Oooh...sounds like a very interesting Rp, though the History is pretty confusing, but gets clearer when you read the rest of it.

Mkay, I believe you said that it's based on a TV show. Assuming that you'd be willing to change some stuff, I suggest:
1.) More kenisis. Fire is not the only thing.
2.) Telekenisis includes light levetation I believe.
3.) Make the "new" humans availible as a race.
4.) As far as I saw, there wasn't too much of a point to this roleplay. I mean what is it that the characters are supposed to do? Just travel the universe? Where's the fun in that. Make something up, like the barriers between the planes are collapsing due to excessive traveling, something like that.
Questions:
1.) Do the events in one universe affect the others?
2.) Our character can be from any universe, right?
3.) Would you accept a psychic gone insane?
If I can critisize anymore, I'll do it.
