Matachi heads off to find katherine and offer what assistance he could with her paper work. Or maybe she just needed abit time alone, he didn't know but was odd how she just walked out, but it was nothing new.

Katherine was doing just what she said she was doing. She was sorting a group of papers in two neat stacks and then once she was finshed she took up one from the right side and started to read over it. Neon had gone missing for more than three weeks which was sad to her. One more and she would have to find a heir for his family. She picked up quil and ink well and started to work.

"So digging into the papers again just like usual." Matachi says playfully not trying to bug or upset her, he holds a bottle of wine just in case she wanted to stop for a drink anytime. He takes a seat near her and just watches, he had nothing better to do.

She took the bottle from him pouring them both a glass. She smiled brightly glad he had brought it with her. "I have a lot of stuff. I wish they knew what all goes into being a leader, maybe then they wouldn't want to all be king's." She spoke as a half joke.

((Sorry, had to do paperwork for something on Thursday))
Black dropped Mel off at the medical wing and head past Katherine's room real quickly. "Hey you guys, I really need to get some more rest. I hardly slept last night." He said, just leaning there in the doorway. "Unless there's something you need me for."

Katherine and Matachi were in the libary but they herd Black. Katherine thought of something when he came in. "Hey Black, how are you with a sword?"

((crap i didn't relize it was lunch time after black answears katherine is going to take a stack of papers to Argo and they work on them for the hour i am gone.))

Matachi turns around to see black as he sips down on some of the wine as he waits to see how black responds to the sword question.

"Not sure, its been a while as you know since I've handled one. Though maybe I should get to this later. I think Mel wanted to talk to me about something. I can always rest later." Black said as he turned on his heel and headed away towards the medical wing again. He was kind of looking for a excuse to talk to someone he had never really met before.

As he made it down there, he walked over to Mel a little nervously and sat down near her. He had never really talked to her before, so he was slightly nervous since he had seen how she acted around Matachi. So, he took a deep breath and looked over to her. "So, how are you holding up?" Wow, that's a stupid question.

Katherine walked back into the libary haveing finshed with the papers.
Mel was sitting on one of the beds. She wore a wrap around her mid section and breats as her sholder was being stiched she looked up to see him. Her armor was off as well her long dark hair falling stright down her back. She smiled and then hissed as the neddle went into her skin. "Just fine really."

"So what all do you have on your plate today there katherine?" Matachi asked as he pours her another glass of wine and himself one as well when she begins to walk back into the library "Need any help with anything?"

"I have finshed all the paper work that need be done today. We are short a good many people. Demitri never came back either. I am thinking about paying a visit to there family home in town." She spoke with a sigh picking up the glass.

Black cringed as he watched the needle go in and out of her arm. Though he looked to her eyes instead to keep himself from getting distracted. "Out of everyone in this castle, I hardly think I even know you. The only thing I know about you is that you use to train with Matachi." He said, trying to move to a better view so he wasn't distracted by the needle.
"So, I know this sounds weird but, I'd actually like to know a little bit more about you. Where did you grow up around here?"
