Ah, that's not good D:
Whenever I get house items in DC I just sell it back to the shops for half the price, since I got the items for free anyways xD.
Unless it's a expensive house item...which it rarely is but unless it has value THEN I sell it in the marketplace.

I've been selling my spares of last years Satan stuff in the marketplace for up to 3000 gold recently smile
I think the toaster sells break even. But I'd love to be able to use it sometimes.
