((So he's transcended into unreality? Cool.))

Samuel followed Raphael to the elevator.
((Honestly, its having to do responses like this one that make me doubt your GMing skill...)) ((What is this "ForceIP + Hamachi" that you speak of?)) ((And transcended wouldn't be the word. Hmm... Maybe put in a blender that reduced him into unreality. Painfully.))

((Ouch, that does siund painful...blenders were not mention in the original statement, I'd rather not have Jacob become mushy gobs of unreality.))

((Devath: It's leaving you in a position to do responses like that one that indicate something came up when I was making the post. That one, I think I realized what time it was and went to bed.
Also, Joe is millions worse about those. So nyeah.))
The elevator came to the top level. Raphael pointed at a section of wall and a map emerged from it. The layout of the floor was essentially circular, with rooms sharing walls in the middle and rooms ringing the outside area. Raphael explained the spot the Hunters were barricaded in, where to go if they were injured, and where to go for more ammo. The three spots were about equally distant.
"You three, feel free to operate independently and set up a plan, we're checking on the armory and med bays," Jessica declared. Raphael and Jessica left.
"So, uh. What now?" Gertrude asked, looking around.

The vampire pursued Jacob into the bare stairwell, which seemed to have no cover at all: it was just straight flights of stairs and handrails.

((Well, you guys should be making a choice I seemed to have forgotten to give you.))
"There's an armory on this floor, too," Josh interjected. "The med bay might be heavily guarded - we could try looting the armory for weapons before."

No cover wasn't always a bad thing, Jacob spun around, shotgun in hand, and fired down the stairwell at the vampire.

The vampire, it seemed, was going down the stairs in the opposite direction until Jacob fired; as the bullets tore into his flesh, he whirled around and moved in on Jacob.

Jacob pressed himself against the wall, remaining as quiet as possible.

The vampire creeped down the stairs, a step at a time. His ears twitched and his eyes closed for a moment when he was a couple steps away. He then continued his advance.
