Tenshi went to the back of the library, but Bumu was not back there. He began asking the other people in the room if they had seen her. He struck his luck with a teacher. "She was saying something about going back to her classroom. She just left not that long ago, you could probably catch her." Tenshi bowed his head and gave a quick thanks before running out of the library. He didn't stop when the librarian asked him to walk in the library. Tenshi ran back to Bumu's classroom and pushed open the door. There she was, sitting at her desk, blonde pigtails and all.

Tenshi ran up to the desk, "Bumu-sensei! I've been looking everywhere for you! You have to come quick! Batsu and I were being watched and then attacked by these shinobi. They said something about going to the library about a scroll!" He had to catch his breath before continuing on, "Batsu is looking around the grove for any others laying in wait, and he sent me to get you to help stop them. Oh, here are your gloves, you left them by the pond outside," he said placing the gloves on the desk in front of her.

Bumu rolled her eyes as she took a slurp of her now cold ramen. She spat it back into the cup and said, "So let me get this straight. The village is in trouble, and instead of running to the Mizukage, or possibly telling one of the other people you bumped into on the way here, you tell me. My only roll in an invasion is to protect the students Tenshi. I can't really do much for you." She stirred her ramen around and said, "Besides, they put out the alert like thirty minutes ago. Byakuran was fighting one out in the open. You should take Batsu over to him and get the rest of Batsu's team to head to the library. Our Jonin are dealing with the other two ninja that went to attack the Mizukage's office."

Talwin for the most part had excelled at remaining quite as he eagerly awaited the presence of a teacher. It might have taken longer then he liked but finally she stepped through a young lady early twenties with long jet black hair and the prettiest eyes he had ever seen, Her slender physique increasing her beauty further. She walked into the middle of the classroom and bowed her head "Excuse the lateness, My name is Kri and I will be your substitute teacher for the day, We will start the day with introductions, Any volunteers?"



Talwin frowned as he ticked on the wooden desk before him waiting for someone to rise 'guess I should go first he though to himself as he moved to rise himself up his hilt got caught between his seat on a wooden handle he pulled and with a sharp snap the hilt ricochet and smacked his palm. he stayed on the seat shaking his head.






Talwin heard her call out again and once again no one seemed interested in standing up so Talwin once again began to rise only this time as if god himself meant to keep him on the seat . This time his shield that was hooked to his back got lodged in between his seat and himself he frowned as anger slowly crept up his spine and did not fight it as sat there



Talwin quickly rose from his seat and bowed his head his nerves shot up as he walked closer to the center of the room he realized how nervous he was and felt his courage sweep away. But as a knight he knew he could not dishonor himself in such a way. After what seemed like a lifetime he finally reached his teacher and stood next to her




Talwin turned around to face the crowd a decent amount of classmates most with cuious gazes others bored or just about ready to fell asleep. Honestly he felt some tension be relieved as he relaxed his muscles and smiles gently raising his right hand to wave at the crowd




Talwin made a motion to speak but no words came across as his throat dried up like a barren desert dismay fell on him, then a inner hatred at his cowardice the teacher gently brushed his shoulder as if egging him on and Talwin knew it was time to speak but still he held his tongue.



Talwin's gentle brown eyes scanned the area again as he felt his throat still clog and he was at a loss for words as he struggled to remember where he came from. Talwin took a deep breath and got a reign of his emotions 'Just an an introduction, nothing special' he thought to himself



By now Talwin was just about ready to walk to his seat and call it a day but could he truly suffer further embarrassment. He had already made himself a fool twice since entering the classroom luckily there was no one to see it. Talwin could not allow himself to be seen as a coward in front of all his classmates. He just couldn't he had to speak!



Talwin held his knightly posture as his right palm gently grasped the hilt of his long sword "My name Is sir Talwin, I am called a templar in the far western lands. Most of you may not even know we exist but in simpler terms we are known as knights in your land" he paused and cleared his throat



Talwin gently rubbed the tip of his hilt it was calming to him for some off reason as he spoke but he did not lose momentum " I came to your lands almost a year ago and have spent that time learning your rich culture as well as sightseeing. I have not been out of my lands since I was born and coming here was my first true adventure as a knight and noblemen" Talwin cleared his through once again and he heard a whisper

"Noblemen?" Called out a fellow student




Talwin nodded "Yes, Where I come from I was born into the Hawkin's family we can trace our ancestry over a thousand years, For as long as the Hawkin's can remember every single male and even female members have been inducted into knighthood and we all in one form or another have achieved greatness in the pages of history. You could say I have quite some shoes to fill" Talwin said proudly

"Why are you here?" another called out




Talwin smiled as another question was shot at him "Well I felt back home there was no real adventure left for me and when I heard of you ninja and your magic-" He was cut off by fits of laughter. Talwin rubbed the back of his embarrassed and gazed at the floor. The teacher gently put her hand on his shoulder and egged him on



Talwin raised his head to eye the crowd once again "Where I come from we know it only as magic given to us by an almighty god. Here you know it as jutsus and it is spiritually obtained through your chakra viens I believe. However that is off topic. But yes I came to your country to learn the way of the ninja" he said with a smile



Talwin reassess his train a though as he reflected on what he had talked about before speaking again " But as I was saying before the magic-jutsu confusion. I came here to seek adventure and a new life for my self and open a new chapter in the pages of my families history!" He said.



Talwin smiled as the students seemed to have taken to his introduction he gently bowed before turning to the teacher "Thank you for allowed me to be the first to introduce my self" he said respectfully before walked to his seat. He took a deep breath once he was finally in the clear and a single bead of sweat dropped down his forehead.

Everyone was lined up outside with the substitute teacher leading the pack of children his blade resting easy on his holster "Now, I will began teaching you hand seals by alphabetical order and we will start with the bird!" She said as she made the hand seal of the bird.



Talwin was successful in grasping the the concept of the bird as she moved on to the next hand seal the boar which demonstrated a completely different form of hand seal. Talwin tried to follow it but she was to quick for him



Talwin frowned as she approached him and smiled gently she took his hands "Just like this" she shaped his hands into the proper seal for the boar and Talwin held it. She left go of his hand and Talwin maintained the posture and stretched out his arms to get a better look of the boar seal "Got it" he said as he made an mental image of the seal known as the Boar.



Talwin practiced the two previous seals he had learned ' bird and boar' Talwin recited in his mind as he quickly moved his fingers though his speed was decent his accuracy was cruddy as his fingers landed in the wrong spot and according to the teacher if you perform the seals wrong well. Magic backfire.



Talwin returned to the scroll and then back to his teacher as she demonstrated the next handseal the dog "This is one is quite easy simply form a fist with your left and place your over your fist in a crisscross manner" the simplest seal he was able to perform thus far



Talwin once again eyed the teacher then back down to his scroll as she explained the proper seal for the dragon he looked down at his hands then back at her "the hell is this" He said as anger slowly crept up but he forced himself to calm down and after calming down he managed to get it correctly.



Talwin looked at her as she formed the hand seal of the ox and he frowned to himself as he tried to form the proper seal but somehow Talwin knew he was getting it wrong so he refereed himself to the scroll then back to the teacher and after a bit of struggling he was able properly form the ox hand seal.



Talwin went back to the teacher as she performed the seal of the tiger relatively simple nothing confusing about it he took the time to reflect on the rest of the seals he had learned as he re formed them in the order he learned them bird, boar, dog, dragon, ox and now tiger.



Talwin listened as the teacher spoke "Ok, Now I want you guys too. Take all the seals you have learned and form them within ten seconds. Now" Talwin was caught off guard and sure enough he failed without making it past the third. Well properly at least.



"OK, Nice try and good job for those who managed it. Now we will learn about the serpent and the rat pay attention. Rat is similar to tiger and serpent an reverse boar. Talwin succeeded on the first attempt after patiently watching the substitute teacher perform them and examining his scroll "Not bad, Man how many more are there though" he said softly to himself.



Talwin begin to feel a certain power in the seals though he felt he still could not fully grasp the concept of it's power. Perhaps with further training he decided to once again attempt to perform the hand seals in less then fifteen seconds but he failed and sighed softly to himself as the teacher continued to instruct.




Talwin examined the scroll as he lost track of what the substitute teacher was saying "Horse and monkey" he examined the pictures of the hands on the scroll and then back to the teacher just in time to noticed the seals she performed for the horse and monkey and he slowly followed it to the letter.



Talwin was just about done with the training apparently, according to the teacher it was two more hand seals left and the scroll confirmed it as he followed the seals of the hare and the ram "Ok,You have learned all the seals now practice them in alphabetical order.



Talwin had been practicing for about fifteen minutes now as he tried to accurately before all the hand seals within twenty seconds 'bird, boar, dog, dragon, ox, tiger, serpent, rat, horse, monkey, hare, ram' Talwin recited in his thoughts and managed to get them done in a timely manner as well "Nice, finally got it down to the letter" he said proudly to himself.

“Now we will begin training on the bunshin the proper hand seals are Ram, Snake, Tiger” Talwin followed his teacher down to the letter but in her version there was a puff of smoke and an exact copy of her appeared next to her in his. There was nothing, not even the smoke. A small depression sunk into his soul and he let his arms flail about “I see, How very unfortunate…”



Talwin reflected upon his recent failure and realized after examining the scroll of his hand seals he had done it improperly and it had resulted in his recent failure he took the time to re learn the ram, snake and tiger. This time gently closing his eyes as he felt the chakra flow through his veins “Ram, snake, tiger!” with a puff of smoke a body made of pillows appeared next to him and immediately dispersed the same “Well it was an improvement” He said to himself.



Talwin had successfully made it past what he considered to be the hardest part. Successfully executing the jutsu well not successful but you got the idea. He would have to focus go more in depth with the jutsu to create an almost perfect. Hopefully he would be able to get this done today and not embarrass himself further with a puff of smoke this time nothing appeared and talwin frowned.



Talwin was unsure what he was doing wrong but he knew through trial and error he would be able to get it right, All it took was time just like learning swordplay when he first held the sword in his hand. Sloppy, technique, cruddy accuracy and his speed was simply catastrophic. When he started at least. Talwin sighed in defeat and did not even attempt it.



By this time the substitute teacher had decided to leave them to their own devices and attempt to learn the jutsu. Talwin calmed down and concentrated “Focus, Talwin, Focus” He closed his eyes as he performed the hand seals and with a puff of smoke a body formed next to him. A deformed version of him at least, The man was bald and was missing a nose and Talwin made him disappear “How unfortunate” he said with a frown. But it was progress at least



Talwin reflected on what he had learned and it had taken all his knowledge on magic for him to be able to perform the clone, even if it was a failure he proceeded to attempt once again to perform an exact copy but all that poofed into place was once again a body made of pillows at least it had his armor even if it was nothing but a childs cuddle toy.



Talwin sighed as he placed the palm of his hand gently over his forehead and pondered on what he had tried to od over the past couple of hours when it came down to learning this magic it was quite more troublesome then ever expected it to be. But he could not quit He knew that for this was the first step towards becoming a full-fledged ninja. Talwin stood up as he formed the appropriate hand seals and with a puff of smoke a copy of Talwin formed next to him but all he was wearing was the scale leather armored pants. Talwin frowned as he gazed as himself as for as the skin and hair came down. It was almost perfect but a few minor differences besides the fact he had no cloths “getting closer at least”



Though he was no expert as of yet he knew he had to keep trying in time he would now this jutsu out of the water and move on to the enxt one. From what he knew there was three basic jutsus he would be able to learn but he was having such trouble with the first he was no sure how he would be able to get the rest. Talwin had to put more effort into it. Forming the proper hand seals this time the jutsu seemed to come out perfect but once again a few minor differences. At least this time he was wearing cloths but his sword and shield was missing.



Talwin had attempted it a few more times but the results were the same. There were still to many anamolies and a good ninja would be able to tell this Talwin was a fake without a second look. Talwin would have to continue practicing the jutsu.



“Ok, I have been watching you all” The teacher called out “Some of you are on your way, others have already mastered it. Here is what I want you to do. Form the rat seal close your eyes and feel your chakra flow. Find the balance in your chakra and I promise you will be able to achieve this jutsu” Talwin nodded as he formed the proper hand seals and with a puff of smoke a nearly perfect copy formed next to him. Apparently his chakra was not focused? Or concentrated for him to for an exact clone. But he knew there was a mentality to it as well. He had to form a perfect image of himself.



Talwin being to realize he had been significantly weakened since he started training which was odd since he had not done any physical activity. He realized he was using up the supply of chakra that he must have in his body all along. It was incredible to know what flowed through his blood. He let out a soft sigh as he performed the seals and with a puff of smoke absolutely nothing appeared “I wasn’t focused” he said bumping his head



Talwin knew even after the mishaps it was only a matter of time before he finally mastered this troublesome jutsu and created a clone of himself “Ram, Snake, tiger!” he recited as he formed the appropriate seals and a clone appeared next to him once again his characteristics were fine and yes there was a sword and shield a sense of triumph and relief.



Though you could not tell with the naked eyes Talwin was ecstatic to perform a near perfect clone the only anamoly where the clones eyes. His eyes were a shade of gray not Talwin’s eye color and again a good ninja would be able to tell the clone off right away. He would have to focus a bit more. But he was almost there at the very least



As if his chakra was no longer able to sustain the clones, Talwin knew he was reaching his limit as an academy student and if he did not master this jutsu soon he would have to rest a few hours before attempting to master the bushin magic. Talwin continued attempting to form a perfect clone but to no avail it seemed Talwin was not quite ready.



Talwin let out a soft sigh as he referred back to the scroll after forming incomplete clones Talwin was beginning to grow desperate but knew the key to success in this case was patience. Talwin forced himself to calm down as he continued to create clones and dispersing them but still there proved to be anomalies even if they were smaller and smaller.

The bunshin training was complete and though it had taken a toll on his body Talwin was not done yet as the resting period came by he took advantage of that seized the scroll and decided to take the time to practice the henge or transformation jutsu ahead of schedule.
