Danny Yahya Danny smiled happily as she agreed to it. He took her hand with a smile and started leading her into the forest, the destination being the clearing. He was glad that he could help her. Exit to The Clearing

Serena found the beach while wandering around campus. She smiled and decided to walk on the shore. She took off her shoes and held them. The water and sand felt so nice. She loved the beach.

Coming along the shoreline was a very "busy"-looking fem-boy. With each step took him farther and farther from what he'd been originally doing.
With one book on one hand, and holding a black knapp-sack in place with the other, there was nothing left to keep the wind from lightly tearing at the boy's clothes. He liked the beach.. just not the water. Swimming was definitely not on the top of his to-do list. As could be seen on his face that he would rather read and walk then swim and talk as he passed by the people who had been on the shoreline for only a while before passing, and then it was empty again.
Noticing, he packed his novel away into the slightly bulging bag of others he had with him, and looked around before finding a nice palm-tree to hide in. Taking one step on the trunk before swiftly dashing up the side of the small trunk of the tropical plant. Making it to the top with ease for his size. The small boy then parted the large leaves and took a small knife out of his back pocket to one of the large fruits at the top. "Oops." He murmured indifferently in his native tongue as it fell, watching it nearly miss a young woman below who had just appeared out of nowhere. He stared for a while, then went for another one, hopping not to drop it this time. His face was calm, not at all worried or affected if one decided to attack him for some careless act he had done moments before.
He had good reason too, his mind wasn't here at all, but on hiding. He didn't want to be here, and wished he wasn't afraid of large quantities of h2o. If he wasn't here then the two he knew best wouldn't be hurt.. His thoughts moving to Malinois.. He only knew and met the boy for a while, and already he had caused him to get frostbite. He sighed, slicing out a hole in the top of the hard shell of the coconut before sliding the knife closed and placing it back in his back pocket, and lifting the sweet insides of the coconut slide to his lips. "If only" He thought.. "If only." Wiping his lips clean of the refreshing sweetness he felt a bit re-hydrated, the dizziness of before that had gripped him after being anorexic for several days in a row slightly releasing him form its grasp.. not making staying atop the swaying tree any easier. Looking out at the sea he felt like he would almost.. fall. Mitsu's eyes became dreary.. and he had to drop the empty shell he had drunk heavily from in order to catch himself before he fell backwards.. but that wasn't to be, as the boy slipped backwards and went plummeting towards sand and sea. The grains accompanying the earth was perfectly fine with him, but the salt water he could do without. The kitsune didn't even know how to swim. He Closed his eyes, waiting for the tingling pain of water as he hit the surface and it sucked him under in all attempt to keep him there.

Serena felt something go near here. She eyed it, and looked around. A small boy was drowning! She ran into the water. "Oh my god. Oh my god, where is he?" she said. She saw underneath the water and found the boy. She grabbed him and got him out of the water. She got him back to shore, and tried to hear his heart. There was way too much water consumed, she tried and gave him CPR. She waited till he woke up.

He didn't struggle against the current, and neither towards the tide that pulled him closer to shore, but his lungs soon began to burn for air. Inhaling on accident, his throat became full of the scratchy mass of water that surrounded him, and his body longed to couch it out. But in order to do as it wanted, he needed to inhale again, bringing only another flood of water to his lungs.
He tried to scream, to no anvil, but was replied with the sound of someone.. something approaching. His small body being snatched up by them, and dragged towards solid land once more. He felt the sand on his back, the cold air lashing at his fair skin again, making him ever more cold. Then that something beat his chest, forcing his heart and lungs to move, to work. He coughed, his throat feeling like dry sandpaper as he grasped the sand next to him, his whole body feeling weighed down by his wet clothes, but the wind was coming back to his lungs, and he coughed again, harder this time as something came up, and he curled forward to get it out with more ease. He held his hand to his mouth as he did, feeling the light trickle of the one thing he hated most exit his lips.
"What a horrible way to die.. yet so easy." He thought in his native tongue before closing his eyes and mumbling to himself, "Reason number two I hate the ocean." He coughed, still feeling dizzy and weak. Mitsu felt drained and more worn-out than he'd ever been in his life. His chest ached, like he'd just gotten the wind knocked out of him, only ten times worse and adding sand and salt to the mix of his lungs.. But he was alive.. which he notice sense he was now breathing air and not water.. Which made him think a while before turning to the one who had just saved his life. His hazel eyes were lost, as if not really caring about what just happened. He had just nearly died and still he was an emotionless zombie.
The kitsune's body slumped over, leaning what little weight made him up on the woman, his eyes closing in sleep. His breathing slowing till even, as he knocked out, to tiered to move his petite figure. The small Japanese boy probably weighed less then the girl herself, his skinny body the cause of not eating for the last few weeks or so, and he had already been thin as it is. His unconscious mind wandering over the people he knew, before receding deep into his subconscious, the strong need to hide from the word even present in sleep.

Droh kicked a small pebble at the edge of the beach, where the sand met the sparse grass. Letting out a slight sigh, he was a tad depressed, and surprisingly, the dwarf was out of alcohol, so he couldn't resort to his old friend. It was obvious he was missing Sopian and being able to give her gifts. Ah, the aches of love. Did he love her? The dwarf liked to think he did, and he was probably very foolish for doing so. His past experience of falling in love left him dubious, and he could only help he wasn't making the same mistake again.
The passing of the dark haired girl in front of him, made him look to his left towards the constant flowing and ebbing of the water. The feminine looking boy was hard to miss, and he couldn't believe the innocent looking girl just left the poor student there. Rushing over in a hurry, the contents of his bags making obvious clatters and thuds as he rushed over. He was not very quick, but he got over to the boy in a few seconds. Passed out, on the beach, and more frail looking than a china doll, the dwarf leaned his head in to try to hear a heartbeat from the boy's chest. "Oy, ye there?" After hearing a faint thud, Droh was only slightly relieved, but this boy was in dire condition. That much was obvious. Giving a slight poke to the side of his head, the dwarf decided to scoop the weightless frail figure into his arms; it was almost like carrying a feather. A feather that would fall apart any minute. He wasn't quite sure what to do, really. Should he head over to the doctor? The dining hall? The boy sure could use some nourishment, no doubt about it.
Edit- To the hospital!
((OOC: sorry about not specifying, forgot to put that there!))

Mizuki, her father, and the guards were at the beach. The princess sat on a rock while her father sat on one next to her. They were receiving final wishes from friends and family. The mermaid princess had already seen the music teacher, Cedric, and Princess Lillie. There was just on last person the mermaid really wanted to see before she had to leave. That was Pyry. He was the one thing in her old life that she wanted to see again and continue to be with. Everyone else was bound to cross paths with her again. Cedric and her had a CD to finish and John and her were part of the same network, Lillie was a princess and there would be many dinners together in the future. The time was ticking and too fast for the woman.

And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
Arriving at the beach ahead of time, the blue haired man fell back into the sand, pulling the note from his back pocket to read it again. She was really leaving? They had barely gotten to know each other... he felt robbed. Of their time, their happiness. Of everything they had together, just because this fancy king guy thought he knew what was best. It wasn't right, what he was doing to his daughter, and if this was the last visit, then surely it wouldn't matter what he said. He stood, swiping the sand from his person to walk along the beach with his private thoughts. He checked his wrist, his frown deepening as he realized he'd forgotten his watch in his hurry. It hardly mattered now, as he assumed they'd show up on time. He, however, would not be late. His pace quickened, as if the suppress the strange feelings welling up inside him; he didn't know what to do with them, especially with nothing to direct them at.
In the distance, he finally noticed the people he had been looking for. His heart squeezed at the sight of Mizuki, and he moved faster to reach her. He stopped when he was a few feet away, suddenly frozen in place. He watched her, a long moment passing before he could speak. "Mizuki.... I am sorry..." he finally spoke, not moving from his spot. "I did not find it first.... I looked and looked, but I just could not find it." he wanted her to understand, even though he had failed so miserably. "I am sorry that I am not good enough for you, to the point that your father must take you away so forcefully..." he stopped, still trying very hard to control these strange emotions that he didn't recognize. "I am sorry that I failed." when he spoke again, his voice was quiet and barely audible.

Mizuki at first thought he was talking about the fight from earlier. Then she remembered. he was talking about her tail. It was bitter sweet that he didn't find it. She loved her tail and would have been unhappy without it, but she also would have been unhappy if she couldn't be with her friends and those on land that she love. "Pyry when you love someone you also learn to forgive them before it happens. I kind of knew it would end up this way and that's why our time together increased because I wanted to spend as much time up to the end with you." The woman told her boyfriend. She knew as soon as they step into the water that it would be ex boyfriend. "It's that you're not good enough. It just you haven't given my father a reason to respect you and look at you in the right light." She added as she grabbed onto his hands. She wanted to hold them one more time. She had a sad smile and she was near tears.

And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
Taking her hands gently, the spirit listened carefully to her words. He raised them to hit lips, kissing each of her hands gently. "Then I am sorry for that too." he responded, holding her hands tightly, though not enough to hurt her. He watched her carefully, thoughts and emotions battling for precedent on his features. "I would do anything to change his opinion of me." his eyes darted swiftly to the king, a hard look in them showing just how very serious he was. Quickly enough, they shifted back to the woman who had come to mean so much to him. He was almost surprised at how his chest hurt now that he knew he was losing her, as he had tried so very hard to keep this day from coming. He had failed, and the full force of this hit him hard. "But I do not know how I would do that... where to even begin..." his voice was almost desperate, but he would not allow himself to appear so pathetic now. "What can I do? What could possibly change his mind?"

The princess could tell that Pyry was fighting his thoughts. He really wanted her to stay, but this was something he had to do on his own if he wanted to save her. She could stay it. Her father knew that she would fight him not to go if she could. "Pyry. If you want to change his mind you have to be bold, piss him off and/or give him a reason that you should take charge of me." The princess answered him. He could do a dozen things, but it was up to him to make the first move. Mizuki would play along with it.

And Your Voice Was All I Heard...
Accepting her words, the spirit doesn't speak for a few moments. He needed something good, something that would make her father stop and listen to him. He released her hands, keeping only one with his hand. He turned, facing the king with a determined look; he would not back down, and this man would surely see that. Squeezing Mizuki's hand gently and quickly for support, he took a deep breath. "I understand that you intend to take her away from me." he spoke calmly, using all his strength to keep his body and voice from shaking. "And as a man, I cannot allow this." he continued, his free hand going into his pocket. Beneath his shirt, his tattoos began to glow softly; he was working his powers, but only Mizuki would know this, and only if she had been paying attention to them in the past. His mind was working quickly, drawing inspiration from the only love advice he trusted; cheesy old romance movies and his best friend. He took another deep breath, pausing only momentarily; confident Pyry had surfaced, and he was taking control. "If she will have me... I intend to marry her." he finished slowly, watching the grown man carefully. "I would like your approval, but I can do without it." After he finished, he turned, pulling his completed project from his pocket. It was a small ring made of ice, the size a very best guess from the many times he had held her hand. He smiled gently at her, only a part of him putting on an act. "I do not know the normal human procedure for such things, nor the mermaid one, but I would care for you in a way no man in an arranged marriage could." he promised, emphasizing the point to get to her father more. It mattered not to him if the guards or the king realized his ring was a fake, for as long as he was in close enough a proximity, he could keep it in place.

Both Mizuki and her father nearly fell out of their seats. She thought that Pyry would maybe challenge her father or something in order to have her for even a little longer. This was a bit of a 'wait... what?' moment for the princess. She felt honored that he would even ask her father for her hand. Triton looked at the couple before he even bothered to comment. "If Mizuki really wanted to get married to you then she wouldn't care for my permission. When has she ever cared for what I think. Ever since she was ten she took care of herself." The man answered. Mizuki leaned into Pyry's ear. This had to be a joke. "Pyry. Isn't this crossing the line a bit. I mean faking an engagement?" She asked.
