Reki stared at Kilia with a dumbfounded expression. Her before her was a royal demon general in training and yet a clean slate, neither evil nor good. She couldn't help but feel sorry for the cute little demon though she didn't show it. She had a reputation to uphold. "To put it simply yes. Hell's general itself is quite a high rank, same as Heaven's general. You were probably the-"She cut off her sentence and after thinking a moment reworded it. She didn't want to bear those perfect eyes crying more. "What's happened has happened and can't be changed. You could seek revenge or move on. I would prefer revenge but you then walk close to Wrath."Reki walked over to her breast plate and saw the seals fading, dragging clairvoyance along the stone floor as she did so leaving a threatening sound in the air, implying that in doing so she risked being tainted by Wrath. As she put the armor back on she sensed a strong demonic presence and turned toward the entrance to the room. "The seal on my breastplate is just now fading, surely he can't be back in his demon form... Oh Heaven above!"Reki turned to Kilia, looking quite serious. "You may want to choose between revenge or moving on within the next moment, because your chance to do so has arrived."Reki looked on toward the entrance, finishing putting her armor back on. 'What should I do, fighting the Hell general isn't in my mission. And there is no one here to see the fight nor is she mine to fight. Adrian herself claimed Ophelia...'Reki got into her usual battle stance, turned sideways, clairvoyance held at the ready to block and her free hand behind her. This time however her chaotic mana began to swirl and build at her free hand.

Kilia rubbed away her tears with her hands as she listened to Reki and jumped at the sound of her sword and what she was implying. When Reki suddenly became deathly seriously Kilia was confused. "I can't make any descision until I know who the revenge is toward and then I must judge the reasoning for their actions. I ca't just choose to be mad at someone."Kilia felt the prescense as well, so similar to her own. 'So the general has already been crowned. I shall see if she caused my misfortune to happen.'Kilia noticed Reki seemed to be preparing for battle, Kilia merely walked up beside Reki to be able to see who entered, and who had taken her title.

(( sweatdrop I AM SO SORRY FOR NOT MESSAGING YOU GUYS FIRST. I had a plan on how this encounter could turn out but I wrote my last post prematurely for some reason. Kilia's background and Reki's reputation made Ophelia come lol. Here goes for real time...? )) Out of the shadows stepped out a voluptuous, female, demon figure. Her hair was long and had a strange light pink-red. In better lighting it would be seeing but in dark looked blood red. She had a piercing stare that seemed to wander around the surroundings like she saw through everything. Her armour was argued as protective but most likely was worn for its enchantments. She stepped ever so gracefully in the temples room. " how quint..." Her voice sultry yet cold as she looked at the decorating. Her eyes meet those of the young succubus who's gaze was most alluring, despite her breed. " Your grace?... My you have potential to become quite a diplomat and negotiator. Especially in demonic politics, majesty" she spoke kindly and what seemed friendly. She gave her a smile. Ophelia slowly arched her head and her gaze transferred to the fiery sword of heavens wrathful "justice". " Reki the butcher. A pleasure. Its unfortunate to not have met you earlier. her words excited, turned serious. " especially on a battle field, young syraphim. " She walked a few steps closer not dismayed by the angel's defensive posture. She examined her curiously then spoke. " let her highness go. I mean for you to do so now. I am in no mood to destroy you and risk damaging the historic value of this temple in the process..."

Sere smiled toward Ophelia's response and patiently waited, watching the entrance/exit closely until she arrived. Upon the subtle touch he felt a burst of confidence and followed her in. He noticed Reki already in battle stance her armor back on. He glanced at the seal still on his hand. It would start fading soon as well. His gaze then fell on Kilia who he now got to fully see, and needless to say he was entranced but not manipulated. He gripped bliss but did not unsheath it, merely acting as a show of numbers against Reki.

(It's close enough. We got the important interaction out of the way. The rest would have been filler) Reki kept building her mana in her hand, wanting to keep her threat level high. "The butcher? Such an unsavory contexted title. I prefer the one of wrath your little minion Sere said. As for battle I'm afraid we are not fated to as general Adrian has claimed you. Any fights between us would be purely self defense."Reki finished channeling her mana and it shaped into a lance, a highly focused version of her chaos bolt with extremely potent sharpness. Its shape moved erratically looking somewhat like a lightning bolt, casting an eerie red and black light across Reki. "Let her go? I'm not holding her hostage, I had just recently won the chance to speak with her when you rudely interrupted us."

When Ophelia entered, Kilia looked her over as well as Sere, her wings moving over her instinctively to protect her remembering the demon form she had witnessed. Because Reki didn't harm her earlier, Kilia wasn't bothered by the lance. When Reki finished speaking Kilia walked down the steps perfectly balanced and head pointed straight ahead as a noble and stopped on the steps to where she would be eye level to Ophelia. "You think so? I've read books on my families past that mentioned we had a knack for it, but... Well if your the Hell general I was training to have your job."Kilia frowned upset that her parent's wishes would not come to pass. Her eyes took on a serious note looking into Ophelia's. "I would ask a question or few of you, as you are a demon you may choose to lie. Before, Reki asked me if I should seek revenge or not as my parents, Duke and Duchess Seki, were slain most likely for reasons of my training. Though they may still be alive I presume them to be dead as they are not here. As you have been crowned Hell's General, suspicion turns to you. Do you know anything about the ones that attacked my family and who ordered them?"Kilia watched Ophelia without blinking, watching for any hints of a lie or too much prethought.

((temproary pic)) Ramella hadn't been paying attention to the chatter and bustle of the banquet. She just zoned in and out, keeping to herself. Sometimes when she zoned out, she would find a new species that she hadn't yet discovered in the vast desert they were in. But this was rare as most of the creature had scarpered or died when Ophelia had created the star of lava previously. So Ramella would mostly see the light from the lifeline of the surrounding people. There were the fuzzy and dim lights from the drunken harpy's and the sharp but thin light coming from the nobles. When Ophelia had spoken to her she was quickly startled into reality. As she was about to nod, Ophelia excused herself. Watching her with a puzzled expression, Ramella turned back to the banquet. Touching the tip of her tail, thus drawing blood, she licked her wounded finger. It tasted sweet and spicy at the same time, it gave her much energy and seemed to block away everythimg else. It took much of her will to stop sucking the tip of her finger. But now Ramella had tried it, there would now be a thirst for blood that would stay with her for a very long time.

Personally I hate humans, but ironiclly enough some of my friends are human. I guess you could say I don't hate humans, I hate how senseless they are. The fight wars for no reason, but power. That is not a reason to fight, to kill innocent people. For that matter this war we are fighting now is pointless, the cause is unjustified. Hisikata said closing her eyes and leaning back.

((sorry for long post.)) Ophelia smirked at Reki’s tongue lashing. She acknowledged Sere had followed. She saw the diligent angel was not backing down or leaving for that matter. Ophelia focused some energy to summon her own lance “Ishtarek” just for the sake of having out in case the energy build-up emitting from Reki would be released. Her lance had a light of her own, a dark purple. The tip had encryptions that stood out with light purple highlights. She merely held it in her one hand comfortably, tip pointed to the ground. “how is Adrian my love? I do miss her terribly. We never got to finish our little tit for tat slice up. No matter, I put claim on her as well. Once she is gone I foresee you been a possibility for taking her place most likely. Then the cycle will continue.
Oh forgive me for interrupting you and her highness. I assumed you could only speak with your blade, dear. But, perhaps your more in common with demons than you think.” Ophelia watched Kilia proceed closer to the stairs. She was amused at Kilia’s tactfulness of using the stairwell to give her some height as she spoke causing them to be close and face to face. Ophelia smiled and reached out to stroke a simple strand of Kilia’s hair but made her way up to the stairs and to the platform as she spoke, turned away from Kilia. “Your parents were indeed such good acquaintances of mine and of my party despite their raising a daughter to be opposition. However, a great deal of change has happened these many years, my sleeping beauty. Without my knowledge, many houses and factions over-threw the last of the monarchy. I happened to just be the favoured leader at the time of the over throwing. Ophelia did finally turn around to look at Kilia but never had her back against Reki. Her expression looked of forced sadness. “ had I known and been more mindful and in control of the actions of the houses that betrayed your lineage I would have done something your grace. However, many houses im sure would be delighted of your return as the politics there have been acting random as of late. Should you decide to return. To them you’re a princess, and a throne is idle that I have merely minded. My position of general favours them however. She gave another kind grin. half truths

Kilia kept her eyes on Ophelia the entire time she listened. She noticed her arm herself but the only one she feared harm from was Sere, her wings always between her and him in some way. When Ophelia turned back around with the face of feign sadness Kilia slightly frowned. Kilia so disliked speaking like a noble, she much preferred talking openly and undirectly. She took a moment to gather her thoughts. "So groups that favored you acted on their own. Then you, though being the reason, are not my enemy. As for returning, I have no intention other than to fulfill my parents wishes of my becoming general. As you are the general then I am to be the successor. I have no intention of becoming a scapegoat queen only to lose power to the one I would be forced to betroth... Besides I want to move around as you do, not be stuck with paper work and uptight meetings!"When Kilia had been given a book about ruling all those years ago she had quickly turned it away after getting a summary. Kilia ran past Ophelia and back up to Reki happily. She soon turned back around smiling. "So you answered my question. Now to remove yourself from fault in my eyes of not controlling them like you should have... as you confessed, name me your successor and have word be sent of it. I have been trained in it and am the logical choice. Make sure the 'houses' know of my continued intentions. Should you die or be unable to lead I shall hear of it and return. As for any revenge toward the culprits, I should assume they have already been dealt with as traitors for killing nobles who were not traitors themselves."Kilia expected Ophelia to be confused. "As for where I'll be returning from, hopefully Heaven, simply because it interests me."Kilia looked toward Reki as if asking permission.

Reki's chaos bolt reached its maximum and she gripped it with her hand containing it. She noticed Ophelia summon a weapon and Sere motion toward his. Reki narrowed her eyes ready to fight if needed. "Haven't seen her since the meeting but she seems well. As for me being her possible successor, I plan on following her to the end so I doubt I'll be around for that."Reki glared at Ophelia for the similarity comment. "So I've been told. This noble demon is only unharmed still because she is untainted by sin, thus is an innocent. To kill her would be overlooked since she is a demon but it would be a sin none the less added to my fragile list."Reki inclined her head making her intentions clear. "Should I ever cross the line I tread upon so balanced and become a fallen, don't expect a new recruit, expect a harbinger of death with no value for her life."She watched as Kilia walked down to Ophelia and spoke of her revenge. Reki listened closely as it determined if Kilia would remain an innocent or not. Went she returned and basically asked to be brought to heaven, Reki stared at her dumbstruck, mouth slightly agape, not sure how to respond. A demon going to heaven?

((HAHA! nice. X D )) Ophelia listened to the dear, sweet and innocent little succubus and was not surprised when she started to blow wind like a little arrogant, ungrateful (and most of all) callow brat. Ophelia's smile slowly fell down as she raised her brow and watched the inexperienced one make demands in a means of stealing away the authority of the situation. " I fear you are making bad speculations... lady Kilia Seki. I have merely done as one best can, given the circumstances of the chaos that unfolded. How silly of you to presume you would be settling as a puppet queen position. This is an awkward position I am now in. You have a clear indication that your interests must lie elsewhere I see." forced rebuttal The easily angered demoness lifted her lance and plunged into the hard concrete with enough force to cause some shattered bricks. She shouted angrily at her. " I alone brought a coalition to our legion! But I shan't imagine why I should be concerned with you challenging my title. Your demanding for it amuses me. You wishing to seek asylum in heaven worries me even little! In fact it proves you have no loyalty to our brethren that have died for the cause. You obviously awake too early. For that I shall urge you to reconsider my proposal as a royal highness for our dominion. *ahem* *softly* Your grace... forced agrresive reasoning She breathed and was calm again. Her focus was quickly on Reki who she regretfully neglected too long and who had copulated quite a bit of energy. Ophelia concentrated and started to grow an intense fireball that would change from its normal orange color to a darker blue then almost black, while watching the angel's signs for moves. She readied her maximum to meet and of course build up in the dialogue to overpower. She did so to ready for a incoming should one follow. " I see you try to justify your leniency on innocent demons almost but not so ironic on account of my scout Sere here been not an exception at the time...from your past confronts that Isha told me of." She chuckled. " If you plan to strike, id suggest now would be the best time. Otherwise like you stated, you have no desire to face me..... desist your hostile attitude, girl" A razor sharp smile crept across her face.

(This was a challenge to do.. Sorry it doesn't flow in some areas was a lot to respond to) Kilia frowned at how Ophelia reacted, seeing as she would once again have to address the argument as a noble. "General Ophelia your overreacting. I'm not challenging your title, merely asking to be the next one up. You weren't training someone to be your successor were you? If so then on the possible new crowning we could always decide it by test of combat."Kilia smiled again and narrowed her eyes when Ophelia said things during fit of anger. "I'm not seeking a safe haven in heaven nor betraying my demon lineage, I'm just wanting to see it. I think it would be extraordinary to see what no demon has ever seen. I have no plans to rule being stripped of my freedom just to mess with papers and sit on a cramped throne. Sorry to disappoint you... I'm confused though... about how you seem to know so much about what happened to me. It may just be 'bad' speculation but you still remember me so well as if you expected me and you knew I had been asleep though I didn't mention it to you. Suspicious right? Either you interrogated the attackers for the information..."Kilia tilted her head and put her finger to her chin looking up thinking. "Or you commanded them."Kilia let the thought sink in before going back to her happy appearance. "No matter, I'm sure things will be resolved eventually. Remember that I'll be waiting to succeed you... just don die too quickly I want plenty of time to explore."Kilia spoke as if she already had permission, looking back to Reki pleading with her eyes but not using their charm magic.

Reki raised an eyebrow at Ophelia building power to match Reki's chaos bolt. She didn't move to attack but raised clairvoyance to her eyes and whispered the name, her eyes outlined in red showing its effect. Ophelia and Sere were both just in range of her sight. If Ophelia attacked she would evade and use her attack on Sere as she was forbidden to take Ophelia's life by order of Adrian. She flinched upon the mention of the traitor Isha's name. "I'm never lenient on those who have sinned as you should also know from that traitors blasphemy. Since Sere has a human form he was not born a demon and thus had sinned to become one. He is not innocent."Reki visibly gripped her sword then relaxed it. "This is not a hostile attitude these are measures against the deceptions of a demon. I am restricted to fighting out of self defense yet you have no such restriction... I will not desist and I will only strike at this moment once threatened. As an angel I cannot lie."Reki watched the red outline of both Ophelia and Sere closely for any predetermined movement while listening to Kilia. When she finished speaking, Reki thought on what to do. She spoke to Kilia while still watching Ophelia. "Kilia, innocent or not a demon would not be a welcomed sight in heaven, even if it were times of peace. By bringing you to Heaven I will be accused of many things and the confusion would bring my loyalty into question and it would provide a good opportunity to those who seek my rank to shove me over the line by bringing up all my 'questionable' actions over the years. I'm still facing accusation for treating Isha as a Fallen before she was, but my achievements are balancing it out. Taking you there is just too risky for me."Reki sighed, she couldn't believe the situation she was in. On the brink of fighting Ophelia and the loophole of an 'innocent' demon requesting passage to Heaven.

Kilia quickly responded not giving Ophelia time to use what Reki said as another point for her to go to Hell as Queen. "If the only problem is me looking like a demon I can change that!"Kilia skipped a few steps back and lifted her sword above her, the tip shining brightly. She skillfully began to draw a seal, the shine on her spellblade creating the lines in the circle, her movement of her blade constant and flowing. She finishes and tapped the floor with her sword. The seal began to spin and went down over Kilia changing her appearance into that of an angel, her sword disappearing with her demon appearance. Kilia spun around showing off her new form. "That seal lets me transform into what I inscribe. I'm still a demon but I look and feel like an angel now. I'll have to reapply it every once in awhile so I won't turn back prematurely but this should take care of that problem... so I can go now right? Please! I want to be around you."Kilia tried to look cute as she asked. By how she looked it seemed she had all but forgotten about her claim to becoming general someday. She knew her parents would as always just want her to be happy so she didn't matter how things would turn out later.
