"Thanks, 'Lani!" Celebor grinned, hopping into his seat and nearly tipping it over in the process. He steadied it out and started eating, nearly shoveling his food into his mouth.
Elnara smiled up at Ulani, her expression almost apologetic. "Thank you," she repeated after Lore. Celebor knew how to eat properly, she knew he did, but she also knew that his excitement outweighed his manners at the moment. He would be better behaved later.
She hoped.
She also started eating, and she was delighted at the familiar taste that brought back old memories - good ones - of her time growing up.

Ulani smiled and waved off Elnara's unspoken apology. "I had two boys of my own, don't forget," she laughed. "Boys will be boys. But eat all you like, there's lots more where this came from!"
From outside the kitchen came the sounds of the baby crying, waking up from her sleep, and Ulani excused herself. "Back soon," she promised, leaving the kitchen quickly.

Lore smiled back before he began to cut up his food and ate it quietly as he looked around.
"The girls are not up yet?"

Elnara shook her head. "They woke up partway through the night ... or rather, Skye did and she woke the others," she explained. "So I would imagine that they're all quite sleepy this morning. Not to mention, none of them is ever as active as they were yesterday, so they're probably quite exhausted. They'll be fine, I'm certain."
She took another bite and chewed it thoughtfully, then added, "If they're not up in a bit, I'll wake them. That way they won't have trouble sleeping tonight."

Lore nodded in agreement that would be the best action to take.
"Poor Skye, she's getting use to sleeping in a bed, but still... she does like to sleep a certain way."

"At least we're not all crowded together," Elnara commented with a grin, "unlike you and Celebor. How did that work out? Did you both sleep all right?"
At least they didn't have Storm to contend with anymore, then the bed would really have been crowded.

"It was fine," Lore assured her, "Celebor fell out of bed this morning, but otherwise there were no problems."
And at least Celebor didn't fall far.

"I didn't get hurt!" Celebor piped up before Elnara could ask, as he knew she would. "I never get hurt. But I like sleeping with Lore, he's warm." He grinned impishly.
Elnara laughed. "Well, that's good then," she grinned, referring to the not getting hurt part.

Ulani returned to the kitchen just then with Aliya in her arms. She had a quick conversation with Ulrich in elvish, then turned and left the kitchen once more.
Once she had left again, Ulrich looked over at Lore. "So, right after breakfast then?" he asked. "I just need to get dressed and get my things, do you need more time?"
He wasn't sure what Lore was used to, and besides being concerned about that, he was also curious.

"That sounds good," Lore replied, "I just need to get my bow and arrows, and then I should be able to go."
There wasn't much else he needed besides that.

"What about lunch?" Elnara asked anxiously, looking at Ulrich questioningly. "Will you be back for lunch or should we make something for you to take with?"
She wanted to make sure they would be taken care of. Ulani was apparently off taking care of Aliya, but Elnara had no problem with taking over the kitchen and making them some food to take with.

Ulrich grinned. "I don't think we'll be gone quite that long," he reassured Elnara, "I think Ulani just want some fowl of some sort, and they're plentiful. But even if we are gone longer, we'll find something to eat out there, and I'll let Ulani know what's going on so that you don't have to worry, all right?"

Lore finished up his breakfast so he wouldn't keep Ulrich waiting too long, since they were going after breakfast. He wondered when was the last time he hunted anything that few, not that most of the things he hunted tended to walk.....

"Anyways," Ulrich nodded, "just give me a few moments to get dressed and get my stuff together, and then we can go. I shouldn't be too long."
He finished the last bite of his breakfast and headed out of the kitchen.

Elnara smiled at Lore and started collecting the dishes. "You make sure you be careful, all right?" she told him seriously, though she was also smiling. "I don't know what all is out there anymore, but I do know it can be dangerous at the best of times."
She paused beside his chair and put one hand on his shoulder.
