While I'm glad I was missed, (seriously nobody usually notices my not showing up) I'd like to say it was only because I travelled 1600 miles to have a good time.
Now getting to the matter at hand I'm going to say Shin-Ra.
I'm going with that because Organization XIII couldn't even keep itself together. They had something of a civil war with themselves in Chain of memories and that only leaves 10 members can be counted. Now to try and equal the playing field I didn't count Cloud, Zack, or Sephiroth in Shin-Ra's side for this. However, Roxas and Axel were also not really going along with what was being handed down to them either so you can't count them because I doubt they'd even participate. So that leaves 8 members the organization against Shin-Ra's elite, that would be DeepGround, the Turks, as well as SOLDIER's First class. I don't think they could take all that on their hands, so I'm voting for Shin-Ra.

shinra is a bit wimpy, "oh, we suck life out of the planet, hire morons to do everything for us, i just want money so i can buy out everyone, i don't care about the planet." 13 is a evil kind of person, they can fight for them selfs.

This ones tough... I like both. Spike Spiegel is naturally kick a**. Nothing special about him, but for some reason hes a really good fighter. But so is Irvine, plus he has the ementities of Final Fantasy. I'ma say it depends on the situation. Maybe I'll come edit this later.
Edit: I say Spike Spiegel because he's good at fist fighting too.

Spike... cuz well... let's just say in my FFVIII game everyone is on lv 100.... except Irviine... who is at lv 18. Does that sum up my feelings about him?
That and I've been told I look a lot like Spike, if only I had a space ship and some guns... we'd be too different to tell apart... cuz I already know how to fight.
