"Wow..." Brayden murmured, taking in Kaya's new outfit change, as he cast a sheepish glance to the evicted changing room man, who he was sure wasn't too pleased about being dumped out into the store in his undergarments.
"You look great," Brayden grinned, directing his attention back to Kaya, "Wish I had your skills in organizing outfits," he laughed. Brayden was happy enough to just be in some dry clothes for the moment, perhaps he could convince the sales clerks to allow him to wear his new outfit out after he paid for it. He wasn't looking forward to it, though, they already seemed miffed about his waterlogged journey to this department, as he spotted a few disgruntled janitors mopping up a puddle farther down the aisles.
"So what were you planning to make for Bijou?" Brayden asked Nona curiously, spotting the yards of fabric she had picked up on her trek through the store.

Nona giggled a little, walking with them towards the front of the store. "You two look adorable together in your new clothes!" She continued to giggle, as she answered the asked question. "Oh, nothing really...Just some little coustumes that'll look so adowable...Won't they Bijou?"
At this point, from the baby-talk and the death hug, Bijou was terrified.
Nona looked at a clock on a nearby wall, and gasped. "Damn! Guys, could we hurry up in here in a bit, if you're done...I need to get my clothes out of the dryer from the Pokecenter..." She smiled sheepishly, hoping they wouldn't mind.

"That's fine with me as well," Brayden nodded with a smile to Nona's request to stop by the Pokecenter. In all reality, he was definitely inclined to the stop as well. It had been a hard time in the temple, and he was looking forward to a quick rest before he met up with Chloe and Train.
"Thanks so much," he murmured, spotting Kaya paying for their items before he could even reach for his wallet. He smiled his thanks earnestly, with a slight blush, "As long as they're not edible, I would have been happy with anything, my other clothes were getting a bit worse for wear, and dry is always nice."
He didn't catch the exchange between the sales clerk and Kaya, as he let his mind wander a bit once again. Going to Stark Mountain certainly did interest him, however, he couldn't help but be a bit worried at what would take place there.
"I keep wondering who's behind all this..." he murmured to no one in particular, "Who would want to revive such a thing? I mean, they clearly have some knowledge of the legend, so they have to know what the blade's capable of..."

Nona had a similar reaction to Kaya paying for it all. "Aww...thank you so much, bro!" She giggled. Yes, as she became closer to the prince, the same was going on vice-versa...her unofficial fourth brother.
"I don't know, Brayden...People like that confuse the hell out of me. But, what I do know, is that we need to stop this. And soon." She had overheard Brayden, and responded, of course.
She looked at her Teddiursa-based watch, and sighed. "I'll meet you there, alright? I don't want to make you guys wait for too long while I get changed," she giggled afterward, taking the bag of her things after Kaya had paid for them and running out the door, to the pokecenter...
...where she quickly grabbed her now-dry clothes, an empty room, and got changed. She waited in the lobby for them, unsure if they had already gotten in the building yet and hoping that she hadn't missed them.

"No problem, I'll catch up with you guys then," Brayden waved them off, before heading back to the Pokecenter at a more leisurely pace. He was sure to bring back out Cali, though, he had missed having the Umbreon along with him in his journeys.
Brayden then stepped outside the Pokecenter, more for a chance to take a breather from the hectic events that had recently taken place. Finding a quiet bench, Brayden stretched out, taking a moment to doze off contentedly in the sun, quite enjoying the warmth in contrast to his recent soak.

Brayden stirred slightly in his sleep when Kaya adjusted his position, sensing the movement, as his ears twitched, eyes cracking open sleepily as he mumbled something incoherent, not rousing entirely as he snuggled back onto his pillow, which, in his groggy state, confused him a bit, because he wasn't sure how the bench got to be so soft suddenly. He didn't pay it much heed, and was soon dozing off again, quite content.
He somewhat recalled hearing Kaya's voice, but it wasn't until Nona came out of the Pokecenter, finished with her errands that he roused, rubbing his eyes sleepily as he blinked up at Kaya.
"...Yo," he greeted groggily, offering a uncoordinated salute as he rolled over slightly. "Y' make a good pillow," he mumbled with a lopsided grin as he tried to regain his coordination, listening to Nona.
"Mmm, I agree, I'm anxious to see if Chloe and Train did alright in the Whirl Islands," he nodded his agreement. "I'm ready if you guys are."
