Nina took out her computer and stood on the edge of the ship, she looked up a spell to use, and fired some at them, it drained her energy a bit however, causing her to breath harder. She stopped and stopped the spell for a moment.

Jack noticed Nina looked tired, so he called over to her, "Nina, are you alright?"

Nina nodded, "It's just the spell, it takes more energy out of me then I originally thought, it's really strong though," She said and gestured to the four ships that were now sunk.

Jack smiled. "Ok." He looked back out at the fleet before them. What could he do? "Just try to stay out of the way, I suppose..." he thought.

She looked out at the fight as well, "Well, normal being not life threatning."

"For some of the people with us, life-threatening is normal," Jack began. "Back home, my life was in danger a few times." He smirked, then added, "I even got swallowed whole by a dragon, once."

Nina looked at him in shock, "For real?! Who does that to you?! Why?"

Jack chuckled a bit at Nina's shock. "Well, one time, I accidentally unleashed an army of giant spiders that would've devoured the planet if we hadn't stopped them. And another time, I guess I annoyed Chase a bit too much, 'cause he tried to crush me under a giant bolder. Come to think of it, I'm not sure why that missed me, as he's got pretty good aim... And the dragon, Dojo, he gets kinda crazy once every... What was it? Oh yeah, every thousand years, and he tries to get a hold of all the shen gong wu, and devours everyone and everything in his way. Needless to say, I got in his way," he added with a smirk. Jack also found it funny that he was explaining all this while a big naval battle was going on.

Nina was fully engrossed in his tale, "That must be frightning," she didn't notice as an enemy ship fired an attack right at her.
Yuta jumped in with his magic and sent the attack flying right back, "Guys, if you're going to be useless, be useless below deck. I don't want to have to babysit either of you and I especially don't want Nina to use a spell and blow us all up!"
Nina was shocked a little at how close the attack had been to hitting her, "Thanks Yuta," Nina said, ignoring his crack on her magic.
"Psh, whatever, now you owe me," He snapped as he went into the battle.
