Merlin paused for a moment, thinking, "Nothing. You were his slave even though you were born his sister. No family memeber has the right to do such a thing and you had a right to rebel. I do hope you will be the first generation Sulla to break away and get away with it. I think it's about time for a change in the Sulla tradition, don't you?"

Dorien had ignored the fight all throughout his hunting, draining his victims until nothing was left. He wanted more, but he was satisfied. Ten human beings could do for now. He kept the bloodlust at bay, taking to the rooftops just as he saw Lina approach him. Their eyes met, ice looking onto the dark brown.
It was strange to see, the tall elf looking down at the female, but it wasn't hostility in their eyes, not really. It was more of an acknowledgement of their shared experience than anything else.
Lina....what are you doing here? Following me I presume?
You knew that far before I could land on the rooftops. Lina answered, bowing slightly. There has been too many deaths in Signet City. Please if not for the many lives that would be destroyed then for city you and the other Ten worked so hard to build.
Dorien folded his arms, I will leave this place alone, but at a price. Find me a new vessel.
Lina took a step back, horror clear on her face, "Oh gods no..."

This worried Merlin to no end. Did she intend to fight him on her own? That's what you'd do isn't it? She asked herself, Yes and no...She closed dark red eyes, "I don't want you to so such a thing and yet I know you need to. What I want is for you to continue training, maybe raise a family, keep the Sulla legacy going...start over. Yet I know that as long as Tien is still around...." There she went, sighing yet again.
Well it should be, Mr. Wanna-be-King-of-the-City! Obsidian snapped from up above. First you drain ten people then you demand a personal slave! How messed up is that....Dorien?

Merlin nodded once silently, "I think you should do both...You've just come out from under Tien, you need a bit of time before you tackle something like this. And I'll have you know that you shall not be going in alone, if Tien starts becoming too much, either I or someone I send will be intervening. None of us can have you being killed--especially you!"

At that point, the annoying voice in his head was cut off as Dorien said, I shall be in my resting place awaiting the body he said, disappearing.
Lina looked up at Obsidian and said, "Let me explain....He doesn't want a slave, but a body to put those emotions that he feels weakens him in..."

Especially when Tien meets Dorien.." she said, not realizing she had just said something drastically important.
A tidbit of information that was in Tien's mind when she was calming him down...dangerous information.
