As Mitsu passed the pile of stuff on the floor her ears caught the sound of ticking again. WHAT WAS TICKING? Abandoning her place by the block she went to investigate bound and determined to discover what was making the noise. She started to....wade through the mass amounts of toys, n**, meat, and....things trying to find the source of the tick tick tick.

Shoving the block around, it took little time for them to get it into place, especially when they had three people pushing. Letting out a breath, he nodded to the other reapers before moving to the other side where Mitsu was. He was doing what he could to ignore the pictures and whatnot. There was also the ticking still, but he was also trying not to pay it any heed.
"Alright. Ready when you guys are," he said while grabbing onto the edge of the block. This wasn't going to be easy, without having the leverage, but perhaps between the four of them, they'd managed to shove it through.
"Wait. Mitsu?"
The girl had wandered off.

Once the block was lined up, Hel shifted so that she was on the opposite side of it from Shun, and grabbed an edge to start pushing as well…until Mitsu wandered off.
Uh…
Hel paused, and looked over at the Lycan with a small frown before glancing over at Riyo. They might as well all do this together like Mot said, right? A last ditch effort it may be, but it was certainly worth giving a shot. She’d start pushing again after everyone came back over.

Mitsu looked up from the task she had busied herself with, she wanted to know what the noise was. She needed to make the ticking stop or she was certain she would go mad. " T..this ticking, it won't stop." Mitsu pouted as she looked toward the reaper, large crimson eyes almost pleading him to do something.

That look in Mitsu's eyes was worrisome. It was probably harder for her to ignore the ticking when her ears were more sensitive. Looking at her with concern, his expression softened before he began to rummage through his bag. He didn't have any earplugs but maybe he could improvise. Finding his spare shirt, he ripped off two shreds before wadding them up.
"Here.. maybe this will help dull the noise for you," he said, offering them to her.

A small whimper escaped her throat as Mitsu watched Shun ruin one of his shirts so that she had something to put in her ears. She couldn't just keep looking after that. Slowly rising from the pile of stuff Mitsu tentatively reached out for the scraps of material and carefully stuffed them into her ears. It helped dull the noise to a more tolerable level.
"D-do you r-really think this will work?" Mitsu asked looking toward the block as she stepped a bit closer to reclaim her previous spot in order to help. The search for the ticking noise would have to wait.

Waiting for her to get the cloth into her ears, Shun got back into place, ready to shove the block. Or at least attempt to.
"I don't know. But there's not much else we can try right now," the Reaper frowned.
From there, he awaited for everyone to get ready so that they could start pulling or pushing at the same time.

Good, they were staring to group together with little resistance. Other than Mitsu's little jaunt. Speaking of which, the ghoul looked ready to snap. Mot frowned. They were all tired, and stretched to the breaking point.
"Riyo." He called out to the cat demon. "Let's do this." He beckoned the blonde over before taking a position around the block.

It seemed that hel's scolding words would be futile, because the felines eyes had already started dilating. "DANCE" the ghoul screeched. "WE MUST DANCE TO APPEASE THE HOUSE!" and with that, the cat ghoul started to do a mean jig... And by mean I mean mediocre. Dancing was most certainly not her strong point.
"oh! Blocks again?" she asked and moonwalked over to mot, falling in place beside him.
"mot." the demoness called in a whisper with wide eyes. "I will eat your heart, mot."

THUMP. That was the sound of Hel’s forehead smacking the block as Riyo screeched. She also didn’t feel bad for Mot at this point in time. How sad. Once everyone had their hands on the block, Hel started to push as well. Hopefully with their combined effort, they’d be able to make this work. Please, please…work!

The block wouldn't move.
A fish dropped at Riyo's feet while a crown fell on top of Mot's head. The matching princess crown fell onto Shun's.

Teamwork... failed? But this was not what Disney taught us!!!!Mot slumped to the ground. Defeat! They were defeated by a House with an attitude problem, and strange sense of humor. But.. now he at least had a crown.

When the fish dropped to Riyo's feet, the ghoul automatically stopped pushing, her almost completely black eyes starting to sparkle. "PRAISE BE TO THE ALMIGHTY HOUSE!" She shouted gleefully and picked up the fish to nom on, all the while doing a victory dance.

Shun soon felt something fall onto his head. Furrowing his brow, he reached up to find a rather... feminine looking crown. Briefly, his hand clenched onto it. If he had been a monster, the thing might have been crushed in his grip. This wasn't the case, however. After a few moments, he let out a breath, then placed the crown onto Mitsu's head instead.
The Reaper had just about enough of this nonsense. The block wasn't going to be budging anytime soon and it seemed there wasn't really any other way out right now. Shoving his hands into his pockets, he just slumped down against the wall in irritation. What now.
