Charlotte blinked and tilted her head as she looked at him from her alchemy station. "Er.. But I just settled in town. I'm going to be here for a little bit." she said, blushing a little. "S-sorry...eheh.."

Dillon stood there, in the same pose, for several seconds as he processed Charlotte's words.
"I...uh...of course you are!" he said, his cheeks flushed red.

Charlotte smiled at him and nodded. "Hee. I only stick around for a couple of days. Ah, I should give you some pay now so you don't sit around here... It does get a bit boring while I work.." she said as she reached into her coin purse to pull out some coins for him.

"Ok then, that's not a problem to me." He reached out and gently placed his hand on Charlotte's while it was still in her purse.
"Not now. I haven't worked for you yet." He smiled.
He then turned to leave. "I'll be back later."

"Hmm? Ah, okay? But, here." she said, handing him a few pieces of gold. "I have enough for change for customers, so just go and have fun!" she said, smiling. "Besides, think of it as a hiring payment."

Dillon looked at the coins in his hand. Slowly, he closed his hand over them.
"Thank you. I'll be sure to get something nice with it."
He then walked away, smiling.

Charlotte nodded, then started to work again. She picked up one of the leaves, and started to carefully pull it into thin strands. Then she glanced over at Shen and asked, "Shen, are you available to help? This would go by so much faster if I had assistance..."

Charlotte grinned at him. "Well, as a monk, you are a man of patience. Soooo, would you mind peeling these into thin strands, like this?" she asked, pointing to her small pile of leaves that she had peeled already. "That would help me out a lot."

"Mhmhm... It's a secret I learned through all the years I've studied plants. You get the most medicinal uses if you extract them from peeling them rather than mashing them as normal." she said, giggling as she winked at him. "I've loads of time to study.~"

"Most of them. Some of them are very difficult to peel, so I finely chop them up before mashing them." she said, giggling.

Caitlyn stretched her arms as she walked through the gate to the small city. "Nothin' beats a good stretch after a long road trip," she exclaimed, as she brought her arms down, "Except maybe a fresh cup o' strawberry tea." After taking a moment to straighten her dress before continuing on her way towards the market to shop for materials.

While the monk worked on the plants, he looked toward Charlotte. "So this is how you work on the plants and ingredients, but how do you determine clients or sell your merchandise?"
