Well he does, but I gave him a different sword for this event just because I felt like making a strictly melee character.
He's got quite a few techniques when using his other sword. Along with some racial abilities that just sort of spring up.

Vahn Kyonuske Edit: you might like his brother then, since Victor's the polar opposite of Vahn. Albeit a bit... unstable. I dunno. Is he meek and quiet? The long lived is definitely a plus...but I can't see anyone being related to Vahn being quite the kind of guy Flare would form a romantic bond with. Hook up with, yes. But Flare would hook up with any humanoid male if she saw an advantage in it.
