopefully that event won't happen." she said, looking up at Divine again "Do you have a name preference? I don't think I can go around calling you Divine in that form if it happens." she asked him, leaning against Divine a bit more.
"Hm, a new name? I can't say that I've thought about this ever before." Divine stated looking out at the world. "I have no idea. Are there any names you want to call me?"

Charlotte nodded "Alright, that will be your name then... I'll try and call you Divine occasionally though. When no one is around of course." she said as she smiled up towards him.
"Thank you." he said before going silent for a few more minutes. "The time is drawing near." Divine sat up and looked over at Charlotte, "This will be the last time you and I meet like this. Talk like this." As he stood up and glanced over at Charlotte's house, Divine had a somber look in his eyes, "Any last words?"

Charlotte stood up as well, walking over towards Divine. She stared up at him for a moment, sadness filling her eyes before fading away again. Charlotte smiled softy up at him "Until next time, Darling Divine." she said to him, leaning up and kissing him on the cheek "Do your best."
Divine smiled, "Until next time, Lady Charlotte." he muttered before kissing her on the cheeks. As a portal opened up behind him, Divine turned, "Once the battle starts, I will have you on stand by at your condo. If anyone needs healing, I will send a portal, connecting you and them. Is that fine."

Charlotte hesitated for a moment before nodding "Understood." she told him before walking over to him again "Also, that wasn't a very good 'I'm off' kiss." she said before reaching up again and kissing him on the lips.
As Charlotte reached up and kissed him one more time, Divine would embrace her tightly and press his lips in on hers. He would stay like this for what seemed like hours. Still holding her, Divine pulled away, slowly, "If only I had chosen a different path." he muttered as he opened up a second portal. "This connects to your home. Do not enter it until I give you the signal. I want you to be the secure and away from danger. I fear that if I know you are in harm's way, I will rush off to your rescue." Divine joked before letting go of Charlotte completely and walking towards the portal, "If for some reason, I do not meet Mirai, tell her I love her." he stated.

Charlotte nodded towards Divine "I will do that." she said to both waiting on the signal as well as giving Mirai his message "I love you. And I know I tell you to be careful, but go all out if you want this time." she said, giving a smirk similar to one she gave back before she changed paths.
Divine stopped as he heard Charlotte's last words. Turning around and looking at her, Divine had a sinister smile on his face, this one was more like excitement and anxiousness, mixed with pure delight, "I won't hold back this time." he said before entering the portal.

Charlotte appeared in her realm, a lot of the furniture now had holes in it but she still sat down on one of the couches. She panted heavily as it turned out one of the bullets hit her in the side "Dammit..." she managed to say as she covered her injury with her hand. Blood was coming out of it rather quickly. She saw something out of the corner of her eye, Luen. He seemed really damaged from the bullets, grazed in multiple areas. He let out a low beep in apology. "No no... it's fine..." she managed to say. She grimaced then as any sort of movement hurt, even bleeding. She didn't have enough strength at the moment to find a healing potion either. "Dang it..." she muttered as she continued bleeding out. The main thing she was worried about wasn't herself but Mirai, Vincent, and Atticus, especially Mirai since the one who attacked her said someone was after her as well. "Please be alright, Mirai..." she muttered as things were beginning to look fuzzy.
After entering the small portal, Atticus found himself standing right outside of Charlotte's home. Closing his eyes, he would take deep breaths and concentrate, wanting to make sure that Charlotte was safe. He would be able to sense her soul then, not only hers but Luen as well. Sniffing the air, Atticus could smell the scent of blood, it was Charlotte's blood. After realizing that, Attics burst into the house and found Charlotte sitting on the couch, covering her side. "Charlotte!" he exclaimed as he ran over to her kneeling down in the pool of blood that had come from her. Placing his hand over her wound and another one on her head, Atticus had a worried look on his face. "Hold on" he told her as he stood up and ran over towards the cabinets. After all the times he had been injured he knew where Charlotte kept her healing potions and if need be, he could create some of his own. Coming back into the room, Atticus knelled back down right next to her. Removing her hand from the wound, Atticus torn open her shirt so that he could properly dress it. "I'm going to have to remove the bullet." he stated as he, rather forcefully, dug into her sides with tongs, "Sorry, but please endure the pain." he added as he clasped the bullet and removed it, of course this caused her to lose blood even faster. Seeing this, Atticus opened up the healing potion and poured it onto her would, hoping that it would work. As he waited for the potion to take affect, Atticus' eyes began to glow and his soul wavelength started to spike, "I'm going to kill whoever did this to you." he told her.
Charlotte was barely conscious as Atticus came in. When he began taking the bullet out, she gritted her teeth in pain before feeling sudden relief when he applied the potion. She was still week but managed to focus a bit "Is Vincent alright?" she asked, her voice really quiet.
