Imagination and duct tape can solve more than you give it credit for. Jake pulled out a borrowed sword and touched the right strap of his backpack. The backpack immeadiatly turned into his shield - all contents of the backpack still there. Smiling, Jake raised his sword and said, "Let's do this."

Xx-CupcakeKisses-xX Arianna took off her backpack and tossed it over to the couch and there it stayed, on the couch. "There, no more water." Arianna said then she got into a fighting stance.

I likes da bunny! ☮ Internets please? Mina quickly pulled out her hair-pin, and as she turned the pin into her sword, Amata, Mina then said,"Age before beauty, as they say!" as Mina goes to smile at Jake, again, waiting for him to make the first move.

Arianna thought about how to attack Lizzie, then she attacked. Arianna swung at Lizzie's head, then as she goes to parry the attack she swings at her legs and as Lizzie takes that millisecond of hesitation that everyone has she knocks Lizzie's sword out of her hands with her sword tip centimeters away from Lizzie's unprotected neck.

"Okay, so clearly you're still good without water. Now I'll just have to get better." With that Lizzie picked up her sword and without hesitating kicked her legs so as to knock down Arianna.

Arianna jumped and slashed at Lizzie as if she was doing it wildly and then she, as quick as lightning, lunged and knocked Lizzie's sword out of her hand. "Okay, so what amazes me is that we are training in the middle of a 'crime scene.'" Arianna said putting air quotes around the word, 'crime scene.'

"Actually, I think it's kind of fun! We should do it more often, that way, if we make a mess, everyone will just think the criminals did it. Plain and simple." Lizzie went and picked up her sword. She then turned back to Arianna, "Because you are really good at swordplay, I am going to make sure you stay that way. All through this quest, I will attack you for no reason, when we aren't in an ongoing fight of course, to keep you on your toes. So if I suddenly attack you, don't worry, just lightly knock the sword from my hand. It will help you always remain aware of your surroundings, and give us a set of very watchful eyes."

"okay," Arianna said then she said, "where are we going to go from here? Are we just going to stay here while your mother is being held prisoner by your father?" Arianna asked as she turned to Jake, always keeping one eye out for Lizzie.

While Mina goes to await Jake's move, a car containing a group of men and women in Tuxedos appeared, as the people then asked softly,"We heard someone's mom has been kidnapped, and we wish to help as soon as we can!" as they go to look at the doorway, as they had various eye colors and hair styles.
"Should we let them in?" Mina asked, as they look harmless enough.

Arianna said, "wait, let me try this, my dad showed me this," Arianna took some water and she spread it out like a canvas, she looked at them men from the water screen. "Monsters." She said simply.

Apparently another car came by, as soon enough, people who look identical to the group at the front door came by, pulled out guns, and went for head-shots, revealing golden particles, as the people with the silenced guns then said,"If we can prove we bleed human blood, will you let us help you?" as they go to get objects to point the sharp ends at their fingers to bleed out human blood, to prove they are human, indeed.

"Alright, you don't want our help in finding Mrs. Johnson," one of the real men said, as he then said,"We'll find her on our own and we will return her home, alive!" as they go to get ready to head back to the car that the monsters had just stolen, as they admitted,"We know you're going to get hunted down by monsters eventually, but we only came by to help fight them off!" as they go to look at the front of the car.
"Should we trust them, guys and ghouls?" Mina asked everyone around her, recalling that the group saved them from the monster group in disguise.
