Junmaru placed his lighter on the table and pushed it towards Tatsumi. Arigatou gozaimashita, he breathed, exhaling some smoke from his nose and mouth as he flipped through the menu, not particularly paying much attention to anything he saw. Namae wa nan desu ka? the boy asked, pausing to look over the drinks they offered.

Tatsumi lit his cigarette, inhaling deeply before letting the smoke out through his mouth. Boku wa Tatsumi... anata wa? he asked, looking over the dishes in the menu.

Ehh, Junmaru desu, he replied, closing the menu before opening it once more and looking at the food. Onaka ga suita, the boy said lowly skimming over the page. Everything looks so good right now! he laughed. Junmaru looked up at Tatsumi and watched him for a moment before looking back down. You been here before?

Junmaru...? he said before nodding. Yoroshiku onegaishimasu. Have I been here before? Un...hai, Tatsumi said as he set the menu on the table, looking over it as he tapped the ashes of his cigarette into an ashtray.

Is the food any good? he asked, looking up to Tatsumi. What do you suggest? Junmaru reached to the ashtray and put his cigarette out, deciding he didn't want one after all.

Yeah, the food here is great, Tatsumi said as he looked over the Italian food. I have only ever had food here once, a while ago. I'm thinking I will have the chicken parmigiana, he said.

Junmaru closed his eyes lightly. That's chicken and... some sort of pasta, right? he asked, opening them and looking to Tatsumi. Mind if I get the same? The boy closed his menu and pushed it a few inches away from him. I'm just gonna stick with water, he went on, stretching. I don't think I wanna drink tonight.

Tatsumi nodded and then folded his menu again, placing his gloved hands on top of it. Of course I don't mind... he said. When the waiter approached, he ordered his meal and a drink, some kind of Italian soda. He looked over to Junmaru with his deep green eyes and waited for him to order, staying silent.

Junmaru ordered the same meal as Tatsumi before gently taking his menu and the other's and handing them to the waiter. He turned his attention to Tatsumi and studied his face. So, while we wait for dinner, shall we get to know each other? The boy paused and grinned. Or can I get to know you?

Get to know eachother? What do you mean? Tatsumi asked, looking over the other. Like, age, family, likes, dislikes...? he asked, confused. He was never really good at "getting to know" people. He decided to let the other lead the way.

I guess you could say that, he grinned. It would certainly make it easier to progress further into any type of relationship- Junmaru paused and looked to Tatsumi. That is, if you were so inclined as to... begin one.

What do you mean, relationship...? Tatsumi asked, examining the man with slightly narrowed - but not harsh - eyes. He took a long sip of his water as he waited for the answer.

Well I'm sure I'm not the first one to find you attractive, Junmaru answered with a shrug, taking a long drink of his water in return. I didn't mean to offend you or anything. I just quite like you, that's all.

Tatsumi quickly looked down, his cheeks flushing. Well... we can... be friends, if that's what you're implying? he asked. It's alright, you didn't offend me, I was just a bit confused.

Aa, yokatta! Junmaru exclaimed, smiling to Tatsumi. Sorry for confusing you, he frowned. The boy leaned back in his chair and stretched. I wasn't exactly implying that we would be friends... He trailed off, shaking his head with a light chuckle. Maa ii deshou.
