Flare Sithfallin I dunno. Is he meek and quiet? Well, he's certainly quiet. I guess. He's rational yet selfish sometimes, reserved and calm to the point that he comes across as cold and calculating sometimes. But he's by no means pure 'evil' (evil is so subjective these days anyway), much more than he's misunderstood in a classical sense. Basically, his intentions are good, but the manner in which he approaches them is questionable. While Vahn's loud-mouthed, reckless and all around free spirited.

I don't feel like the New Amp fight was a copout- I had a blasty fighting it.

Come on, it's the final boss. Final bosses always have at least two forms. Three, in Viceroy's case, if you include the one that gave Athan his rose.

Now I think everyone outside the temple should hold hands in a circle and focus all of their power to the three inside, who then transform into a combined, spiritual state, which Viceroy finds "Inconceivable!" He then tries to blast the form, which easily deflects the shot, charges up (with a yell, of course), and shoots the fatal energy blast.
Viceroy says something about returning again or something before he disintegrates in a white flash of light.
The flash, incidentally, doesn't hurt anyone else, which always blows my mind.
